I was surprised that manipulations with blood (taking analyses, treatment of stitches after surgery) are carried out without disposable gloves, for this a huge minus. Consultations with the doctor were also very fast, he was always in a hurry. I had a lot of questions, but half of them remained unanswered. Many thanks to the Bookimed platform! I decided to have a mastopexy, wrote, and immediately received an answer. I sent photos and the name of the doctor I chose myself (by reading comments on various pages on the Internet and looking at the work) and received a response from the doctor a few days later with the estimated cost. The price already included everything (transfer from the airport to/from the hotel with breakfast, stay at the clinic + the operation itself, linen, translator, transfer between the clinic and the hotel). Fortunately, you could take an escort with you. My sister came with me. After the operation, I was glad that I was not flying alone. The next day after the operation I was discharged. This is where help was needed: getting out of bed, bringing food to the hotel, washing, etc. My sister's stay was free. After arriving home, the translator remained in touch for another month (until there were no more questions left). My doctor was Mr. Ergin Er. A professional in his field and simply a charismatic man :-) I am writing this comment a month after the operation. I'm happy with the result! Everything went as I had imagined: I was calm and completely relied on the doctor and his experience. (before making the decision, of course, I re-read everything about this type of operation, implants and risks). Rehabilitation, of course, is not an easy task, but if necessary, then you have to be patient!! That’s what I did, following the doctor’s recommendations. In general, you need to suffer for a month and wow, you with beautiful breasts! I continue to apply contratubex to the seams, and every time I admire my breasts in the mirror! Upon arrival, we were met by a transfer, a very polite man) settled in the hotel. The next day we went to the clinic. The operation went quickly and the doctor Ece Kayafatlar has golden hands. Good evening. My name is Anna. I will start my story with the fact that I am not the first time I come to Turkey to correct some nuances in myself. That is, there is something to compare! The first person I want to talk about is Dr Aykut. He is a professional, I would say a fan, he lives and breathes his work. From the first meeting with a banal Hallo to the marking before surgery from Dr Aykut one positive and kindness. He has incredible energy and love for his work. My plans for the operation were global on this visit, but they were not to be fulfilled. During the operation my blood pressure jumped to 150 and fluctuated during 3 hours from 90 to 150 - it was decided by the anaesthesiologist and the doctor to stop the operation. As a result, only liposuction of the abdomen 360 degrees and chin correction was performed. Secondly is of course the company Dr Mad and his staff. Everything was organised initially through Bookingmed, prices and conditions were agreed with them at the beginning. As soon as we arrived in Turkey we were organised a comfortable transfer to the hotel. In the morning we had a lovely interpreter, Lara, who was with us for the whole 7 days of our stay in Turkey. Very competent staff, the night after the operation I was cared for by two nurses who every hour I put a drip of different medicines and brought me food and water. It was very nice to see Larochka who was on call 24/7. In the third hotel and hotel staff, very attentive and responsive. At any request it was always, quickly and without unnecessary conversations. I had breakfast in the room the first 4 days as it was hard to walk me. Even on the second day they brought me soup in my room in the evening in the hotel, which was especially nice. I want to share my experience. In the summer I planned a breast augmentation surgery. I thought for a long time in what country, that it would not take long to fly, price, quality, etc. Having decided on the country (Turkey), was the choice of clinic. With the coordinator Bogdana very quickly selected a clinic. There were a lot of offers from different clinics, but intuitively the choice fell on Dr Ramazan Arslan from Quartz Clinique. Then I cooperated with the coordinator Ali from the clinic. I have never met a more attentive and patient person))). As soon as we arrived in Turkey, Ali was on call 24/7. Any question was solved instantly. At the consultation, the doctor said I needed a lift of one breast, the healing process with a lift is complex and painful, so all 10 days I needed attention. I was at the clinic for 2 days, then stayed with my husband in a hotel across the street. Which was very convenient. Ali, the doctor, all the girls from the clinic were very friendly, always smiling, trying to help. I highly recommend the doctor as he did exactly the shape I wanted. I live in London. I contacted db’est clinic in February In Istanbul, where Hulya contacted me and I told her I would like to have breast augmentation and rhinoplasty and upper blepharoplasty. Hulya told me some information about doctor Derya before giving me any options. She recommended me the websites before making a decision, then I was asked for some pictures to show to the doctor. After seeing my pictures the doctor recommended me mastopexy + silicone augmentation, and agreed with the rhinoplasty and the upper blepharoplasty. After agreeing with the price that included the hotel accommodation and transfer Hulya organised my surgery and all the required tests in Istanbul according to the date I wanted, even with the difficult situation with covid-19. I also want to mention that Hulya was a great support before and during my stay in Istanbul. When arriving to Istanbul, the driver of the car had a letter for me where I was explained the next steps before the surgery, and I was transferred to the hotel. On the next day I was visited by the nurse, who escorted me to the hospital, to do all the tests before the surgery and I met doctor Derya Bingol. After finishing my tests I was transferred to the clinic escorted by the nurse, where I had a long conversation with doctor Derya, and I made a decision with the best advice and had all my questions answered. I felt very comfortable and confident with Derya with the professional and friendly was she explained to me the process of the surgery. On the next day my surgery took place at the arranged hour and ai would like to mention the care from doctor Derya along with the nurse Nazli, who visited me to do a control and transferred me to the hotel. During my stay at the hotel I had multiple visits from the doctor for checks, treatments and medication. The day in which I was coming back to London, the transport provided by the clinic took me to the clinic to have the last checks, conversation, medication and advice, and I had transport from the clinic to the airport to go to my gate. I would like to say it was an extraordinary experience, I am still healing, and that the results are reaching my expectations, which makes me very happy and thankful to doctor Derya and all her team, Hulya, Nazli and Agnieszka. I would always recommend doctor Derya to anyone that would like to do any plastic surgery with confidence.

Surgery in Turkey, I am 60 years old, and I travelled to Istanbul for a Deep Plane Facelift and a lower and upper Blepharoplasty. Bookimed, I am so grateful to you, I could not have made this journey without your assistance. Thank you very much for your guidance and patience. I hope I did not give you a hard time. Turkey is a safe place to travel, it is safer than Paris, Milan or Manhattan. I never felt in danger in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived at Lokman Hekim Hospital, everything was taken care of by Ismael Ali, who is an easy going and friendly translator. The pre-operative test were done as soon as I arrived. The day after I met Doctor Murat Yaman who is a friendly and open person. Before travelling to Istanbul I checked his background and found him to be a very good and competent surgeon. So, on that day I was relaxed for the surgery because I knew I was going to be in good hands. The work he did on me was outstanding. I am still in the healing process. My eyes are a bit irritated, but that is normal. My face is still a bit swollen but it no longer hangs. My face has changed expression from appearing to be sad or angry to reflecting a normal emotion. I liked my doctor and translator. The doctor had a kind and reassuring energy to him. There were two things that bothered me about the experience.One was having to wait several hours past my scheduled consultation with him after a 16 hr travel period after being brought directly to the hospital. The second was being told they may have to harvest cartilage from my ear or rib minutes before my surgery after being told they would not have to do that during the consultation. That really stressed me out. They wound up not having to do that but it made me feel like they had not prepared properly. That being said, the surgery went well and I’m happy with the results so far. I’m posting this only a week and a half from my surgery date but so far, so good.

When I arrived in Antalya, I was received very friendlly, Then we went to the doctor for cosultation. There I was cosulted in detail and we determined the treatment. Afterwards we drove to the hospital for the necesssary examinations. After that we were taken to our hotel. The next morning we were picked up again and taken to the hospital where the staff was very routine and professional and the preparations went very quickly. The aftercare after the operation was excellent, the nurses were really very warm and I felt very well taken care of. The operation went very well about the result I am very very happy it looks just fantastic all in all I am completely satisfied with the whole organization and execution of this trip. My special thanks go to Doctor Sener, and his team for this outdstanding performace. In addition, I would like to thank our care Tarik and Murat very much, they were always available and ensure a really pleasant stay All in all, always happy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
