I won’t talk about the way this clinic conducts business, namely that the price starts to rise when you are already there and your passport is with the registrar, all this is nothing, if there was a result, but the result is this - Urology of this institution is completely bottom, here in the bookcomed they praised that you will have a professor, and so, a professor who, as it turned out, specializes in child circumcisions, spent at most three minutes on me when providing tests and descriptions of the disease, and two on the results and treatment prescriptions, well, okay, I think, the professor, he treats in a second, but no, I was treated, the result is zero, just zero. After I got the address of the doctor needed, I managed to see him, but everyone was surprised by my visit. The doctor was not aware that I was going to meet him, the staff were all surprised. They were not aware of bookmed at all neither did they know the focal person who linked me with the hospital. The doctor told me he would send a preliminary report on the patient. The hospital was fantastic, room was private, with all required amenities, cafe - lovely, everything was beautiful and clean. Staff were just so accommodating, my Doctor was knowledgeable, explained the procedure in detail. Honestly, I'm in awe from this experience. And even though I was coming in with a slight fear and a tiny panic attack, there was really no need to worry, everything is on a highest level! Thanks to all!

Very pleased with the attitude towards patients. The staff was polite and courteous. They responded quickly to all my needs. They suggested the best alternative treatment and were very tactful during the operation. The operation was done under local anaesthesia, and painkillers have very little effect on me, but the doctor was very sensitive and understanding of my condition and patiently waited and increased the dose of anaesthesia until the action started. And during the whole operation constantly asked about my condition and even on small reactions of pain, which were reflected apparently in my face immediately responded. And the assistants (nurses) were close by, giving emotional support. I would especially like to mention the attitude of the interpreter Rabia, who was always in touch with me throughout my stay and answered at any time of the day, despite the workload I saw. This is very human of her when you don't know anything and don't know the language. I would like to thank the clinic and all the medical staff for the help provided and for the sensitive attitude towards each client.

From visiting the clinic and undergoing examination were only negative impressions. Appointed to the doctor for 10 days at a certain time, and got an hour later! All tests were taken promptly, in 1 day and promised the results and a visit to the doctor in 2-3 days (the doctor himself said that everything needs to be done very quickly, because I needed urgent treatment), and silence .... Irada I didn’t answer calls ... We only got contact with the help of Bookimed employees! In general, we got to the doctor only after a week, and we were told that we needed to do another examination !!! (remembered) In general, we lost time in vain, which is very important for cancer patients, nerves and money ... Many thanks to the girls from Bookimed for support, help and patience Ie !!! I am grateful to Katerina, Daria, Olga and Darina for the help and support !!! I do not recommend Medipole. I am undergoing treatment in another clinic!

We got to the MEMORIAL clinic due to an urgent diagnosis. The successful outcome of the operation depended on promptness. The question was about days. The operation was carried out the next day. The most difficult operation according to the Whipple method. Conducted by professor, head of surgery. Low bow to him. The entire staff of the department works perfectly, promptly responds to any request. Separately, I want to say about the work of the translator Aida. High qualification, operational work at any time of the day, sincerity - only a small description of her qualities. Special thanks for providing meals to the patient and accompanying person. The cuisine is very tasty, in some positions it is better than homemade. I enjoyed the vegetarian cuisine. But there is a different one. A low bow to all the staff of the clinic. They saved my husband's life.
