Everything is very well organized, fast communication between the doctor, translator, and financial department. We had a problem with housing, they didn’t abandon us at night, the clinic staff helped. We did an examination, so I can’t say about the results of the treatment yet. The facilities at the clinic are wonderful, we consulted with 2 doctors, we have a diagnosis and a treatment method. The radiologist is competent and specialist, but not verbose. I didn’t have enough explanations about the risks, etc., the plastic surgeon explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, he was a very nice person. The organization of the trip is at the highest level, the organization is impressive. The diagnosis has been made, treatment methods have been determined, we plan to come for treatment in six months, because the prices are too expensive for us. I can write about the quality of treatment after treatment.

I didn’t have the operation, you can just say I went to paid appointments. I did not like the fact that the doctor was not familiar with my examinations and analyzes, and before, if I had an MRI, they did an ultrasound scan. It's not clear why. At the same time, the ultrasound did not give the whole picture. Also, only on the spot when the doctor asked me to look at my tests and examinations, the translator tried to translate. Before arriving at the clinic, I discussed in advance what kind of operation I wanted, whether they would be able to do it. The answer was always YES, after arrival already at the reception, NO.

Yaroslava even enquired about my impressions after my consultation with the doctor, which was very pleasant. Her responsiveness and support helped me to make an important decision. As for the treatment and the doctor, it is too early to give a final assessment, as we are just starting to work. But I can already say that I chose Memorial Ataşehir Clinic and I was satisfied with the staff, the doctor, the interpreter and the clinic itself. I wanted to leave a review and share my experience. In February this year I had a beard transplant in this clinic. I would like to note some details that may be useful to someone. And so let's begin I signed up online, I immediately discounted the instructions before the transplant. There is nothing unusual in it, as well as sent instructions on arrival in Istanbul where to come and who will meet me. On arrival everything happened exactly as it happened and I was immediately met and taken to the hotel. I was satisfied with the hotel, they explained at once the plan for the next day on the operation, when it is better to eat what to wear, etc. Also on the next day for me with the driver came my interpreter. It is very convenient to ask some details and in general to talk before the operation. I was not worried as I knew what to expect. Everything went quickly enough for me want to time lasted 8 hours. I would like to say that everything is very organised and simple, starting from the arrival and ending with the flight back home, transfer during all 3 days is very convenient. The main thing is to listen to what they say and do exactly the same right down to when it is better to eat. On the downside I would have liked more information about the recovery process before travelling to Istanbul as people treat any external changes differently. So that you can better plan your trip between jobs. Otherwise, I would like to reiterate that the transfer, hotel, interpreter and the attitude in the clinic are all A's). Thank you!

I went to Turkey for diagnostics at the Istinye clinic, there are many impressions and, unfortunately, they are not very good. To begin with, the clinic itself is good and the equipment is also at the level, everything went quickly and waited for the result. Because quarantine began in Turkey, flew home, and here it began, although the coordinators promised to keep in touch with me. In short, they discouraged all the desire to go there again and do the operation there! Because it all depends on your coordinator and translator. They only work well with people who pay a lot and no questions asked. I do not advise you to go there, just because everything is decided not by the doctor, but by the coordinator, he even provides you with the prices !!!! There is only one negative left !!!!

Olya’s support was crucial in my decision, and I’m forever grateful to her. Special thanks to our guide Said, who was always available, no matter the time of day or night. He helped resolve every issue between me and the clinic, providing a smooth experience throughout the process. The doctor who performed my surgery, Alperen Koç, was outstanding. From the initial consultation to the operation itself, everything went smoothly, quickly, and painlessly. He’s truly a high-level professional who’s there to treat patients rather than make money off them. I deeply appreciate all of his care and expertise. A week has passed since the surgery, and I feel good, though my vision hasn’t fully returned yet. However, this is normal, and I’m confident that it will improve over time. I can confidently recommend Bookimed and VM Medical Park Hospital in Istanbul. Cons: The main downside of my experience was with the hospital’s billing department. They requested payment in cash, but we were not informed about this before traveling to Turkey. If you want to pay by card, they charge a 20% commission, which is an unreasonably high fee. I’d also like to mention someone named Timur (I don’t remember his last name). In front of patients, he was speaking in Russian with a female colleague, assuming we didn’t understand the language. They said something like, “People are so stupid; it’s hard to work with such dumb people.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in the presence of patients. Such conversations seriously undermine the clinic’s reputation and are inappropriate in a professional healthcare setting. Therefore, I strongly advise anyone planning a visit to clarify all financial and organizational details
