Unfortunately, I had to deal with absolute chaos and incompetent staff for the first time. The nurses forgot to inject anaesthetic, which made me go through all the circles of hell immediately after the operation. To put the patient's health or even life at risk is an absolutely unacceptable mistake. They deviated from the surgeon's treatment plan. The staff simply do not understand how to mobilise the patient after the operation. I was pulled on both sides by hands from the bed, while I had stitches under my breasts and drains under my armpits. The drains were on the floor, to the indignation of the surgeon himself - the nurses were bickering. The clinic positions itself as international, but not a single person from the staff did not speak any other language than Turkish. On phone calls - the nurses were unresponsive. When you are in pain, money doesn't matter. I wanted to stay a couple more days in the clinic for $650 a day, not including medication. But after one night and forgotten medications by the staff, I realised I was better off checking out. The staff ran to a pharmacy three nine lands away for medication that should initially be on hand, the clinic does not have its own pharmacy. Head's interpreter, in a hostile posture reprimanded me for my dissatisfaction with the staff. The absolute unprofessionalism was astounding to me. The doctors are top, the clinic is not. I advise you to seek out Medicare doctors at other more professional clinics. Read more less

I want to share my experience. In the summer I planned a breast augmentation surgery. I thought for a long time in what country, that it would not take long to fly, price, quality, etc. Having decided on the country (Turkey), was the choice of clinic. With the coordinator Bogdana very quickly selected a clinic. There were a lot of offers from different clinics, but intuitively the choice fell on Dr Ramazan Arslan from Quartz Clinique. Then I cooperated with the coordinator Ali from the clinic. I have never met a more attentive and patient person))). As soon as we arrived in Turkey, Ali was on call 24/7. Any question was solved instantly. At the consultation, the doctor said I needed a lift of one breast, the healing process with a lift is complex and painful, so all 10 days I needed attention. I was at the clinic for 2 days, then stayed with my husband in a hotel across the street. Which was very convenient. Ali, the doctor, all the girls from the clinic were very friendly, always smiling, trying to help. I highly recommend the doctor as he did exactly the shape I wanted. We decided to have surgery, I reviewed many stories of girls (though not from Turkish clinics).So here is an individual approach and that you will be carried around like a "written word" here do not expect.Vsn put on the stream and all "run and run".If not for the doctor, probably would have turned around and left.The nurses poked all hands because they could not put a catheter.Maybe just my expectations were overestimated ... but because of this first impression, very worried about the result.Thank God the result is excellent. A month has already passed after the operation and I want to share my experience. I found out about the clinic by chance from the Internet, I did not know what to expect in reality. I had terrible prejudices about Turkey, but nevertheless I decided to fly - if I suddenly didn’t like something - I would just return that day. What was my surprise when, from the very first minute, I felt such concern and attention that all doubts were dispelled - yes, that’s it! And when I met Dr. Aytach, I realized that this was MY doctor! I have very thin skin, and after giving birth, she was all in "stretch marks." Ukrainian doctors called my skin parchment paper and did not particularly undertake to operate. Dr. Aytach said that I will have beautiful breasts and he did it to me !! This is just unbelievable !! I’m still unusual with new breasts, to be honest it’s still hard, but when I look at myself in the mirror, I thank the doctor that he just gave me a new one! Now it's up to my body, before complete healing, time will still have to pass, but even now the difference is visible in the photo. What else surprised me? The clinic itself in the first place - it is very modern, and as by our Ukrainian standards - just fantastic. No need to run through laboratories to take tests, wait for doctors. Everything is in place - and a doctor’s examination, and tests, and consultations with an anastasiologist. Super-selected staff, for the entire stay - only positive impressions, attentiveness, friendliness, professionalism. Special thanks to Elena’s personal assistant, it was thanks to her that I decided to have an operation, she answered my endless questions, made recommendations, coordinated my visit. By the way, I must say that their service is really at the highest level. Starting from the airport, transfers, rooms are simply super - spacious, equipped to modern standards, a pleasant hotel, in which I was after the operation. By the way, when I arrived it was late at night, but I was met, placed in the ward so that I could relax, because check-in at the hotel was only from 12 noon. It was very nice. Also on the day of departure, I had a late flight, and another room was allocated for me so that I could stay in the clinic and not wait at the airport. Another such moment. When I flew home after the operation, from time to time I had different questions, and they always answered me, never left me unattended, if something started to disturb me. I had liposuction of the abdomen and sides + Brazilian buttocks lift + breast lift, all in one day. The first 3-4 days of rehabilitation are the hardest, but then much easier, the staff / help / service at the highest level, doctor Ergin Er - a doctor from God, I advise everyone, a professional of his work!!!!. I will post photos after at least a month, but the forms are visually visible and pleasing to the eye!!!! Good evening. My name is Anna. I will start my story with the fact that I am not the first time I come to Turkey to correct some nuances in myself. That is, there is something to compare! The first person I want to talk about is Dr Aykut. He is a professional, I would say a fan, he lives and breathes his work. From the first meeting with a banal Hallo to the marking before surgery from Dr Aykut one positive and kindness. He has incredible energy and love for his work. My plans for the operation were global on this visit, but they were not to be fulfilled. During the operation my blood pressure jumped to 150 and fluctuated during 3 hours from 90 to 150 - it was decided by the anaesthesiologist and the doctor to stop the operation. As a result, only liposuction of the abdomen 360 degrees and chin correction was performed. Secondly is of course the company Dr Mad and his staff. Everything was organised initially through Bookingmed, prices and conditions were agreed with them at the beginning. As soon as we arrived in Turkey we were organised a comfortable transfer to the hotel. In the morning we had a lovely interpreter, Lara, who was with us for the whole 7 days of our stay in Turkey. Very competent staff, the night after the operation I was cared for by two nurses who every hour I put a drip of different medicines and brought me food and water. It was very nice to see Larochka who was on call 24/7. In the third hotel and hotel staff, very attentive and responsive. At any request it was always, quickly and without unnecessary conversations. I had breakfast in the room the first 4 days as it was hard to walk me. Even on the second day they brought me soup in my room in the evening in the hotel, which was especially nice. Surgery in Turkey, I am 60 years old, and I travelled to Istanbul for a Deep Plane Facelift and a lower and upper Blepharoplasty. Bookimed, I am so grateful to you, I could not have made this journey without your assistance. Thank you very much for your guidance and patience. I hope I did not give you a hard time. Turkey is a safe place to travel, it is safer than Paris, Milan or Manhattan. I never felt in danger in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived at Lokman Hekim Hospital, everything was taken care of by Ismael Ali, who is an easy going and friendly translator. The pre-operative test were done as soon as I arrived. The day after I met Doctor Murat Yaman who is a friendly and open person. Before travelling to Istanbul I checked his background and found him to be a very good and competent surgeon. So, on that day I was relaxed for the surgery because I knew I was going to be in good hands. The work he did on me was outstanding. I am still in the healing process. My eyes are a bit irritated, but that is normal. My face is still a bit swollen but it no longer hangs. My face has changed expression from appearing to be sad or angry to reflecting a normal emotion. A big thanks to the Lokman Hekim Hospital staff some of them spoke a little bit of English others were fluent but all of them were caring, kind, super friendly and always ready to help.

Everything was great from the very start, initially I was able to connect with Rabi to communicate details via WhatsApp which was a smooth process and was fast to respond considering our time differences. The best part was not having to worry about hotel stay, transportation etc. everything is included in the costs and they make you well aware of that including the fee if using credit card. There’s no hidden fees or unexpected occurrences. Daniela greeted me on arrival at the clinic, she speaks perfect english and is able to answer any questions from start to finish. She made my stay very comfortable, was there at all hours to answer any questions and was so kind! She is very thoughtful and thorough in providing instructions. Dr. Yavuz Özsular was amazing, made me very comfortable from the beginning. He was there to answer any questions, concerns and I had absolute trust in him. The results post surgery were great, and in time I look forward to post an update of before & after photos as the months progress. Great choice to go with Dr. Soho clinic and the entire team is awesome.

It’s hard to even imagine how much time, financial and professional costs it took for the creators to make the information so accessible and complete for the patient. Thank you for your work and choosing such a useful niche as this! It is so important for the patient to be able to communicate with the manager at any time: to talk, consult, discuss personal issues and possible risks. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Before finding you, I had experience communicating with two organizations that provide services in the field of medical tourism, but unfortunately, commerce and the desire to sell specific specialists without options is alarming and does not inspire confidence at all. On the other hand, I’m even glad that I had such a short communication experience, especially since I was able to evaluate the capabilities of Bookimed! I understand that for the reader my review may be similar to an ode of praise, but as they say, “you can’t erase words from a song.”))) Therefore, I can only continue to talk about how it was in my specific case. Thanks to the Khizar clinic for a luxurious spacious room with floor-to-ceiling windows, an additional sofa for visitors, as well as delicious meals three times a day. It would seem difficult to surprise us with high-quality Turkish service in a hotel, but when your stay in the clinic is exactly the same as in a hotel, it is much more valuable at a time when you are absolutely alone in a foreign country and your physical capabilities are temporarily limited. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail: it so happened that I arrived for the operation unaccompanied, with a small backpack. This was extremely important for me: everything I could need was provided or was already available in my favorite room opposite the reception. The operation was scheduled for the afternoon, so the most difficult time was at night. The nurse who was on night duty did a tremendous job and until 6 am did everything as required according to the protocol after the operation. Yes, you can say, how could it be otherwise, you paid the money and it should be so, but you and I know very well that no one has canceled the human factor, and patients in this state after surgery cannot always read carefully in English doctor's recommendation language. Therefore, I send rays of love to this Great Man!!! Every 40 minutes He applied cold compresses, fed me even at night, and then took me for a walk along the long corridor of the clinic. This is an invaluable experience for me, not only because it is important for rehabilitation and health, but also for my personal faith in people. Low bow to the doctor for his professionalism, ability to listen to the patient and a high-quality operation. I would also like to thank Gulshirin Beshimova for the opportunity to make my stay in Turkey as comfortable as possible. Just as theater begins with a coat rack, so in my case Istanbul greeted me with a friendly smile from the driver and a luxurious car. It is impossible not to mention Alpay. I’ve been driving for 20 years, but I’ve never seen anyone pay such attention to the car and the passengers sitting in the back seat: TV, music from all over the world, water of different temperatures, drinks, napkins, a footrest for comfortable feet, and even a fresh bouquet of herbs to scent the salon!
