Dr lux , quality , no bruising after rhinoplasty , good doctor .
I was hungry, the hotel can be found better for such money. The nurse after the operation pricked 3 times hands not qualitatively. Who has fear to needles, blood, and I have this fear, on my request to call a specialist, I was refused.
And so everything is good, fast healing . I recommend the doctor .

I am 60 years old, and I travelled to Istanbul for a Deep Plane Facelift and a lower and upper Blepharoplasty.
Bookimed, I am so grateful to you, I could not have made this journey without your assistance. Thank you very much for your guidance and patience. I hope I did not give you a hard time.
Turkey is a safe place to travel, it is safer than Paris, Milan or Manhattan. I never felt in danger in Istanbul.
From the moment I arrived at Lokman Hekim Hospital, everything was taken care of by Ismael Ali, who is an easy going and friendly translator.
The pre-operative test were done as soon as I arrived.
The day after I met Doctor Murat Yaman who is a friendly and open person. Before travelling to Istanbul I checked his background and found him to be a very good and competent surgeon. So, on that day I was relaxed for the surgery because I knew I was going to be in good hands.
The work he did on me was outstanding. I am still in the healing process. My eyes are a bit irritated, but that is normal. My face is still a bit swollen but it no longer hangs. My face has changed expression from appearing to be sad or angry to reflecting a normal emotion.
A big thanks to the Lokman Hekim Hospital staff some of them spoke a little bit of English others were fluent but all of them were caring, kind, super friendly and always ready to help.

If I had a choice, I would contact the same surgeon and the same clinic
I had plastic surgery on the upper and lower eyelids. I can describe my experience as follows: an absolute feeling of safety and comfort throughout the provision of the service. Compassionate staff, talented surgeon, modern equipment and techniques. And subsequent support, which is also very important. If I had a choice, I would contact the same surgeon and the same clinic. On the upper eyelids the seams are very neat, on the lower eyelids I couldn’t find them at all. I stayed at the clinic for 6 days, good conditions, separate room, 3 meals a day. The medical staff was always on the phone, they helped in any situation. I was surprised that manipulations with blood (taking analyses, treatment of stitches after surgery) are carried out without disposable gloves, for this a huge minus. Consultations with the doctor were also very fast, he was always in a hurry. I had a lot of questions, but half of them remained unanswered. He does his job, but especially does not explain or tell anything. For me this is also a disadvantage.

Honestly, the best experience ever. I can leave a positive review about Quartz Clinic and the bookimed service. There were some fears during communication with the service (especially after encountering negative reviews on the internet), but in the end I was satisfied with my experience. From the service I was supported by the manager Ekaterina. I would also like to leave her a positive feedback for her quick and competent answers in WhatsApp. All the conditions of the clinic were in full conformity with reality. And as for Quartz Clinic: a modern clinic with good service, friendly staff and doctors. In addition to my surgery, the service package included a good hotel and a transfer (even when I changed my hotel at my own request, I was still picked up by a transfer to another address not close to the clinic). The clinic was attentive to me and my words (and fears of the surgery itself), which really eased my worries. My coordinator at the clinic, Ali, made a huge difference to my experience as a whole, being really human and supporting me during the surgery with his communication, distracting me from my creepy feelings. And also always stayed in touch on messenger, giving full feedback, answering my queries. The surgery itself was excellent, the doctor inspired confidence in me and I found him to be absolutely competent, I would go to him again for any surgery with confidence.
I am grateful to all the people at Quartz Clinic and bookimed who were involved in this important event for me and helped me to have a positive experience without a single negative.

I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. Everything would have been fine if they had warned me in advance, while I was still in my country, to do certain tests! I had to pay a huge amount of penalty plus airfare (over 3000€) because I was refused to have the operation for medical reasons!

I liked the ease of getting things in order for surgery. I had any question I had answered in a timely manor. The translator was very helpful and personable. I never had to worry about getting a question answered or a response from my assistant. The dr was amazing and very professional and great expertise. The only thing I was uncomfortable with is the pain. I’m considered by several drs to have a high pain tolerance and I was in a lot of pain. Let’s consider though I did have multiple surgeries but they are very stingy with any pain meds. The first day was torture. The rest of my experience was amazing outside of that one day though.

I would like to mention the professionalism and attentiveness of the consultant Liana - she did a great job! I was also pleasantly surprised by the clinic's service. I was met at the airport at night, picked up from the hotel in the morning and brought to the clinic. Payment was quick and in 20 minutes I was accompanied by an interpreter who was a real professional.
In just two hours I had a full examination, and already at 14:00 the operation took place. I bore it easily - I was able to go for a walk in the evening. My eyesight started to improve, although it still takes time to fully stabilise.
I am very satisfied and definitely recommend Bookimed and this clinic

The Medi-Cal team was amazing and the hospital stay was beyond expectations.. No words can express this journey, especially that I was alone and I have no-one to help, the medical team was the family that I didn't have in this hard time!! It started by arranging my fflight pickup from the airport, brought a luxurious van to take me from and to hospital, hotel and airport , they offered me the full support and successfuly completed a very complicated surgery, I owe them all my gratitude.
My only complaint is that they didn't ask for an emergency number in case of a crisis .. I did that by informing my family with the number of the personal assistant who was occupied to assist me in my whole journey there.

I wanted to leave a review and share my experience.
In February this year I had a beard transplant in this clinic.
I would like to note some details that may be useful to someone.
And so let's begin
I signed up online, I immediately discounted the instructions before the transplant. There is nothing unusual in it, as well as sent instructions on arrival in Istanbul where to come and who will meet me. On arrival everything happened exactly as it happened and I was immediately met and taken to the hotel. I was satisfied with the hotel, they explained at once the plan for the next day on the operation, when it is better to eat what to wear, etc. Also on the next day for me with the driver came my interpreter. It is very convenient to ask some details and in general to talk before the operation. I was not worried as I knew what to expect. Everything went quickly enough for me want to time lasted 8 hours. I would like to say that everything is very organised and simple, starting from the arrival and ending with the flight back home, transfer during all 3 days is very convenient. The main thing is to listen to what they say and do exactly the same right down to when it is better to eat.
On the downside I would have liked more information about the recovery process before travelling to Istanbul as people treat any external changes differently. So that you can better plan your trip between jobs.
Otherwise, I would like to reiterate that the transfer, hotel, interpreter and the attitude in the clinic are all A's).
