On the 18th he underwent surgery with a vagus nerve stimulator on the 25th and it was connected. Dr Sait has worked wonders. Daytime seizures are very rare but nighttime seizures have changed completely. I am 35 years old and so far only the first connection 0.25 paediatric dose and 5 more connections. Thank you to the neurologist Dr Yemmir who agreed to treat me. For all my years my encephalogram is finally normal. I am from abroad. I don't live in Istanbul. But I thank the whole clinic, all the doctors, all the interpreters, all the staff.

The operation was difficult, as it involved the trigeminal nerve and there was a risk of injury to nearby nerves. However, thanks to the professionalism and high qualifications of the professor, everything went well. He performed the procedure with jewellery precision, minimising possible risks and ensuring an excellent result. When we were going to go, we were told that we would have a lot of tests, a puncture, an MRI, etc. When we arrived, we were not placed where we planned, not for 35USD, but for 45 USD per day. When we arrived at the clinic, nobody took anything except for a blood test. As a result, that in Medipol, that in Ukraine we got the result word for word, the preparations were pricked by the very same ones as in Ukraine. The clinic coordinator has not been seen once. We had a girl translator - her name is Shazoda - a good, intelligent girl, she translated everything, but we did not see the coordinator. We were told that they would give extracts in Russian and in English, but sent in Turkish. Thanks to Maxim Voloshin, he is our coordinator in Bookimed, a very clever boy, we received translations into Russian, thank him very much. Without Maxim, we wouldn't do it at all

Exoskeleton ReWalk is an innovative technology designed for people with limited mobility. This system allows even completely paralyzed patients to walk.

What is the exoskeleton?

ReWalk is a suit — "external skeleton" — that has special fasteners for fixing the legs. The system repeats human biomechanic moves in proportion to the increasing efforts that made by motion, thereby allowing movement and withholding the vertical position.

How does the suit work?

Control occurs by using muscle signals. When body forward tilting, special sensors transmit a signal to the devices, which holding the legs, causing the system in motion. And walking takes place unconsciously: the patient does not think about controlling his steps, that his legs obey by impulse.Therefore, by applying minimal effort, patient can perform the actions that were previously unavailable for him. During the walk he leans on sticks.
