I had a number of small hiccups that made the overall experience a little frustrating. However the medical staff and treatment itself was fantastic and exactly what I wanted. The issues I had were as follows: - Repeated quotes from the hospital for the treatment varying by a large amount across the whole experience. - As I had never been to Turkey before, I arranged a few nights stay in private accommodation on either side of the surgery. This made sense to me but seemed to cause consistent confusion with the transport organisers and the hospital as to where I was being picked up and collected to and from. - I had multiple smaller issues with the Mercure hotel but these were solved by the staff on reception. All that said, Hisar Hospital itself was excellent. Very clean, very efficient service and I had a great translator that looked after me during my stay. I could tell the staff there were very experienced and gave me great care at all times. My surgery itself also went ahead as planned with no hiccups and so far I'm very happy with the result!

I had issues clarifying my final quote, arranging transport to and from my hotels, issues with the hotel room in particular and felt that at times there were two or three different parties all trying to arrange the details for me but not talking to each other.

Complaint Regarding Poor Quality of Treatment and Unacceptable Experience I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the quality of treatment and overall experience I received at Istanbul Aesthetics. My recent visit to your establishment has left me greatly disappointed and concerned for the well-being of future patients. First and foremost, the dental treatment I received was of extremely poor quality. The teeth that were fitted are disproportionately large, causing discomfort and difficulty in daily activities such as eating and speaking. Furthermore, these teeth have come loose, posing a serious risk to my health and safety. I have even experienced the alarming situation of choking on one of my own teeth. In addition to the dental issues, I must address the lack of regard for health and safety protocols at your establishment. Not only was I subjected to the distressing experience of choking on my teeth, but I also endured being poked in the eye during the course of treatment. This blatant disregard for basic safety measures is completely unacceptable and puts patients at serious risk of harm. Moreover, I was appalled by the overall cleanliness and hygiene standards of your establishment. The facility was disgustingly maintained, raising serious concerns about sanitation and infection control. Furthermore, the customer relations I encountered were abysmal. I felt as though I was being held to ransom, forced to pay exorbitant fees for substandard treatment, as well as unexpected additional costs such as hotel expenses. This unprofessional behavior only added to the distress of an already unpleasant experience. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. Patients deserve to receive quality care in a safe and respectful environment, and it is clear that Istanbul Aesthetics has failed to meet these fundamental standards. I had the Penis Enlargement surgery. After reading the information on Bookimed I was excited to know It would enlarge the penis by 1-3 INCHES. (3-9 centimeters) And add 2,5 Inches in girth. (5cm) However, when I arrive and finished paying I meet my doctor and I am then told It will only increase "visually" but not actually increase at all. Only look like It is bigger. Only a little girth increase. Now,2 weeks after the surgy I have infection in the penis, my foreskin does not move. My penis is mutilated and the cuts were not stitched properly and I have an open hole in my penis with stuff leaking out. All of the girth added has disappeared and It looks like I will have to cut off the entire penis so I won't die from infection.

Viktoria was very helpful, but misinforming. When I asked her how much size It would add she said around 3+ centimeters. But my penis did not increase in size, and now It is mutilated and infected and I have to cut it off.

These people are beyond incompetent. I had a hair transplant - the Mickey Mouse doctor came in for 5 minutes drew a dodgy hairline and sauntered out like he was bursting for a p* Never explained anything. They never listened to my instructions, during the operation the incompetent clowns were having a party. Music was loud people were coming in and out all the while I was under strong aneasthesia unable to move. They have destroyed my donor area and the completely ruined my hairline. Please run as fast as you can from these scammers. It’s more of a garage than a professional hospital. It does look nice but don’t be fooled the service doesn’t match the interior. Go to a qualified specialist who will make a proper plan for you. Please don’t make the same mistake I have. You will see all of their patients have hard hairlines, I discovered after this isn’t how it’s supposed to be done at all. Please stay away.

I had initially gone to Turkey to consult with a dental clinic there. The initial clinic consultation went a direction that didn't want to go to meet my needs. Bookimed was able to quickly arrange more consultations with other clinics and Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital. I really liked the dental staff and the vision/action plan proposed by Bahcelievler. I quickly decided that they were the best option of all my consultations there in-country. Due to the severity of my dental needs, the Chief of Dentistry (Dr. Esma Sonmez) personally took my case. Her and her team were fantastic. She highly recommended the oral surgeon, part of the hospital, Dr. Celal Gondirll. I highly recommend both of them. Mr. Gondirll communicated clearly the game plan, successfully followed through with a well-performed surgery, and was available for after-care. I needed 24 crowns, with temporaries installed prior to the jaw surgery, and permanents installed post-surgery. Dr Sonmez performed all the crowns herself. In all, everything went very well. My hospital medical coordinators, Ms. Rose and Mr. Masoud, did a great job of coordinating the activities, hospital stay, hotel stay, and shuttle services. It has only been about a week and a half post-surgery, but I am very pleased with the results. I'm sure things will only improve more as the swelling subsides in the coming weeks. None of it would have been possible without my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington, quickly pivoting after my initial consultation going south and arranging the consultation with the hospital. An additional point to mention is that Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital was able to perform all the needed services at a significantly cheaper price. Dr. Sonmez is also very conservative in her approach to dental care and was able to successfully avoid 12 root canals that my initial dental clinic consultations had deemed "required." I would strongly suggest adding a consultation with the hospital prior to finalizing any action plan. Thank you!

My hair transplant and my wife rhinoplasty, it was great. Also we did our teeth, they butchered my teeth, I did not know they were going to shave down all my teeth, I had a very good teeth but I want to better, the dentist said you have a nice teeth, but never told me not to do, when did the teeth they put treaty together like a bridge, versus doing one at a time, now I do not have space between them, besides completely ruined my teeth, they didn’t do the proper way, he and Brazil I went to see a dentist and they told me this technique is prohibited here because they did butchered my wife in my mouth, both of us did our teeth. I had another big problem with my liposuction, very bad side effects, because I didn’t have enough fat, but Dr. Baki did with out even looking my body. My surgery was done Saturday, I called them on Monday but no one saw me until Wednesday, I finally saw the doctor and he said nothing to worry about that was normal, for sure it was nothing normal about the surgery, I sent pictures to doctors all of them sad that I need to take care of that and I couldn’t even travel, Dr. Baki sad in 40 years he never saw such a thing, but he said that was going to be fine, I travel back the following Friday to Brazil, I went to see a plastic surgeon, he said that I almost died, thank God I’m here, they did not care about my health, horrible communication with the doctor, when I spoke to a few people that takes care of the patients there, they told me that they would get right back to me, they would not get back to me for 10 hours, that’s for me was crazy. When I set up the appointment, I really want to talk to Hakan, they told me that I would do with him but they offer me Dr. Baki and I told them I did not want Dr. Baki that I wanna dr. Hakan, The day that I was supposed to see Hakan They told me that he had Covid and he could not do my surgery, I thought was weird, so they told me Dr. Baki was going to do my surgery and Dr. Baki was much better surgeon, I didn’t feel good about this but I went anyway. I reached out to Dr. Hakan and found out that he never had Covid and also I never had an appointment with him and that he was booked out. So I’m not sure if I would recommend them, I’m spending money after the surgery and they didn’t even offer to pay part of it, it is almost 2 weeks after my surgery and I’m still bruised all over and I’m really in bad situation. Did 2 Stars was giving because the booking team they are unbelievable nice and they do deserve 10 stars, but the people they assigned me had few things that I didn’t like it push a different doctor, and also the doctor did not do a good job . I do not recommend I will post pictures, also I will post pictures of my teeth before and after

He performed thousands of aesthetic surgical procedures since then. Dr Tekin moved to London in 2022 and has continued to perform his procedures in İstanbul. Dr Tekin has published numerous scientific articles in international and national plastic surgery journals. He presented many scientific presentations at international and national congresses and conferences. Dr Tekin attended dozens of international courses led by world-known mentors, improved his deep knowledge, and got certified. He is a member of ISAPS, TPRECD and TTB.
