From visiting the clinic and undergoing examination were only negative impressions. Appointed to the doctor for 10 days at a certain time, and got an hour later! All tests were taken promptly, in 1 day and promised the results and a visit to the doctor in 2-3 days (the doctor himself said that everything needs to be done very quickly, because I needed urgent treatment), and silence .... Irada I didn’t answer calls ... We only got contact with the help of Bookimed employees! In general, we got to the doctor only after a week, and we were told that we needed to do another examination !!! (remembered) In general, we lost time in vain, which is very important for cancer patients, nerves and money ... Many thanks to the girls from Bookimed for support, help and patience Ie !!! I am grateful to Katerina, Daria, Olga and Darina for the help and support !!! I do not recommend Medipole. I am undergoing treatment in another clinic!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my coordinating doctor Yaroslava from the platform. She was on call 24/7, always answered in detail, politely and with great patience. Yaroslava even enquired about my impressions after my consultation with the doctor, which was very pleasant. Her responsiveness and support helped me to make an important decision. As for the treatment and the doctor, it is too early to give a final assessment, as we are just starting to work. But I can already say that I chose Memorial Ataşehir Clinic and I was satisfied with the staff, the doctor, the interpreter and the clinic itself. I will definitely write a full review of the results later.

Hi, I'm Cella, and I’m living in Bali, Indonesia. I’d like to share an honest review based on my experience of finding a medical coordinator, a doctor, and a hospital for my case. I was recently diagnosed with an ovarian cyst and stage 4 endometriosis, which required surgery as soon as possible. I was initially hospitalized in Bali, but the doctor there suggested I look for a better-equipped hospital as they didn’t have the necessary facilities to perform my surgery. It wasn’t easy to find the right care on a small island like Bali. Thankfully, my best friend helped me connect with a medical manager from Bookimed. That’s how we found Alisher, the medical manager and Prof. Dr. A Cem Iyibozkurt from Florence Nightingale Hospital in Istanbul. We arranged an online consultation with the doctor, which was free of charge, I already have all my medical records and MRI results before an online consultation, I’ve prepared everything to speed up the process. and within a week, they scheduled my laparoscopic robotic surgery. Alisher did an excellent job coordinating everything, and I couldn’t be happier with him. Prof. Dr. Cem Iyibozkurt is an amazing doctor, highly experienced, and well-known for his expertise in the field. The hospital itself was fantastic—the nurses and staff took great care of me. Surgery in Turkey, I am 60 years old, and I travelled to Istanbul for a Deep Plane Facelift and a lower and upper Blepharoplasty. Bookimed, I am so grateful to you, I could not have made this journey without your assistance. Thank you very much for your guidance and patience. I hope I did not give you a hard time. Turkey is a safe place to travel, it is safer than Paris, Milan or Manhattan. I never felt in danger in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived at Lokman Hekim Hospital, everything was taken care of by Ismael Ali, who is an easy going and friendly translator. The pre-operative test were done as soon as I arrived. The day after I met Doctor Murat Yaman who is a friendly and open person. Before travelling to Istanbul I checked his background and found him to be a very good and competent surgeon. So, on that day I was relaxed for the surgery because I knew I was going to be in good hands. The work he did on me was outstanding. I am still in the healing process. My eyes are a bit irritated, but that is normal. My face is still a bit swollen but it no longer hangs. My face has changed expression from appearing to be sad or angry to reflecting a normal emotion. A big thanks to the Lokman Hekim Hospital staff some of them spoke a little bit of English others were fluent but all of them were caring, kind, super friendly and always ready to help.

I was totally blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism from the staff and providers at Saluss Medical Group. I had been planing on getting beard transplant done for almost 5 years now but was very skeptical about the process. The cost and the FUT method was somewhat scary. I finally was bold enough to take this leap and did my research. After seeing the price, reviews & results of former Saluss clients. I decided to take the bold step to reach out and consult with Saluss. I spoke over video chat with Selah who was very kind and detailed about what I was to expect. The DHI method plus enriched sold it for me as well as the all inclusive pricing. All I had to do was book my ticket to Turkey. Hotel accommodation, vip airport pickup and drop off service as well as post-op medication all included for no additional charge. Everyone from start to finish was respectable and kind. I brought my family with me also because I wanted it to be a mini vacation and celebrate New Year’s Eve in Antalya with them. The most painful part was the application of local anesthesia but once that was done I was blown away by the coordination in which the care team worked in tandem to extract donor hair grafts and also implant them using the special pen tool. They were very thorough. From sketching out my beard design and lining it up to produce a very natural look, up to the post op follow through and patient education to learn how to take care of the implant and donor site. It was just splendid. As someone who works in the US healthcare system, I can tell you a procedure like the one I did (4000 grafts) would cost anywhere between $4000-$15000 in the states and you still will be charged for post op meds, cost of admission, hotel etc. Plus it’s very hard to find anyone using DHI method in the US currently. I was also provided with a NoMask doctor’s note for my long flight back to the US, and they also helped get me a face shield to wear instead. I can’t thank Saluss Medical group for all they have done. Now ready for the long months of watching out for the results. I will be back with updates when I see the results of the procedure. If you were hesitant before, I can assure you that Saluss is the place to go to for your Hair Transplant procedure. Happy New Year & All the best.

We liked Emsey clinic very much. we were met from the airport with an interpreter and a driver. then placed in a very good hotel. delicious food was served 2 times at the hotel. The hotel had spacious comfortable rooms with all amenities. On the 1st day we were brought for analysis, on the 2nd day they made a diagnosis, started treatment and we were placed in a ward. Within 5 days, we received the necessary treatment and good service. The doctors were very skilled and experienced. The coordinator Janseit was with us for 1 week and was very helpful in creating all the necessary amenities for us. Thanks to all the staff at Emsey Clinic.

I had such an amazing experience, firstly I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Linda. We spoke lots before I came and she answered all my questions and made me feel really at ease before I travelled. She sent a vip car to the airport to collect me and gave the driver a big bag of snacks and drinks and sweets for me which was so nice of her. I arrived to my hotel which was beautiful 5 star, the staff were so nice and didn’t let me lift a finger. The next morning Linda sent another VIP car to collect me and bring me to the hospital where she was there to meet me with her lovely kind smiling face. She stayed with me all day until I had my operation in the evening, she knew how anxious I was and tried to take my mind off it by sitting chatting laughing with me, it really worked! The nurses in the hospital were so kind and helpful, although they’re was a language barrier this didn’t matter they understood me as a human and took great care of me. One of the nurses even ordered me a kebab when I woke from my operation as I could not do it from my phone I tried to give her the money but she refused I will never forget this girl she was so nice. Linda came to collect me the next day and i returned to my hotel to rest, i told her that i had poor sleep in the hospital and she got me some medication to help with this along with lots of other medication and essentials from the pharmacy she really did think of everything. On these next few days i continued to have support from Linda, she came to my hotel with the doctor to remove my bandages and also helped me to wash my hair as I wasn’t able to do it alone. I honestly don’t know how I would have got through the whole process without Linda, she is an amazing lady and deserves a lot of credit for what she does. She has such a kind caring nature about her and I instantly knew that I could trust her. I spoke with her about some other procedures I would like done and she took my photos to discuss with the doctors and Is preparing a plan for me at the moment, I honestly could not ask for better care this time so I will 100% be returning for my other treatments later in the year. I trust Linda with my life and I would recommend Asya hospital for any treatment. Thankyou so much to all the doctors nurses and people behind the scenes that made this all possible, I finally have my confidence back and I’m looking forward to my future (something I wasn’t able to do for a long time) I’m forever grateful to you all ❤️
