Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. Dr Burak continues to monitor me now and I feel I am being very well looked after. His instructions are clear and very helpful. The Bookimed coordinator, the hospital staff, from the first day to the last, were obviously keen to provide their best help and expertise in offering a succesfull outcome for the entire stay, not only for the surgery. I am very happy to have chosen Bookimed and this hospital for my septum deviation surgery that finalised in adding another operation after doctor Fehmi, a great doctor, told me I need also turbinate reduction, due to a Rhinitis allergy I was not aware of as in the UK, they haven't told me about. Very Happy to have chosen to get my surgery in Turkey and not in UK. Some Great quality of service and cost in Turkey, something I cannot say about "Great" Britain that loves only to take high taxes and delay to provide proper health services for their taxpayers. After all, it's my health! Thank you Bookimed! Thank you doctor Fehmi!
