First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the examination - all procedures were organised quickly and clearly, without long waits. The clinic is equipped with modern equipment, which inspires confidence and gives confidence in the accuracy of diagnosis. I would like to emphasise the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. Each employee showed attention and care, which made the treatment process much more comfortable. A pleasant addition was the work of interpreter Gulnara and coordinator Zahida - it greatly facilitated communication with doctors and understanding of all stages of examination. Memorial is more than a hospital. It is home from home. Very hospitable and caring staff who show a lot of empathy. My one night stay in the hospital was a delightful experience, kind and available staff, every neat and hygienic room. The doctors are on top of their job. I was taken through a lecture in nuclear physics 101, broken in simple language. The lecturer helped allayed my initial fears about the treatment. The treatment was speedy and the results came so quickly. The doctor was by my bedside to explain the next steps. The translator was fantastic. The transportation service was superb, always on time. I got more than value for my money. I will strongly recommend Memorial Sisli Hospital for any person seeking Lu-177 therapy

From visiting the clinic and undergoing examination were only negative impressions. Appointed to the doctor for 10 days at a certain time, and got an hour later! All tests were taken promptly, in 1 day and promised the results and a visit to the doctor in 2-3 days (the doctor himself said that everything needs to be done very quickly, because I needed urgent treatment), and silence .... Irada I didn’t answer calls ... We only got contact with the help of Bookimed employees! In general, we got to the doctor only after a week, and we were told that we needed to do another examination !!! (remembered) In general, we lost time in vain, which is very important for cancer patients, nerves and money ... Many thanks to the girls from Bookimed for support, help and patience Ie !!! I am grateful to Katerina, Daria, Olga and Darina for the help and support !!! I do not recommend Medipole. I am undergoing treatment in another clinic!

Yaroslava even enquired about my impressions after my consultation with the doctor, which was very pleasant. Her responsiveness and support helped me to make an important decision. As for the treatment and the doctor, it is too early to give a final assessment, as we are just starting to work. But I can already say that I chose Memorial Ataşehir Clinic and I was satisfied with the staff, the doctor, the interpreter and the clinic itself. I'll start my review with Bookimed. Indeed, the guys helped a lot, in particular, Anton, Barbara, Nazrin. From the moment I turned to them, they tirelessly contacted me and provided all third-party support. Meeting, doctor's consultation and after. Really guys thank you! We agreed with Anton that we would go for a consultation at Liv Hospital. Special thanks to you. Now for the Liv Hospital itself. We turned to this hospital with an MRI scan - signs of osteochondrosis of the thoracic spine. The central protrusion of the VTh3 - VTh4 disk and vertebral bodies with marginal suspensions, the height of the vertebral bodies is preserved. End plates of vertebral bodies with clear, even contours. In the vertebral bodies Th2 (10mm), Th5 (10mm), Th10 (23mm), Th11 (3mm) and L1 (5mm), round sections with hyper-intense T1 and T2 HI signal characteristics (hemangiomas) are determined. We were prescribed a doctor Chagatai Ozturk. From acquaintances, from reviews and after talking with the doctor, I realized that the doctor is quite a professional in his field. Pros: 1. Modern hospital 2. Attention to the patient is good. 3. Amiable doctor 4. Well done consultants. Cons: 1. Very, well, very expensive treatment in relation to other hospitals in Turkey. For example, Memorial, Azhibadem, Medicana 2. Careful attention to the patient is a maximum of 10-15 minutes. After this time has passed, it seems that the doctor has lost interest in you and begins to engage in others on his computer. (at least I noticed this in relation to us) 3. Does not give other variations of the treatment although this could be given. Since having looked at our MRI remotely, Liv hospital sent us an invoice, we expected that after a live examination, the doctor would offer us other treatment options. 4. The doctor is very honest with the patient. He directly told us that after the operation does not guarantee that we will return to our previous health and will feel like an 18 year old healthy person. I do not know how much this psychologically affects the patient. For example, it negatively affected us or not. 5. We were offered to have an operation the amount of which amounted to $ 23,000 plus treatment and stay in Turkey for 15 days would cost us all this about $ 30,000. For this amount we were offered in Israel and Germany, and in India 3 times cheaper. We asked for a breakdown of this amount, which is included here. Unfortunately, they said they could not give it. I could not understand why. Then we asked to give us a price for hemorrhage vertebroplasty, after a two-day wait they said $ 7,000, although other hospitals asked for $ 3,000- $ 3,500 for vertebroplasty, and after they found out that we would only do vertebroplasty, and we won’t do the spinal surgery, interest our person at the hospital completely disappeared and they did not contact us even though we were there about 10 days after consulting with them. So the next day we went to several other hospitals in Turkey and stayed at the Sisli Momorial Hospital. I want to note that the Memorial is no different from Liv Hospital in terms of modernity and attention to the patient. Doctors are very kind prices are acceptable, the neurosurgeon in whom we were an expert in their field listened without being lazy. We were able to ask him all the questions we were interested in, both during the consultation and after treatment, and he was in contact with us all the time before and after the radio frequency denervation that we had with him. Surgery in Turkey, I am 60 years old, and I travelled to Istanbul for a Deep Plane Facelift and a lower and upper Blepharoplasty. Bookimed, I am so grateful to you, I could not have made this journey without your assistance. Thank you very much for your guidance and patience. I hope I did not give you a hard time. Turkey is a safe place to travel, it is safer than Paris, Milan or Manhattan. I never felt in danger in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived at Lokman Hekim Hospital, everything was taken care of by Ismael Ali, who is an easy going and friendly translator. The pre-operative test were done as soon as I arrived. The day after I met Doctor Murat Yaman who is a friendly and open person. Before travelling to Istanbul I checked his background and found him to be a very good and competent surgeon. So, on that day I was relaxed for the surgery because I knew I was going to be in good hands. The work he did on me was outstanding. I am still in the healing process. My eyes are a bit irritated, but that is normal. My face is still a bit swollen but it no longer hangs. My face has changed expression from appearing to be sad or angry to reflecting a normal emotion. A big thanks to the Lokman Hekim Hospital staff some of them spoke a little bit of English others were fluent but all of them were caring, kind, super friendly and always ready to help.

I was totally blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism from the staff and providers at Saluss Medical Group. I had been planing on getting beard transplant done for almost 5 years now but was very skeptical about the process. The cost and the FUT method was somewhat scary. I finally was bold enough to take this leap and did my research. After seeing the price, reviews & results of former Saluss clients. I decided to take the bold step to reach out and consult with Saluss. I spoke over video chat with Selah who was very kind and detailed about what I was to expect. The DHI method plus enriched sold it for me as well as the all inclusive pricing. All I had to do was book my ticket to Turkey. Hotel accommodation, vip airport pickup and drop off service as well as post-op medication all included for no additional charge. Everyone from start to finish was respectable and kind. I brought my family with me also because I wanted it to be a mini vacation and celebrate New Year’s Eve in Antalya with them. The most painful part was the application of local anesthesia but once that was done I was blown away by the coordination in which the care team worked in tandem to extract donor hair grafts and also implant them using the special pen tool. They were very thorough. From sketching out my beard design and lining it up to produce a very natural look, up to the post op follow through and patient education to learn how to take care of the implant and donor site. It was just splendid. As someone who works in the US healthcare system, I can tell you a procedure like the one I did (4000 grafts) would cost anywhere between $4000-$15000 in the states and you still will be charged for post op meds, cost of admission, hotel etc. Plus it’s very hard to find anyone using DHI method in the US currently. I was also provided with a NoMask doctor’s note for my long flight back to the US, and they also helped get me a face shield to wear instead. I can’t thank Saluss Medical group for all they have done. Now ready for the long months of watching out for the results. I will be back with updates when I see the results of the procedure. If you were hesitant before, I can assure you that Saluss is the place to go to for your Hair Transplant procedure. Happy New Year & All the best.

We liked Emsey clinic very much. we were met from the airport with an interpreter and a driver. then placed in a very good hotel. delicious food was served 2 times at the hotel. The hotel had spacious comfortable rooms with all amenities. On the 1st day we were brought for analysis, on the 2nd day they made a diagnosis, started treatment and we were placed in a ward. Within 5 days, we received the necessary treatment and good service. The doctors were very skilled and experienced. The coordinator Janseit was with us for 1 week and was very helpful in creating all the necessary amenities for us. Thanks to all the staff at Emsey Clinic.

About my experience it wasnt what I was expecting, not for bookimed fault, but mostly from hospital, medical staff and assistants. Somehow I can sum it up as I was part of a very strange experience, where everything is beautiful in words, but not in reality. In the end all I have are words, maybe a little improvement on my health condition - but not a real fix, and no documents at all about my medical treatment.
