My Mum had a neurological check-up. We are very grateful that finally the problem with headaches has been solved! For more than two years, doctors of clinics in Europe and Ukraine, could not solve this issue, prescribing antidepressants, etc. Arrived at the clinic at 8:50 am, without delay was provided, very nice interpreter Irada. We promptly took analyses, MRI, ultrasound, consultation with a competent neurologist who paid attention to the problem that was causing the headaches for a long time. Appointed the right treatment with a positive result! Attention from the clinic also deserves a special thanks, Mum and her husband were fed a delicious lunch! I had initially gone to Turkey to consult with a dental clinic there. The initial clinic consultation went a direction that didn't want to go to meet my needs. Bookimed was able to quickly arrange more consultations with other clinics and Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital. I really liked the dental staff and the vision/action plan proposed by Bahcelievler. I quickly decided that they were the best option of all my consultations there in-country. Due to the severity of my dental needs, the Chief of Dentistry (Dr. Esma Sonmez) personally took my case. Her and her team were fantastic. She highly recommended the oral surgeon, part of the hospital, Dr. Celal Gondirll. I highly recommend both of them. Mr. Gondirll communicated clearly the game plan, successfully followed through with a well-performed surgery, and was available for after-care. I needed 24 crowns, with temporaries installed prior to the jaw surgery, and permanents installed post-surgery. Dr Sonmez performed all the crowns herself. In all, everything went very well. My hospital medical coordinators, Ms. Rose and Mr. Masoud, did a great job of coordinating the activities, hospital stay, hotel stay, and shuttle services. It has only been about a week and a half post-surgery, but I am very pleased with the results. I'm sure things will only improve more as the swelling subsides in the coming weeks. None of it would have been possible without my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington, quickly pivoting after my initial consultation going south and arranging the consultation with the hospital. An additional point to mention is that Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital was able to perform all the needed services at a significantly cheaper price. Dr. Sonmez is also very conservative in her approach to dental care and was able to successfully avoid 12 root canals that my initial dental clinic consultations had deemed "required." I would strongly suggest adding a consultation with the hospital prior to finalizing any action plan. Thank you!

I, Temirbek Ormotoev came from Kyrgyzstan, I chose Florence Nightingale Hospital which was helped by bookimed company and the staff of this company liked me, especially I am happy to deal with Professor Ahmet-Tunch Ozdemir. Today is the 3rd day after the operation performed by Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir. The operation was done wonderfully, I am satisfied and also the hospital conditions and medical staff were top notch, everyone is polite to the patients, especially the head nurse and nurse Linhai were very good at patient care. Why did I choose Florence Nightingale specifically? Because this hospital is one of the advanced hospitals in Turkey and there is a DaVinci robotised system. I have a neoplasm in my kidney over 30 mm. Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir performed the operation within 1.5 hours and he has golden hands. Dear readers, if anyone wants to be treated abroad, come specifically to Florence Nightingale and find Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir and you will not go wrong with your choice. I was discharged on the second day after surgery, I feel great and recovery is underway. In terms of the cost of paying for the surgery, compared to other clinics in Turkey, it is realistic and inexpensive. Mr Ahmet-Tunc Ozdemir, my family and I wish you good health, longevity, good luck in everything and that you stay for a long time saving patients from various diseases, Allah help you. I didn’t have the operation, you can just say I went to paid appointments. I did not like the fact that the doctor was not familiar with my examinations and analyzes, and before, if I had an MRI, they did an ultrasound scan. It's not clear why. At the same time, the ultrasound did not give the whole picture. Also, only on the spot when the doctor asked me to look at my tests and examinations, the translator tried to translate. I underwent Gamma Knife surgery on my trigeminal nerve at Medical Park Clinic and I would like to express my huge gratitude to all the medical staff and especially to the professor who performed the procedure. The operation was difficult, as it involved the trigeminal nerve and there was a risk of injury to nearby nerves. However, thanks to the professionalism and high qualifications of the professor, everything went well. He performed the procedure with jewellery precision, minimising possible risks and ensuring an excellent result. The Medical Park clinic also impressed with its high level of service, attentive attitude to patients and modern technological base. I felt in safe hands from the moment of consultation to the end of the rehabilitation period. At the Turan Turan Clinic, I had total hip replacement surgeries on both legs almost simultaneously, two days apart. The operation was categorised as complicated. From the very first days of my stay in the clinic until my discharge I was really surrounded by sincere care and attention of the doctor and medical staff and interpreter. I was placed in a very comfortable ward with everything I needed. The interpreter and assistant in the person of Eldar did not leave me a step and helped with translation, consulted, gave useful advice and literally led me by the hand to the doctors where I was examined, from the X-ray room to the anaesthesiologist before the operation. Preparation for the operation, collection of analyses, their study and consultation with doctor Kayhan Turan took little time. Everything went promptly. The surgery was performed by the head doctor Kayhan Turan himself, who has vast experience in orthopaedic surgeries. With his light hand and high level of professionalism, the two surgeries two days apart were very easy. Smith & Nephew prostheses were fitted. Both operations were performed under spinal anaesthesia, which in my case completely eliminated the unpleasant stage of coming out of anaesthesia. I was conscious during the operations. Subsequent rehabilitation took place in a hospital ward, where special medical simulators were used along with exercises to develop the joint and vessels. I am very satisfied with the choice of this clinic.

I went to Turkey for diagnostics at the Istinye clinic, there are many impressions and, unfortunately, they are not very good. To begin with, the clinic itself is good and the equipment is also at the level, everything went quickly and waited for the result. Because quarantine began in Turkey, flew home, and here it began, although the coordinators promised to keep in touch with me. In short, they discouraged all the desire to go there again and do the operation there! Because it all depends on your coordinator and translator. They only work well with people who pay a lot and no questions asked. I do not advise you to go there, just because everything is decided not by the doctor, but by the coordinator, he even provides you with the prices !!!! There is only one negative left !!!!
