My Mum had a neurological check-up. We are very grateful that finally the problem with headaches has been solved! For more than two years, doctors of clinics in Europe and Ukraine, could not solve this issue, prescribing antidepressants, etc. Arrived at the clinic at 8:50 am, without delay was provided, very nice interpreter Irada. We promptly took analyses, MRI, ultrasound, consultation with a competent neurologist who paid attention to the problem that was causing the headaches for a long time. Appointed the right treatment with a positive result! Attention from the clinic also deserves a special thanks, Mum and her husband were fed a delicious lunch! Memorial is more than a hospital. It is home from home. Very hospitable and caring staff who show a lot of empathy. My one night stay in the hospital was a delightful experience, kind and available staff, every neat and hygienic room. The doctors are on top of their job. I was taken through a lecture in nuclear physics 101, broken in simple language. The lecturer helped allayed my initial fears about the treatment. The treatment was speedy and the results came so quickly. The doctor was by my bedside to explain the next steps. The translator was fantastic. The transportation service was superb, always on time. I got more than value for my money. I will strongly recommend Memorial Sisli Hospital for any person seeking Lu-177 therapy

Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

A pleasant addition was the work of interpreter Gulnara and coordinator Zahida - it greatly facilitated communication with doctors and understanding of all stages of examination. I would also like to express my gratitude for the transfer and the work of the driver, which helped to save time and eliminated the need to think about the road. From visiting the clinic and undergoing examination were only negative impressions. Appointed to the doctor for 10 days at a certain time, and got an hour later! All tests were taken promptly, in 1 day and promised the results and a visit to the doctor in 2-3 days (the doctor himself said that everything needs to be done very quickly, because I needed urgent treatment), and silence .... Irada I didn’t answer calls ... We only got contact with the help of Bookimed employees! In general, we got to the doctor only after a week, and we were told that we needed to do another examination !!! (remembered) In general, we lost time in vain, which is very important for cancer patients, nerves and money ... Many thanks to the girls from Bookimed for support, help and patience Ie !!! I am grateful to Katerina, Daria, Olga and Darina for the help and support !!! I do not recommend Medipole. I am undergoing treatment in another clinic!

Surgery in Turkey, I am 60 years old, and I travelled to Istanbul for a Deep Plane Facelift and a lower and upper Blepharoplasty. Bookimed, I am so grateful to you, I could not have made this journey without your assistance. Thank you very much for your guidance and patience. I hope I did not give you a hard time. Turkey is a safe place to travel, it is safer than Paris, Milan or Manhattan. I never felt in danger in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived at Lokman Hekim Hospital, everything was taken care of by Ismael Ali, who is an easy going and friendly translator. The pre-operative test were done as soon as I arrived. The day after I met Doctor Murat Yaman who is a friendly and open person. Before travelling to Istanbul I checked his background and found him to be a very good and competent surgeon. So, on that day I was relaxed for the surgery because I knew I was going to be in good hands. The work he did on me was outstanding. I am still in the healing process. My eyes are a bit irritated, but that is normal. My face is still a bit swollen but it no longer hangs. My face has changed expression from appearing to be sad or angry to reflecting a normal emotion. A big thanks to the Lokman Hekim Hospital staff some of them spoke a little bit of English others were fluent but all of them were caring, kind, super friendly and always ready to help.

I went to Turkey for diagnostics at the Istinye clinic, there are many impressions and, unfortunately, they are not very good. To begin with, the clinic itself is good and the equipment is also at the level, everything went quickly and waited for the result. Because quarantine began in Turkey, flew home, and here it began, although the coordinators promised to keep in touch with me. In short, they discouraged all the desire to go there again and do the operation there! Because it all depends on your coordinator and translator. They only work well with people who pay a lot and no questions asked. I do not advise you to go there, just because everything is decided not by the doctor, but by the coordinator, he even provides you with the prices !!!! There is only one negative left !!!!
