I recommend this clinic with all my heart
It was like a breeze. My best decision about my body. Everyone was good to me. The doctor made a perfect work. All staff wanted to help. The clinic is fantastic, very fancy, very clean, a warm place as well. I didn’t felt any pain, I didn’t felt ashamed about my body before the surgery and I left very confident with it after the surgery. I’m glad that I found this clinic. It was definitely a good experience. I recommend this clinic with all my heart. I’m not from Turkey, I’m from Europe and the fact that I choose the Dr. Esra Cabuk Comert’ clinic was the best choice. I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon
I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. They went above and beyond to make sure I was Ok. Ismael my co-ordinator and translator was lovely and professional. The doctor did an amazing job with my nose and I am so happy with the results. I can 100% recommend this clinic and surgeon.

Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. My nose was large and not an easy case for Dr Cem Altindag to work with. The results AMAZING!!!! It looks so natural and matches my face perfectly. The Dr and his assistant both responded in the middle of the night to a question I sent them after the surgery. That is outstanding care!!

Dr lux , quality , no bruising after rhinoplasty , good doctor .
I was hungry, the hotel can be found better for such money. The nurse after the operation pricked 3 times hands not qualitatively. Who has fear to needles, blood, and I have this fear, on my request to call a specialist, I was refused.
And so everything is good, fast healing . I recommend the doctor .

I came here to enlarge my breasts by transferring fat from my legs to my breasts. They increased but not as much as I wanted ( They were beautiful when there was swelling after the surgery. But after three days everything was gone and I saw the final result. Although in two weeks they may not become even smaller…)
I highly recommend girls to do implants and not waste their time and money on fat that may eventually disappear completely if you do gym etc .
The doctor warned me that such results would occur, but I didn’t want implants and hoped for a miracle with fat…I recommend this clinic and doctor Feridun Elmas

I can leave a positive review about Quartz Clinic and the bookimed service. There were some fears during communication with the service (especially after encountering negative reviews on the internet), but in the end I was satisfied with my experience. From the service I was supported by the manager Ekaterina. I would also like to leave her a positive feedback for her quick and competent answers in WhatsApp. All the conditions of the clinic were in full conformity with reality. And as for Quartz Clinic: a modern clinic with good service, friendly staff and doctors. In addition to my surgery, the service package included a good hotel and a transfer (even when I changed my hotel at my own request, I was still picked up by a transfer to another address not close to the clinic). The clinic was attentive to me and my words (and fears of the surgery itself), which really eased my worries. My coordinator at the clinic, Ali, made a huge difference to my experience as a whole, being really human and supporting me during the surgery with his communication, distracting me from my creepy feelings. And also always stayed in touch on messenger, giving full feedback, answering my queries. The surgery itself was excellent, the doctor inspired confidence in me and I found him to be absolutely competent, I would go to him again for any surgery with confidence.

Everything would have been fine if they had warned me in advance, while I was still in my country, to do certain tests! I had to pay a huge amount of penalty plus airfare (over 3000€) because I was refused to have the operation for medical reasons!

Hello. The operation was performed at the Estetik International clinic. The clinic looks expensive. Everything in it is beautiful, expensive, rich, an excellent ward, and so on. But. A lot but. I'll start. Bukemed organized everything quickly. They are great. Only I clarified a couple of times when to take tickets back home. They said on the 14th. And the operation was on the 10th. Analyzes on the 8th. 9 clinic day off. Arriving at the clinic, the translator Ozan, the translator, tells me that she should fly 17-18 back. Since the days are counted from the moment of the operation. That is, I was not correctly informed in bookimed. OK. I left earlier. The doctor said everything is healing. The clinic itself and its attitude towards me. I had a lift and an increase. The operation was carried out on the 10th at about 15.00. On the 11th at 14.00 I was told that I had an hour to get ready and the transfer would take me to the hotel. I begged to leave me for a day or at least until the morning in the clinic. Since it was terribly hard for me, everything hurt a lot. I couldn't get up, get dressed, etc. I felt dizzy and my blood pressure dropped. But I was told 250€ a day at the clinic or go to the hotel. I went to the hotel. I had drainage. It needs to be cleaned. I was told to do it myself. Once a translator came for me. Since I refused to do it myself because I could just faint from all this. The next day, a friend helped me to do this, and then they removed the drainage and sent me home the next day. And here the most interesting begins. Manager Katerina or coordinator. I don't know her position correctly. I'll attach a screen recording showing the dialog. Transfer to the airport is included in the price of all this. I started talking about the transfer in the evening before the day of departure. Then in the morning. Then I was told to expect a transfer. Then they said that it was broken or something else and that I would call a taxi myself. I couldn't do it because I couldn't pay. The card already had a limit on funds. There is such a law in Ukraine. 100.000 UAH per month I can spend abroad. For a very long time I was hung up with a taxi. The plane is in a couple of hours. A child is waiting at home. I'm on my nerves. Due to the lack of specifics and information, at the end of all this, I just lost my temper and could not find other words except mats and tears. In the end, they called me a taxi. I'm going. With full confidence that he was paid. The taxi driver shows the amount. And I understand that it is not paid. I had to ask for a card from their parents. Attach it to your phone and pay. Next, I go to the airport. I understand that I won't be able to. The clinic helped only in the fact that they checked me in for the flight. When they realized that I could really be late, and then they would have to resolve the issue with tickets and the hotel at their own expense, since it was all their fault. There are 100+ people in line at passport control. I understand I can't. Spit in an hour exactly. The gate has already been opened. And I decide to try. I just asked each person if I could go in front of him, and so I went in line and got on the plane. Now the clinic does not respond to me. Bookimed said that the money would be returned for a taxi, but this issue could be resolved for months. But I'm really looking forward to it. Katerina said the issue is under consideration by the authorities. For the past three days does not answer at what stage the question. Regarding the doctor. All OK. I had a difficult breast situation. He corrected her. But so far it's only been a week. I think it's definitely better than it was. But he didn't hear me. I asked for bigger breasts. I installed a 400 ml implant, but I don’t like it because there is no volume anyway.

I never had to worry about getting a question answered or a response from my assistant. The dr was amazing and very professional and great expertise. The only thing I was uncomfortable with is the pain. I’m considered by several drs to have a high pain tolerance and I was in a lot of pain. Let’s consider though I did have multiple surgeries but they are very stingy with any pain meds. The first day was torture. The rest of my experience was amazing outside of that one day though.

She is expert in Rhinoplasty, Bepharoplasty, Face Lifts (endoscopic face lifts), Liposuction, Breast Lift-Augmentation-Reduction and Tummy Tuck procedures named as body shaping procedures.
