I am so happy with my dental treatment at the Soraca Med Clinic! I would like to emphasize very efficient work of the team. I came from another country and it took me literally 2 brief visits to have a job done! The doctor and all the medical personnel is highly qualified, very friendly, great attitude , great bedside manners. No forcing unnecessary expensive treatments, everything was up to the point. The staff are polite, attentive. They try to make the right decision about your treatment. I would have preferred more explanation of the treatment situation. Why the decision or treatment tactics have changed. It should be justified. To discuss the next steps of treatment. After all, travelling from far away is planning additional free days and money for the patient.

It was uncomfortable when during teeth grinding, a cold stream of water flows behind the scruff of the neck. My back was wet and it was not very pleasant to go outside in wet clothes afterwards.

It was an experience my husband and I will never forget!!
Bookimed was so helpful and extremely nice. Everything they told me was to the detail accurate. I was very nervous about this because we’d never traveled that far before, just so many unknowns. But from the minute we were picked up from the airport we felt completely comfortable. Even with the language barrier, there were tons of laughs, smiles and hugs. I am from Denmark. I am visiting the clinic for the second time with various dental problems and also aesthetics. I was always met at the airport on time and even with flowers. I was accommodated in a good hotel with breakfast included and paid for - this is also important. Transportation from the hotel to the clinic and back or, if desired, to any point in Izmir. In the clinic, translators are always nearby who participate in the treatment process and answer all questions. Doctors (young) work quickly and efficiently. There are also dental technicians who quickly make crowns - literally before your eyes. Teeth scanning is also done in the clinic. The atmosphere is very friendly, relaxed. There are a lot of clients from different countries with whom it is pleasant to discuss common problems. After completing the work, clients receive a quality guarantee - for 5 years in my case. Upon returning to my country, I can always ask a question by phone and receive a quick answer.

I rate the organisation of the treatment five points out of five! I have no complaints about the medical staff and the quality of treatment so far and I hope I will not have any later. The only thing that marred the overall good impression was that initially I was promised a jaw of 14 teeth and the price was calculated accordingly. When taking impressions, I specified how many teeth I was told 14, and silently put 12 and did not inform me, I immediately noticed myself and I was refunded the money for the missing teeth. In addition, in the process of treatment it turned out that I need to install 2 implants and three crowns in another place and I paid for this work, but only at home I found out that I instead of 3 teeth installed only 2. I informed the administrator Natalia about this two days ago, but I still haven't received any answer from her and no refund of the overpaid amount. It is a pity that the good work of specialists is overshadowed by such circumstances. And if the administration of the clinic behaved differently, I would recommend this clinic to all my friends all over the world, of whom I have many, with a clean soul and a great desire. But for now I will not do it.

I had my implants placed at the YEG clinic, a good, clean, modern dentistry with good equipment. The implantologist is a professional, placed the implants in less than an hour, quickly and painlessly. Attentive and caring staff at the clinic, kept in touch with me all the time. There was an interpreter during the operation. Transfers were organised from the airport to the hotel, to the clinic and back. The fee was about the same as we had discussed, except for a few things that really can not be taken into account in advance. The prices are very good. I recommend the clinic! 👍👍👍

Of course, it was very exciting to have my teeth treated abroad, but on the phone I was assured that there was no reason to worry and it turned out to be 100 per cent true! I was picked up at the airport, brought to the dentist's office where I was met by an assistant translator and on the same day I was seen by my doctor. There is no language problem in communicating with the doctor, there is no problem to ask a question, ask more about the treatment, etc. as there is always an interpreter nearby.
All procedures were scheduled for the next day and I was kindly escorted to the hotel, which is located next to the dentistry.
I want to say straight away that all your wishes will be taken into account and the doctors will do their best to make you happy and with a beautiful smile!

Dental Bosphorus offered me a whole treatment plan and carefully explained what I would need to get done. I was treated by high skilled dentist such as Dr MERT! Who has been fantastic during this treatment! They removed my poor positioned implants and gave me bone grafting which was successful. They then gave me Emax bridges which look great. I strongly recommend DENTAL BOSPHORUS for excellent dental treatment! I want to share my experience with you. From the first minute when I decided to go to a dental clinic in Turkey, they answered me immediately. They listened to my requirements and offered several options. Our choice was 100% successful. The team of the Adam and Eve clinic and the translator were very attentive to us and professionals in their field. We went to get implants for our son and all three did it). 12 implants. Everything was done quickly and painlessly. Thank you so much for your work. We are waiting 3 months for them to come back and install crowns. If you have a problem with your teeth, don’t be afraid, the doctors there are excellent. I thank all the clinic staff for the warm welcome and excellent work. 5+++
