I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my coordinating doctor Yaroslava from the platform. She was on call 24/7, always answered in detail, politely and with great patience. Yaroslava even enquired about my impressions after my consultation with the doctor, which was very pleasant. Her responsiveness and support helped me to make an important decision. As for the treatment and the doctor, it is too early to give a final assessment, as we are just starting to work. But I can already say that I chose Memorial Ataşehir Clinic and I was satisfied with the staff, the doctor, the interpreter and the clinic itself. I underwent Gamma Knife surgery on my trigeminal nerve at Medical Park Clinic and I would like to express my huge gratitude to all the medical staff and especially to the professor who performed the procedure. The operation was difficult, as it involved the trigeminal nerve and there was a risk of injury to nearby nerves. However, thanks to the professionalism and high qualifications of the professor, everything went well. He performed the procedure with jewellery precision, minimising possible risks and ensuring an excellent result. The Medical Park clinic also impressed with its high level of service, attentive attitude to patients and modern technological base. I felt in safe hands from the moment of consultation to the end of the rehabilitation period. Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. Dr Burak continues to monitor me now and I feel I am being very well looked after. His instructions are clear and very helpful. Good afternoon! We are from Kyrgyzstan! We applied to the clinic through the bookimed website. The coordinator Anastasia was very helpful, everything was organised very clearly, we were never disappointed. The clinic itself is impressive in terms of scale, cleanliness and quality of service, the staff is friendly and attentive. Our interpreter Lamia worked with us, coordinated our logistics around the clinic, tried to ensure timely appointments with doctors, she was very comfortable and easy to communicate with. But, there was a moment with the examination: we were referred to MRI, the procedure was quite long, the room was quite cold, so I was very cold. As a recommendation - it would be good to warn patients about the need to maintain a certain temperature regime in this room and somehow provide comfort as much as possible. Overall, we are very satisfied with our visit to this clinic, the patient management tactics and we have a follow-up visit planned in 3 months.

I did not like the fact that the doctor was not familiar with my examinations and analyzes, and before, if I had an MRI, they did an ultrasound scan. It's not clear why. At the same time, the ultrasound did not give the whole picture. Also, only on the spot when the doctor asked me to look at my tests and examinations, the translator tried to translate.
