Hello, I was at the doctor’s appointment, they did all the necessary tests, nothing more, everything is professional and efficient, thanks to the translator, everything is at the highest level.

Everything went well, met on a bus from the airport and made a transfer across the city (clinic on the other side). They were also taken to the airport. In general, everything was organized quite well. The clinic has several Russian translators. If one is busy then the other helps you. If there are any problems, the translator takes you by the hand and goes with you and helps to solve them. There were no problems with this at all. The doctor and all the staff are very open and friendly. All questions are answered. If something is not clear, they repeat it again. People in the city are also open to foreigners and ready to help. Their English is very basic, but in which case they open the translator in their smartphone and write to you and translate on the go.

At the first consultation, the doctor promised us a 50% improvement in our son’s health, but on the contrary, his condition worsened. When we returned home, he began to get very sick; Perhaps the medications didn’t work and we went to the clinic. Unfortunately, they did not answer us. They did 7 sessions of ECT (Electroconvulsive therapy), which is very dangerous for epileptics, after which convulsive attacks began, which occurred several times a day. I was desperate and didn't know how to help. We had to hospitalize our son at a local clinic. Doctors requested an extract from the NP Istanbul clinic. I received the translation of the extract with difficulty after 20 days. I wrote to the translator about everything and he seemed to report to the doctors of the clinic. I waited a month, I thought that the doctors would get in touch and correct their mistakes and help in some way, but on the contrary, they again offer their services for a fee. I'm in great shock! I do not recommend this clinic to anyone!

Everything was great from the very start, initially I was able to connect with Rabi to communicate details via WhatsApp which was a smooth process and was fast to respond considering our time differences. There’s no hidden fees or unexpected occurrences. Daniela greeted me on arrival at the clinic, she speaks perfect english and is able to answer any questions from start to finish. She made my stay very comfortable, was there at all hours to answer any questions and was so kind! She is very thoughtful and thorough in providing instructions. Dr. Yavuz Özsular was amazing, made me very comfortable from the beginning. He was there to answer any questions, concerns and I had absolute trust in him. The results post surgery were great, and in time I look forward to post an update of before & after photos as the months progress. Great choice to go with Dr. Soho clinic and the entire team is awesome.

I want to share my experience. In the summer I planned a breast augmentation surgery. I thought for a long time in what country, that it would not take long to fly, price, quality, etc. Having decided on the country (Turkey), was the choice of clinic. With the coordinator Bogdana very quickly selected a clinic. There were a lot of offers from different clinics, but intuitively the choice fell on Dr Ramazan Arslan from Quartz Clinique. Then I cooperated with the coordinator Ali from the clinic. I have never met a more attentive and patient person))). As soon as we arrived in Turkey, Ali was on call 24/7. Any question was solved instantly. At the consultation, the doctor said I needed a lift of one breast, the healing process with a lift is complex and painful, so all 10 days I needed attention. I was at the clinic for 2 days, then stayed with my husband in a hotel across the street. Which was very convenient. Ali, the doctor, all the girls from the clinic were very friendly, always smiling, trying to help. I highly recommend the doctor as he did exactly the shape I wanted. The coordinator Ali, I can't imagine if he wasn't there... The clinic is very friendly staff. Kudos to the girls!
