My father’s medical experience with Memorial Şişli was great. Everything was well-organized, and we felt supported throughout the entire process. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining every detail, which reassured us that my father was in good hands. I was also really impressed by how quickly everything was arranged. There were no unnecessary delays, and the entire medical service was coordinated seamlessly. Our online medical coordinator was always available whenever we had questions, making the whole process much easier. Having a interpreter readily available was a huge help as well—they were efficient and made communication effortless. The hospital was spotless, and cleanliness was clearly a top priority, which gave us even more peace of mind. Overall, we were very happy with the care my father received. I would like to share my positive impression of the clinic and bookimed.com. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the examination - all procedures were organised quickly and clearly, without long waits. The clinic is equipped with modern equipment, which inspires confidence and gives confidence in the accuracy of diagnosis. I would like to emphasise the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. Each employee showed attention and care, which made the treatment process much more comfortable. A pleasant addition was the work of interpreter Gulnara and coordinator Zahida - it greatly facilitated communication with doctors and understanding of all stages of examination. I would also like to express my gratitude for the transfer and the work of the driver, which helped to save time and eliminated the need to think about the road. In general, the best impressions were left. Many thanks to the whole team of the clinic for the high level of service and human attitude!

Dr. Ali Vefa Öztürk was absolutely amazing. He really knows his medicine and was extremely helpful and nice to me. We had several video calls and the Dr was very clear and detailed and because Dr. Ali speaks perfect english it was so nice to be able to understand and communicate directly with the Dr and have a meaningful conversation. Dr. Ali was always available to contact and clarify anything even on weekends and busy days and Alişer who co-ordinated everything was also always available, ready to help and organised absolutely everything. He delivered on everything we said and agreed and was always asking if I needed anything else and would ask the Dr any concerns I had. Both Alişer and Dr. Ali really care about their patients and I know this for a fact because Dr Ali said the treatment I was asking for was unnecessary and there was no need to do any procedures, even trying to talk me out of needing anything further. However, I insisted on having the treatment anyway and we proceeded after much deliberation and only after the Dr knew that I was absolutely sure in what I wanted and understood all of the risks associated. But at no point was I pressured into doing anything I didn’t want to and it was actually quite the opposite which is in contrast to many other hospitals and Doctors who would say yes to everything and add on many extra tests and charges against my will. This led me to trust Dr Ali and combined with his lovely personality and knowledge, and he was always so friendly and nice to me, I felt I was in very capable and safe hands. Everything was explained to me properly and Dr Ali respected my decisions and wishes and understood everything I asked. I whole heartedly recommend both Group Florence Nightingale Hospitals and Dr. Ali Vefa Öztürk for anyone else who is looking for medical expertise and will always be thankful for the excellent help I received.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my coordinating doctor Yaroslava from the platform. She was on call 24/7, always answered in detail, politely and with great patience. Yaroslava even enquired about my impressions after my consultation with the doctor, which was very pleasant. Her responsiveness and support helped me to make an important decision. As for the treatment and the doctor, it is too early to give a final assessment, as we are just starting to work. But I can already say that I chose Memorial Ataşehir Clinic and I was satisfied with the staff, the doctor, the interpreter and the clinic itself. I will definitely write a full review of the results later.

My Mum had a neurological check-up. We are very grateful that finally the problem with headaches has been solved! For more than two years, doctors of clinics in Europe and Ukraine, could not solve this issue, prescribing antidepressants, etc. Arrived at the clinic at 8:50 am, without delay was provided, very nice interpreter Irada. We promptly took analyses, MRI, ultrasound, consultation with a competent neurologist who paid attention to the problem that was causing the headaches for a long time. Appointed the right treatment with a positive result! Attention from the clinic also deserves a special thanks, Mum and her husband were fed a delicious lunch! Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.
