I am very satisfied with the choice of this clinic
At the Turan Turan Clinic, I had total hip replacement surgeries on both legs almost simultaneously, two days apart. The operation was categorised as complicated. From the very first days of my stay in the clinic until my discharge I was really surrounded by sincere care and attention of the doctor and medical staff and interpreter. I was placed in a very comfortable ward with everything I needed. The interpreter and assistant in the person of Eldar did not leave me a step and helped with translation, consulted, gave useful advice and literally led me by the hand to the doctors where I was examined, from the X-ray room to the anaesthesiologist before the operation. Preparation for the operation, collection of analyses, their study and consultation with doctor Kayhan Turan took little time. Everything went promptly. The surgery was performed by the head doctor Kayhan Turan himself, who has vast experience in orthopaedic surgeries. With his light hand and high level of professionalism, the two surgeries two days apart were very easy. Smith & Nephew prostheses were fitted. Both operations were performed under spinal anaesthesia, which in my case completely eliminated the unpleasant stage of coming out of anaesthesia. I was conscious during the operations. Subsequent rehabilitation took place in a hospital ward, where special medical simulators were used along with exercises to develop the joint and vessels. The organization was supported by Alisher Durdiyev and was very quick and helpful, even during the late evening. Hello, This is not the first time that I have been a patient from Turkmenistan at the Medipol Clinic. What can I say the doctors and staff are very friendly, helpful. The translator, which was provided by the Clinic, was very polite, it was immediately clear that the Specialist was in charge, there were no problems with the translation. Hello, we are from Kazakhstan. Came here for diagnosis and treatment of my son. We really liked the clinic. Neurologist Barış Metin explained everything to us in detail. We learned a lot about my son's illness. My son has hydrocephalus and even after the tests we found out that he has epilepsy, the VP-shunt works at an accelerated rate, so my son did not develop. Now we are receiving treatment. We hope it helps insha Allah. I also liked the staff, especially the translators, I forgot the names, but one of them even knows the Kazakh language. It was super convenient. My coordinator Marsela, went above and beyond to research the perfect Doctor and accommodate with all of her request for the best Doctor. She always answered my questions and followed up when needed. My surgery coordinators Zeynep and Hisham were amazing and followed up and Hisham was there in person from the pre-op to post op and both were there 24 hours a day when I needed them or just to make sure I was doing good following my surgery. Dr. Emre Ozenalp is a very skilled surgeon and is amazing. The cuts he made I will have little scarring due to being a skilled surgeon. Dr. Emre and his Nurses followed up everyday to check on my status. He’s Nurses are amazing and we’re very compassionate since I am a very modest person. I would highly recommend Bookimed, my surgery coordinators, and Dr. Emre and his Nurses. I am very amazed and super excited about my outcome of my surgery.
