The prices at the Memorial clinic indicate that it claims to be a clinic not only with highly specialized specialists, but also for a clinic of high quality service. The general impression is that it is not worth it, for such amounts you at least expect to receive test results and a conclusion. I received the following services at the clinic: - tests One nurse took tests from me and another patient at the same time, and almost mixed up the labels on the test tubes. - doctor's consultations (gynecologist, dermatologist) The appointment of a dermatologist was not issued either digitally or in paper form, which caused problems during the subsequent treatment. In gynecology, there were two parts of the tests, some told me that they were good, but I didn’t receive any conclusion, nothing. The second told me that they would inform me by phone, but no one contacted me. - medical procedures I was signed up for medical procedures, but when they arrived, the nurses began to ask me how much the medicine cost, the price for which they wrote to me on a piece of paper a week before. A very strange way of determining which drug to inject a patient. I expected the assignment to be stored in an internal electronic system. - translation On the day of the consultation with the gynecologist, after waiting half an hour for a translator into Russian, they gave me an interpreter in English (post factum), in general, I made an understanding based on the results of the analysis, but unfortunately, I do not know the gynecological topic in English at the right level and ask some clarifying questions were already pointless.

I hesitated when choosing a clinic: On the one hand, there was a clinic with a large number of reviews, but a template proposal, where it seemed that my name was entered into a standard form. On the other was Dr. Soho, a new clinic, no reviews, but with a good price and a detailed analysis of my case with the presumptive diagnosis and the number of grafts. Although reliability and feedback are very important for such a choice, my doubts disappeared during personal communication with my coordinator from the clinic - Anastasia. I made a list of questions, told about my doubts. Anastasia did her best to give me information about the doctor, clinic and other information that convinced me to choose them. In general, I had the opportunity to compare the communication of different clinics, and in this Anastasia was noticeably distinguished by empathy, sincere interest and a desire to help. About the process itself. Everything went as promised: 1. All transfers from the airport, to the hotel and clinic were organized for me by good transport. 2. The operation itself went well. The doctor consulted me, answered all the questions, and during the operation itself I felt the care of the staff and the support of Anastasia 3. You are provided with everything you need during rehabilitation - medicines, a pillow, consultations. the hotel (by the way, quite good) has a restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner regularly. This is my first experience of such an operation, I have nothing to compare with. Also, it is still difficult to talk about objective results - everything will be good or bad in the end. But at the same time, I can share what I saw - the clinic fulfills all the obligations it undertakes and the staff treats you very well. Everything is very well organized, fast communication between the doctor, translator, and financial department. We had a problem with housing, they didn’t abandon us at night, the clinic staff helped. We did an examination, so I can’t say about the results of the treatment yet. The facilities at the clinic are wonderful, we consulted with 2 doctors, we have a diagnosis and a treatment method. The radiologist is competent and specialist, but not verbose. I didn’t have enough explanations about the risks, etc., the plastic surgeon explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, he was a very nice person. The organization of the trip is at the highest level, the organization is impressive. The diagnosis has been made, treatment methods have been determined, we plan to come for treatment in six months, because the prices are too expensive for us. I can write about the quality of treatment after treatment.

I visited the clinic from the UK to have 28 crowns. I have to admit I was sceptical. Mavidenta clinic stood out to me for fairness and reviews so I followed this through with them. Bookimed was consistent and answered all my questions prior offering support. The clinic connected me and made all the arrangements including transfers from the airport to the clinic and hotel. I booked my hotel separately as I wanted self catering and an apartment. I made sure I was within a close travel distance to the clinic. When I arrived at the clinic I was met by a translator who explained everything. I met with the Dr who was truly an expert in her field. The clinic was spotlessly clean , modern and staff were also the same. I discussed my treatment plan again at the clinic as it appeared I would need some root canal work and filling which were additional. I also upgraded the quality of the crowns. I paid half of the treatment up front and reserved the rest for the end. The treatment took 6 days and I was at the clinic 5 of the days. Total time at the clinic each day would range from 1hr too 5hrs. I was given prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief. The entire process was reflective of the cost and quality. The clinic was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it was and did deliver a high quality finish and service. I don't believe you could get much better. If your hesitant about visiting don't be. For me this was worth every penny. Tips and things to be aware of: If your paying by debit or credit card you will need to pay local tax. If you pay cash you don't. Don't expect this to be a pain free process. It's dental work. However the clinic and staff are super professional and your given pain relief. Allow yourself a few days extra at the end of the treatment so if there are any complications you can sort them out and allow yourself time to enjoy parts of the city at the same time. Try and book accommodation close to the rail network or within a 30 min walk. Overall I was highly satisfied with the entire process and would recommend the clinic and process to anyone who is thinking of visiting

Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

Dental Bosphorus is an excellent clinic for dental treatment thank you to Mustafa and Dr Mert. I went to them as I had been a victim of poor treatment from another clinic. Dental Bosphorus offered me a whole treatment plan and carefully explained what I would need to get done. I was treated by high skilled dentist such as Dr MERT! Who has been fantastic during this treatment! They removed my poor positioned implants and gave me bone grafting which was successful. They then gave me Emax bridges which look great. I strongly recommend DENTAL BOSPHORUS for excellent dental treatment!
