My mother had vascular surgery at Lokman Hekim Istanbul Hospital she came from Chile to get treatments for her varicose veins. I wish to express my deep appreciation for the wonderful care my mother received at Hospital. Everyone from the nurses to the doctors everyone — was absolutely fantastic, professional, caring and outstanding. I can't say one negative thing about the Hospital, we received outstanding care throughout our stay and came home very happy … thank you to our coordinators Ismael and specially Burçin Yeseler for taking excellent care of us. She helped us with everything she took care of every single detail. I want to thank to the drivers and our fantastic nurse Ezra. Doctor Sinan Göçer who performed the surgery was brilliant, he explained everything to us. He was very professional, patience and also very caring we couldn't be in better hands. I highly recommend this hospital for any one looking for a comfortable and honest place to get the best from there surgery. Unfortunately, I had to deal with absolute chaos and incompetent staff for the first time. The nurses forgot to inject anaesthetic, which made me go through all the circles of hell immediately after the operation. To put the patient's health or even life at risk is an absolutely unacceptable mistake. They deviated from the surgeon's treatment plan. The staff simply do not understand how to mobilise the patient after the operation. I was pulled on both sides by hands from the bed, while I had stitches under my breasts and drains under my armpits. The drains were on the floor, to the indignation of the surgeon himself - the nurses were bickering. The clinic positions itself as international, but not a single person from the staff did not speak any other language than Turkish. On phone calls - the nurses were unresponsive. When you are in pain, money doesn't matter. I wanted to stay a couple more days in the clinic for $650 a day, not including medication. But after one night and forgotten medications by the staff, I realised I was better off checking out. The staff ran to a pharmacy three nine lands away for medication that should initially be on hand, the clinic does not have its own pharmacy. Head's interpreter, in a hostile posture reprimanded me for my dissatisfaction with the staff. The absolute unprofessionalism was astounding to me. The doctors are top, the clinic is not. I advise you to seek out Medicare doctors at other more professional clinics.

The crown fell on vacation. I had to think about going to the dentist. In addition, she knew about two teeth waiting for their seals. But I did not want to waste time on treatment. I contacted Bookimed. And within a couple of days their coordinator, Dmitry Belik, found a suitable option - the Dentakademi clinic in Istanbul. Dmitry contacted the clinic and agreed on everything. I have only to fly. The coordinator of the clinic arranged for me a free transfer from the airport and back, and this is neither more nor less, more than an hour by car. In the clinic, too, I was not left for a minute, everything was organized clearly and without unnecessary red tape - first an x-ray, a visit to the orthodontist, where I was slightly upset that the root should be removed. Then a visit to the surgeon, who told his opinion about the fate of the tooth - pull out the root, later the implant and the crown. Then go to the doctor who sealed all the holes. There were six of them! At the same time, in conclusion, he still cleaned the stones and bleached them. The whole procedure took an hour - ten, no more. Then a heart-wrenching visit back to the surgeon to leave the root of the tooth. As a result, it became clear that an infection was starting to develop, which was not visible either on the x-ray or in the visual examination. And that's all. Airport transfer. All the time in the clinic took about four hours. Very pleased with the qualifications of doctors. For some reason, when I think about their work, I remember a video on the Internet about the virtuoso cooks. So sharp, fast and precise movements were with my doctors. A huge thank you to them. Thanks to the coordinator of the clinic. I did not feel abandoned for a single minute and not wanted in a foreign country! And all this was not more expensive than if I had done all this in my clinic in Kiev. Even cheaper. I recommend. Both Bookimed and the clinic!

Dentistland almost killed me. I received two implants with bone graph. They lied and did not do the bone graph so the bone was too thin and on the upper implant they punctured my sinus and caused excruciating pain and needed secondary surgery. They also dislocated my jaw during the extraction. The second lower implant simply fell out WITH THE LONG SCREW that goes DOWN into the bone and everything.AND THEY DID NOT HONOR THEIR “warranty for lfe” I am in the process of beginning to sue them now. STAY AWAY!!!!
