I rate the organisation of the treatment five points out of five! I have no complaints about the medical staff and the quality of treatment so far and I hope I will not have any later. The only thing that marred the overall good impression was that initially I was promised a jaw of 14 teeth and the price was calculated accordingly. When taking impressions, I specified how many teeth I was told 14, and silently put 12 and did not inform me, I immediately noticed myself and I was refunded the money for the missing teeth. In addition, in the process of treatment it turned out that I need to install 2 implants and three crowns in another place and I paid for this work, but only at home I found out that I instead of 3 teeth installed only 2. I informed the administrator Natalia about this two days ago, but I still haven't received any answer from her and no refund of the overpaid amount. It is a pity that the good work of specialists is overshadowed by such circumstances. And if the administration of the clinic behaved differently, I would recommend this clinic to all my friends all over the world, of whom I have many, with a clean soul and a great desire. But for now I will not do it.

My Mum had a neurological check-up. We are very grateful that finally the problem with headaches has been solved! For more than two years, doctors of clinics in Europe and Ukraine, could not solve this issue, prescribing antidepressants, etc. Arrived at the clinic at 8:50 am, without delay was provided, very nice interpreter Irada. We promptly took analyses, MRI, ultrasound, consultation with a competent neurologist who paid attention to the problem that was causing the headaches for a long time. Appointed the right treatment with a positive result! Attention from the clinic also deserves a special thanks, Mum and her husband were fed a delicious lunch! I went to Turkey for diagnostics at the Istinye clinic, there are many impressions and, unfortunately, they are not very good. To begin with, the clinic itself is good and the equipment is also at the level, everything went quickly and waited for the result. Because quarantine began in Turkey, flew home, and here it began, although the coordinators promised to keep in touch with me. In short, they discouraged all the desire to go there again and do the operation there! Because it all depends on your coordinator and translator. They only work well with people who pay a lot and no questions asked. I do not advise you to go there, just because everything is decided not by the doctor, but by the coordinator, he even provides you with the prices !!!! There is only one negative left !!!!

I was totally blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism from the staff and providers at Saluss Medical Group. I had been planing on getting beard transplant done for almost 5 years now but was very skeptical about the process. The cost and the FUT method was somewhat scary. I finally was bold enough to take this leap and did my research. After seeing the price, reviews & results of former Saluss clients. I decided to take the bold step to reach out and consult with Saluss. I spoke over video chat with Selah who was very kind and detailed about what I was to expect. The DHI method plus enriched sold it for me as well as the all inclusive pricing. All I had to do was book my ticket to Turkey. Hotel accommodation, vip airport pickup and drop off service as well as post-op medication all included for no additional charge. Everyone from start to finish was respectable and kind. I brought my family with me also because I wanted it to be a mini vacation and celebrate New Year’s Eve in Antalya with them. The most painful part was the application of local anesthesia but once that was done I was blown away by the coordination in which the care team worked in tandem to extract donor hair grafts and also implant them using the special pen tool. They were very thorough. From sketching out my beard design and lining it up to produce a very natural look, up to the post op follow through and patient education to learn how to take care of the implant and donor site. It was just splendid. As someone who works in the US healthcare system, I can tell you a procedure like the one I did (4000 grafts) would cost anywhere between $4000-$15000 in the states and you still will be charged for post op meds, cost of admission, hotel etc. Plus it’s very hard to find anyone using DHI method in the US currently. I was also provided with a NoMask doctor’s note for my long flight back to the US, and they also helped get me a face shield to wear instead. I can’t thank Saluss Medical group for all they have done. Now ready for the long months of watching out for the results. I will be back with updates when I see the results of the procedure. If you were hesitant before, I can assure you that Saluss is the place to go to for your Hair Transplant procedure. Happy New Year & All the best.

I took my mother (Halimo Ileye) to see Dr Baris at Okan's rheumatology clinic as was arranged by you. He only saw her for 25 mins then asked her to come back the following day for blood tests. He saw my mother for another 25 mins on the next day briefly explaining her blood tests' results, then prescribed some osteoarthritis drugs for her and recommended some physical therapy tips and told us that we would get the full report in a day or two. However, when we received the report on Thursday, I asked his secretary to go back to him and ask him to send us a full report and not just her laboratory results and to include all the medications he prescribed for my mother, their commercial names, frequency and length of use, as this was verbally explained during the session and not in writing
