My son (17 years old) underwent septoplasty, correction of nasal septum. Dr Selman Sarica was very attentive, friendly and professional! All the staff of the clinic, above and beyond praise! Nurses, interpreters and of course Dr Selman, all worked professionally, quickly and smoothly. The clinic itself is very large, works in different areas, clean spacious rooms, the room has a shower, toilet, all bathroom accessories. I accompanied my son, for me also in the ward was a full place to sleep and rest, with bed linen, also provided meals. Thank you for your work! Elena)))

To say that I was shocked by the doctor's approach to treatment is to say nothing. My impressions to you, just do not wish to experience. The operation was agreed in advance counselling and my wishes. The day of the operation came. In the morning I was picked up from the hotel and with an interpreter, I went through all the analyses. On the question when I will have a meeting with the doctor I was told at 9 am then I pointed out that I am allergic to one drug. But they wouldn't give me any medication before the operation without the doctor's consent. When I was already changed clothes for the operation ( I apologise myself in underwear, in an operating gown ) came the doctor and began to explain to me on his hands that it can not be like this, as I want and he sees it all differently. He began to explain to me with his fingers how it will be. Interrupting the interpreter. The interpreter couldn't keep up with the translation. Hurrying me to make a decision. I replied that I couldn't make a decision without seeing any pictures of what was waiting for me. Then after about an hour of dialogue, the doctor corrected the curvature of my nose on the telephoto in front of me and said here's what awaits you and covered the tip of my nose with his hand. Again we heard my refusal, to which I was told there is no time and I have to make a decision. They told me there was no time and I had to make a decision. My wishes were ignored. What was agreed upon before the operation was changed. My wishes were to correct the curvature and to change and reduce the tip of the nose. The result of the operation is that the curvature was not corrected and the septum remained the same. But the cartilage was grown on the side, which I did not ask for at all, and the nose was visually enlarged and the tip was corrected. Now I'm just shocked with my appearance to say the least. Everything was done at the discretion of the doctor. He ignored all my wishes. Putting me in front of the fact. Without showing me a single photo of what's in store for me. I can safely advise to interact with Bookimed.com and RHINOPLASTY CLINIC ISTANBUL DIRECTED BY OP. DR. CEM ALTINDAG. Had a septoplasty in Turkey (first surgery ever). Everything is quite efficient and client orientated and organised. Currently still in the process of recovery, but the effect in my case 3 weeks after the operation is there. Before finding you, I had experience communicating with two organizations that provide services in the field of medical tourism, but unfortunately, commerce and the desire to sell specific specialists without options is alarming and does not inspire confidence at all. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail: it so happened that I arrived for the operation unaccompanied, with a small backpack. This was extremely important for me: everything I could need was provided or was already available in my favorite room opposite the reception. The operation was scheduled for the afternoon, so the most difficult time was at night. The nurse who was on night duty did a tremendous job and until 6 am did everything as required according to the protocol after the operation. Yes, you can say, how could it be otherwise, you paid the money and it should be so, but you and I know very well that no one has canceled the human factor, and patients in this state after surgery cannot always read carefully in English doctor's recommendation language. Therefore, I send rays of love to this Great Man!!! Every 40 minutes He applied cold compresses, fed me even at night, and then took me for a walk along the long corridor of the clinic. This is an invaluable experience for me, not only because it is important for rehabilitation and health, but also for my personal faith in people. Low bow to the doctor for his professionalism, ability to listen to the patient and a high-quality operation. I would also like to thank Gulshirin Beshimova for the opportunity to make my stay in Turkey as comfortable as possible. Just as theater begins with a coat rack, so in my case Istanbul greeted me with a friendly smile from the driver and a luxurious car. It is impossible not to mention Alpay. I’ve been driving for 20 years, but I’ve never seen anyone pay such attention to the car and the passengers sitting in the back seat: TV, music from all over the world, water of different temperatures, drinks, napkins, a footrest for comfortable feet, and even a fresh bouquet of herbs to scent the salon! Hello, first of all I would like to thank the personal doctor coordinator Ekaterina for organizing rhinoseptoplasty surgery for my son. My son had a serious fracture of the nasal septum as a child. I wanted to see otolaryngologist Suleiman Hilmi Yilmaz at the Khizar clinic. She quickly organized everything. The coordinator at the clinic, Khizar Maria, also organized everything for us at the highest level. Operation was successfully completed. Thank you! 👍🏻
The main operation was successful; the son did not feel any pain. After the operation in the evening, the nurse took such care that there was swelling, but there was almost no hemotomy. It's a pity that I don't know his name. But he didn't sleep all night.

In brief I can say that this Bookimed.com from my side does not deserve a lot of trust they have changed the price two or three times, and especially offensive that the last time it was changed before the operation in 20 minutes is when you have not eaten almost since 18.00 yesterday came to the clinic already lunch waiting for the operation. and you say the price has increased by 15% you agree, well where to go, to look for a new clinic time is needed and accommodation, if for example they said for a day I 100% refused and so run with things not everyone wants. Plus after the operation and with them to contact was difficult they responded to messages if possible and the next day or even a day later if it was a day off. And I will add that at the end you got a bigger nose than you wanted, although they assured it was swelling. Well, it's been more than a month and you can see not a big curvature even, as it was before. I don't know if it'll go away in a year, but that's a long time. I know that people in other clinics have had rhinoplasty and are happy with their nose after a week and every day more and more, but here, according to them, the nose will become like the photo only in a year.
That they do their job is not bad, but why do they have to be reminded of it all the time?
It is better to listen to the client's opinion, pay more attention, do not make decisions yourself without letting the client know.

Good afternoon I would like to thank the entire DR MED team and Dr. Aykut. I had several operations at a time (septo and rhinoplasty, liposuction combined with bbl, breast lift and implant replacement, jplazma) today is the 6th day after the operation and every day I am coming to my senses better and better. The girls at the clinic treated me incredibly warmly, the transfer went without any problems. I'm already very happy with my new body. Doctor Aykut is very attentive and calm, which of course makes me happy. I liked it all very much. Thanks a lot!!!! "If anyone is looking for one of the best nose surgeons in Istanbul, I highly recommend Dr Cem Altindag
We are very happy that we chose Dr Cem to do septorhinoplasty on my daughter’s nose. I was very impressed with the clinic that contacted us within 5 minutes of our enquiry. We asked to virtually meet Dr Cem and he found the time to do so on the next day! Dr Cem answered all our questions at the meeting and we felt comfortable and confident in him. His wonderful assistant Mohamed was always there to patiently answer many more questions we had regarding surgery, travel, hotel, visas, etc. Our experience in Istanbul has been amazing. We were met at the airport, transferred to the hotel and did the necessary tests on the day of our arrival. The surgery was on the next day and went well. The stay at the hospital was comfortable and the staff was wonderful and caring. Mohamed stayed with us the whole time and was very helpful and supportive. Dr Cem did a fantastic job, he is very professional and skilled, always smiling and caring. The bruising and swelling were minimal. We still have to wait for another 6-12 months before the nose shape settles but from what we see now it looks very natural and nice. The hotel was clean, quiet and only metres away from shops and restaurants. The staff spoke English and were great. The clinic gave us a gift at the end of our stay – a trip to the main attractions in Istanbul, which was amazing. From start to finish our experience with Dr Cem and Mohamed has been great. Even now when we are back home, I know that I can rely on Mohamed to answer any questions we may have. If anyone is looking for one of the best nose surgeons in Istanbul, I highly recommend Dr Cem Altindag. I loved that he only specialises in noses!

Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

I like how efficient everything was. Was met at the airport and welcomed then transferred to my hotel. Met Dr Ersa Ozbasli the next morning who was amazing and very friendly. Her expertise and explanation of my procedure was excellent. I really felt like she was passionate and empathetic towards my needs and explained everything in detail which I loved . Staff were attentive and available. Felt very supported. I would recommend this clinic and Doctor to everyone.
