These people are beyond incompetent. I had a hair transplant - the Mickey Mouse doctor came in for 5 minutes drew a dodgy hairline and sauntered out like he was bursting for a p* Never explained anything. They never listened to my instructions, during the operation the incompetent clowns were having a party. Music was loud people were coming in and out all the while I was under strong aneasthesia unable to move. They have destroyed my donor area and the completely ruined my hairline. Please run as fast as you can from these scammers. It’s more of a garage than a professional hospital. It does look nice but don’t be fooled the service doesn’t match the interior. Go to a qualified specialist who will make a proper plan for you. Please don’t make the same mistake I have. You will see all of their patients have hard hairlines, I discovered after this isn’t how it’s supposed to be done at all. Please stay away.

Very good clinic, clean, pleasant and helpful medical staff and all employees. Convenient, high quality, everything is very well organised from picking up at the airport and travelling to the clinic. It is also very convenient that there is an interpreter, which in fact was a link between the patient and the clinic, solving all organisational issues.
The nursing staff and interpreters are very helpful and knowledgeable.

The wife is smart
My wife made a surprise - a trip to Turkey and a hair transplant. I found out about this within a few hours. I liked the clinic. We met at the airport. True, there was a tire puncture and we sold it in about 40 minutes. We were given 5 stars. Quite good with a good breakfast. It is not located in the very center, but getting there by taxi is no problem. About 20 minutes. The transplant took about 6 hours. First, they take blood for analysis. AIDS and all that. Then they shave. Next, a lot of anesthesia is injected into the donor area. 30 injections. More unpleasant than painful. Then they begin to shave and pull out the follicles. They said they took 4500. I didn’t count. Next, about 30 injections into the transplant area. Well, they start planting follicles like mushrooms. It feels like you're piercing cardboard with a pen. No pain. Between procedures they provide excellent food. Then bandage and go home. This is the most unpleasant and painful topic an hour before the end. The painkillers began to wear off and this was much worse than the injections themselves. But everything is tolerable. Childbirth is probably more painful. I liked everything except the woman doctor. She addressed me not as a patient, but as a bad boss addressing a subordinate. Always twice, but that was enough for me. "Mister, stand up!" the tone of the German officer is not exactly what I would like to hear. But the translator Olga worked 200%. She still supervises me and is always in touch. The director is a great guy. By the way, the assistant is also great. I recommend the clinic. The wife is smart. A good choice and most importantly, they didn’t try to bully me about the need for two trips for an amount many times more than I paid. I will see the result only in a year. In the meantime, only 12 days have passed. And, for the first time, it will be very difficult to sleep on your back. It's not a dream. You need to make sure you don’t scratch your head, lie down on it, and so on. But it's worth it. Good luck.

A year ago, I applied for a hair transplant at estetik international. 1950 grafts were transplanted into the receding area, the result after a year is terrible. Sprouted hair shines through, aesthetically it looks worse than what I had before treatment.

Everything in the hotel super, 5 stars, good finishing, excellent staff, we were accommodated on the 8th floor, with a beautiful view of the city.... The next day we arrived at the clinic... They paid there, and without delay, they invited us to the operating room... The team is excellent , young guys and girls, cheerful and relaxed, (they even sang songs during the transplant)... the transplant went quite quickly, they got it done in 5 hours, because the people know their stuff, they are all true professionals, both the doctor and the guy, who drew the hair line, and the girls who were assistants....Everything is at the highest level..The transplant itself is painless, only at the very beginning, when the painkiller was administered, it was a little painful, but it lasted about 10 minutes.. In general, I am satisfied with the transplant itself , I hope that the result will not be good, we’ll see in a year.. Then we were taken back to the hotel, and I spent that day in the room, did not go anywhere.... The next day I had a rest day, and the hotel staff organized a tour for us to the historical center of Istanbul... We had a great time there, and a day later they took me back to the clinic, showed me and washed my hair, and the ace driver took us to the airport... Bottom line: without much strain, I had a hair transplant and my wife and I had a great time in Istanbul, trying different dishes, making excursions and having the opportunity to shop... Despite the preliminary written and oral instructions, the clinic staff completely ignored the recommendations and, as a result, took almost 2 times more grafts than indicated. Thus, they simply destroyed my donor zone, left a bald spot that cannot be hidden by anything. Besides, it didn’t even make any sense, there was simply no need to transplant so much. Moreover, for some reason they planted places where there was already hair (from the previous transplant), while practically not touching the empty places. The hairline, despite the specific written and agreed wishes, was made as unnatural as possible by transplanting grafts with 3-4 hairs. In my opinion, in all aspects, the result of the "work" of this clinic looks simply sad. I think these people should be banned from working.

It's only been 10 days. I can't talk about the results because I haven't got the crusts on my eyebrows after the eyebrow transplant yet. I would like to mention the very good organisation of the operation: meeting at the airport, transfer to the hotel, where a room with a big bed was already booked, breakfast in the morning and delivery by car to the hospital where the eyebrow transplant was done. Constantly in touch with the translator on the phone. When the crusts come off, I will write another review about the result of the transplant. This is the most important thing, which was the reason for coming to the clinic.

I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon.

I liked the ease of getting things in order for surgery. I had any question I had answered in a timely manor. The translator was very helpful and personable. I never had to worry about getting a question answered or a response from my assistant. The dr was amazing and very professional and great expertise. The only thing I was uncomfortable with is the pain. I’m considered by several drs to have a high pain tolerance and I was in a lot of pain. Let’s consider though I did have multiple surgeries but they are very stingy with any pain meds. The first day was torture. The rest of my experience was amazing outside of that one day though.

The clinic was modern and clean. I had an interpreter with me the whole time or at least someone who spoke English. The staff was very attentive to my questions, need, and concerns. The entire hotel and transport package made it very easy to cope with having a medical procedure in a foreign country. I also like that the journey did not end once I got on the plane and left. They are still checking on my progress and accessing my results via videos and photos online. I would definitely recommend this clinic and go back for my additional needs.

Good afternoon, I want to leave a review about this clinic. The idea of a beard transplant was born a little over a year ago, when part of the hair fell out due to a stressful situation. I began to study the information, where and how best to do it. Obviously in Turkey because of the price / quality ratio. I stopped at several options, including thanks to bookimed reviews. And he began to write to the clinics in order to understand in detail. In the clinic of Madame Sophie, I was given the contacts of Dilyara, the coordinator, for Russian speakers. Dilyara answered all my questions in detail for several weeks. She dispelled all my doubts and worries with comprehensive answers supported by facts. A month later, in August, I bought tickets for January 4, 2021, wanted to have an operation and take a short vacation for rehabilitation. These dates were reserved for me in the hospital, a transfer from Istanbul to Bodrum was agreed upon, and a hotel room was rented on the seashore! But due to the situation with the coronavirus, there was no certainty that the borders would not be closed again, and in October I contacted Dilyara and asked if it was possible to postpone the operation to earlier dates. as a result, on November 14, I was already flying from St. Petersburg to Istanbul. The clinic quickly found time for my operation, rebooked a hotel room and agreed on a new transfer. In Istanbul I was met by a driver and I reached Bodrum comfortably. The operation was performed on November 15, Sunday, this is a day off at the clinic, but even then they met me halfway, because the return ticket was for November 17th. Day of the operation. I was picked up from the hotel by the driver, along with Mr. Chagatai Cebeji, the director of international relations, who speaks very good Russian, but mostly spoke English) on the way to the hospital, he briefly described the stages of the operation. At the clinic, Madame Sophie met me, discussed with her in detail how and what would be done. Then they took blood from me to check for sores and for . And the operation itself began. First, grafts are prepared from the donor area, from the back of the head, then they are implanted into the beard area. The only unpleasant sensations are injections of anesthesia, but after a couple of injections you don't feel anything. Then Madame Safiye did the opening of the channels, this is when many micro-holes are made with a special tool. This further determines how and at what angle the hair will grow - the most crucial moment. I know that I was lucky that it was she who did it to me. The operation lasted 9 hours, with a lunch break. All this time, next to me was a doctor's assistant - Mustafa, who also did a lot of work, and all this time he supported me and answered all my questions. After the operation, they told me how to do everything correctly during the rehabilitation period, gave me a weekly set of various pills, put on a special bandage on my head, gave me shampoo, a pillow for sleeping, and took me to the hotel. The next day I was brought to the clinic for a scheduled examination and taken back to the hotel, from where I was then taken to Istanbul and I flew back to St. Petersburg. The most difficult thing is to sleep on your back for 15 days, and, accordingly, do everything very carefully. A little more than a month passed after the operation. Facial hair grows, falls out, grows again, this is normal - shock hair loss. I know that there is no need to wait for the result earlier than half a year. I am still in touch with Dilyara, I am sending planned photos, which are evaluated by doctors. I promised to come to them in Bodrum next summer with the finished result and excellent mood) Am I satisfied with the result? - Now is the period of rehabilitation, and the final result has to wait, but what I see, I like it! May I recommend this clinic? - Definitely yes. Doctors, coordinators, drivers and the rest of the staff do their job as professionally and efficiently as possible, I did not have to think about anything at all, except that 15 nights to watch me sleep) Great professionals and wonderful people. I am really pleased that I chose this particular clinic. If this review can be edited in the future, then I will return here in a couple of months, add a little photo and review. These people are beyond incompetent. I had a hair transplant - the Mickey Mouse doctor came in for 5 minutes drew a dodgy hairline and sauntered out like he was bursting for a p* Never explained anything. They never listened to my instructions, during the operation the incompetent clowns were having a party. Music was loud people were coming in and out all the while I was under strong aneasthesia unable to move. They have destroyed my donor area and the completely ruined my hairline. Please run as fast as you can from these scammers. It’s more of a garage than a professional hospital. It does look nice but don’t be fooled the service doesn’t match the interior. Go to a qualified specialist who will make a proper plan for you. Please don’t make the same mistake I have. You will see all of their patients have hard hairlines, I discovered after this isn’t how it’s supposed to be done at all. Please stay away.
