I was also really impressed by how quickly everything was arranged. There were no unnecessary delays, and the entire medical service was coordinated seamlessly. Our online medical coordinator was always available whenever we had questions, making the whole process much easier. Having a interpreter readily available was a huge help as well—they were efficient and made communication effortless.
The hospital was spotless, and cleanliness was clearly a top priority, which gave us even more peace of mind. Overall, we were very happy with the care my father received. While I am still on the rehabilitation period at home, tomorrow is a week after the operation and check-up with the doctor. I had liposuction of the abdomen and sides + Brazilian buttocks lift + breast lift, all in one day. The first 3-4 days of rehabilitation are the hardest, but then much easier, the staff / help / service at the highest level, doctor Ergin Er - a doctor from God, I advise everyone, a professional of his work!!!!. I will post photos after at least a month, but the forms are visually visible and pleasing to the eye!!!! Special thanks to Bukimed platform for the selection of clinic, doctor, quick answers to all questions and support, as well as translator Varvara, very responsive, kind, nice girl!

I was there for a first intervention, they emptied my lower jaw to place six implants and made me a provisional prosthesis of 10/10 quality. The attention was excellent, a lot of staff at my disposal with no waiting time, a painless surgery and after a month everything was fine. Highly recommended. In the photo I appear with the provisional prosthesis, the upper teeth are natural.

Of course, it was very exciting to have my teeth treated abroad, but on the phone I was assured that there was no reason to worry and it turned out to be 100 per cent true! I was picked up at the airport, brought to the dentist's office where I was met by an assistant translator and on the same day I was seen by my doctor. There is no language problem in communicating with the doctor, there is no problem to ask a question, ask more about the treatment, etc. as there is always an interpreter nearby.
All procedures were scheduled for the next day and I was kindly escorted to the hotel, which is located next to the dentistry.
I want to say straight away that all your wishes will be taken into account and the doctors will do their best to make you happy and with a beautiful smile!
I am glad I chose this particular clinic!

Good and friendly staff, met and went straight to all necessary lab tests. Breakfast is included in the check-up. We had to wait a bit for answers from doctors and laboratory. Cafe, toilets, lifts all within easy reach. Recommend. Next year we will also go for check-ups for both children and adults.

I would like to share my positive impression of the clinic and bookimed.com. First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the examination - all procedures were organised quickly and clearly, without long waits. The clinic is equipped with modern equipment, which inspires confidence and gives confidence in the accuracy of diagnosis.
I would like to emphasise the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. Each employee showed attention and care, which made the treatment process much more comfortable. A pleasant addition was the work of interpreter Gulnara and coordinator Zahida - it greatly facilitated communication with doctors and understanding of all stages of examination. I would also like to express my gratitude for the transfer and the work of the driver, which helped to save time and eliminated the need to think about the road.
In general, the best impressions were left. Many thanks to the whole team of the clinic for the high level of service and human attitude!
