Dental Bosphorus is an excellent clinic for dental treatment thank you to Mustafa and Dr Mert. I went to them as I had been a victim of poor treatment from another clinic. Dental Bosphorus offered me a whole treatment plan and carefully explained what I would need to get done. I was treated by high skilled dentist such as Dr MERT! Who has been fantastic during this treatment! They removed my poor positioned implants and gave me bone grafting which was successful. They then gave me Emax bridges which look great. I strongly recommend DENTAL BOSPHORUS for excellent dental treatment! They also organized transportation from my hotel to the clinic and were extremely supportive and helpful very down to earth people! Thank you

Everything is very good. From meeting at the airport to parting at the same airport. The clinic and staff are very friendly and competent in their field. The organization of the transfer from the hotel to the clinic is also very well established (no need to wait for a bunch of people) finished and you were taken. My doctor was very meticulous and did his job painlessly. I communicated with the doctor through the translator Dinara, who was 24/7 for me. I really liked it, I advise. I am satisfied with the result.

I had a good experience, had my breast reduction with Dr. Ergin Er. He is very professional, I chose his clinic because of his experience and good reviews. I wanted to go too small because my whole life I hated my breasts but he explained to me the best option and I love my results. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail: it so happened that I arrived for the operation unaccompanied, with a small backpack. This was extremely important for me: everything I could need was provided or was already available in my favorite room opposite the reception. The operation was scheduled for the afternoon, so the most difficult time was at night. The nurse who was on night duty did a tremendous job and until 6 am did everything as required according to the protocol after the operation. Yes, you can say, how could it be otherwise, you paid the money and it should be so, but you and I know very well that no one has canceled the human factor, and patients in this state after surgery cannot always read carefully in English doctor's recommendation language. I like the treatment , staff , environment. Special thanks for Hussein , Melih , and all staff I can’t remember the names . I recommend this hospital for all . Daily they made for me more than 10-12 session . They used all technology and staff to let me feel better . I had some special services massage , daily Hotel transport, and hotel discount . I can’t express all but thanks a lot in 8 days I felt better and I don’t need surgical operation . Will visit again inshallah .

Unfortunately, I had to deal with absolute chaos and incompetent staff for the first time. The nurses forgot to inject anaesthetic, which made me go through all the circles of hell immediately after the operation. To put the patient's health or even life at risk is an absolutely unacceptable mistake. They deviated from the surgeon's treatment plan. The staff simply do not understand how to mobilise the patient after the operation. I was pulled on both sides by hands from the bed, while I had stitches under my breasts and drains under my armpits. The drains were on the floor, to the indignation of the surgeon himself - the nurses were bickering. The clinic positions itself as international, but not a single person from the staff did not speak any other language than Turkish. On phone calls - the nurses were unresponsive. When you are in pain, money doesn't matter. I wanted to stay a couple more days in the clinic for $650 a day, not including medication. But after one night and forgotten medications by the staff, I realised I was better off checking out. The staff ran to a pharmacy three nine lands away for medication that should initially be on hand, the clinic does not have its own pharmacy. Head's interpreter, in a hostile posture reprimanded me for my dissatisfaction with the staff. The absolute unprofessionalism was astounding to me. The doctors are top, the clinic is not. I advise you to seek out Medicare doctors at other more professional clinics.
