While I am still on the rehabilitation period at home, tomorrow is a week after the operation and check-up with the doctor. I had liposuction of the abdomen and sides + Brazilian buttocks lift + breast lift, all in one day. The first 3-4 days of rehabilitation are the hardest, but then much easier, the staff / help / service at the highest level, doctor Ergin Er - a doctor from God, I advise everyone, a professional of his work!!!!. I will post photos after at least a month, but the forms are visually visible and pleasing to the eye!!!! Good evening. My name is Anna. I will start my story with the fact that I am not the first time I come to Turkey to correct some nuances in myself. That is, there is something to compare!
The first person I want to talk about is Dr Aykut. He is a professional, I would say a fan, he lives and breathes his work. From the first meeting with a banal Hallo to the marking before surgery from Dr Aykut one positive and kindness. He has incredible energy and love for his work. My plans for the operation were global on this visit, but they were not to be fulfilled. During the operation my blood pressure jumped to 150 and fluctuated during 3 hours from 90 to 150 - it was decided by the anaesthesiologist and the doctor to stop the operation. As a result, only liposuction of the abdomen 360 degrees and chin correction was performed.
Secondly is of course the company Dr Mad and his staff. Everything was organised initially through Bookingmed, prices and conditions were agreed with them at the beginning. As soon as we arrived in Turkey we were organised a comfortable transfer to the hotel. In the morning we had a lovely interpreter, Lara, who was with us for the whole 7 days of our stay in Turkey. Very competent staff, the night after the operation I was cared for by two nurses who every hour I put a drip of different medicines and brought me food and water. It was very nice to see Larochka who was on call 24/7.
In the third hotel and hotel staff, very attentive and responsive. At any request it was always, quickly and without unnecessary conversations. I had breakfast in the room the first 4 days as it was hard to walk me. Even on the second day they brought me soup in my room in the evening in the hotel, which was especially nice. Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. They had to reopen me as a distancer put between my vetebras slipped (needed a bigger size to be put in there)

From visiting the clinic and undergoing examination were only negative impressions. Appointed to the doctor for 10 days at a certain time, and got an hour later! All tests were taken promptly, in 1 day and promised the results and a visit to the doctor in 2-3 days (the doctor himself said that everything needs to be done very quickly, because I needed urgent treatment), and silence .... Irada I didn’t answer calls ... We only got contact with the help of Bookimed employees! In general, we got to the doctor only after a week, and we were told that we needed to do another examination !!! (remembered) In general, we lost time in vain, which is very important for cancer patients, nerves and money ... Many thanks to the girls from Bookimed for support, help and patience Ie !!! My Mum had a neurological check-up. We are very grateful that finally the problem with headaches has been solved! For more than two years, doctors of clinics in Europe and Ukraine, could not solve this issue, prescribing antidepressants, etc. Arrived at the clinic at 8:50 am, without delay was provided, very nice interpreter Irada. Memorial is more than a hospital. It is home from home. Very hospitable and caring staff who show a lot of empathy. My one night stay in the hospital was a delightful experience, kind and available staff, every neat and hygienic room. The doctors are on top of their job. I was taken through a lecture in nuclear physics 101, broken in simple language. The lecturer helped allayed my initial fears about the treatment. The treatment was speedy and the results came so quickly. The doctor was by my bedside to explain the next steps. The translator was fantastic. The transportation service was superb, always on time.
