I was choosing a clinic, I’m not sure, I’m not sure what I’ve been trying to do. as soon as possible ... Thanks to the coordinator, Dmitry Belik, Now, I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. For their health care team, they are Bookid and Cagin eye Hospital. It is a highly qualified specialist. My mom had retinal detachment and cataracts, we were very confused, could not choose a clinic (there was too much conflicting information about clinics in Turkey), while they decided to confide, lost time, the operation had to be done as soon as possible .... Thanks to the coordinator, Dmitry Belik, we were able to quickly make a decision and ended up at Cagin hospital. Now, I want to express my gratitude to Dr. Kursat Cagin for his excellent work and professionalism, and to all the staff at Cagin Hospital for their well-coordinated work, as well as their attentive and kind attitude to patients. Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. Dr Burak continues to monitor me now and I feel I am being very well looked after. His instructions are clear and very helpful.
