I was nervous travelling to a different country where I don’t know the language for this operation. Also this surgeon and hospital was about 20% cheaper than other offers and I hoped that wouldn’t be reflected in the quality of care. I shouldn’t have worried! I felt taken care of the whole time. Wonderful team. Mustafa - interpreter-coordinator organised everything as conveniently as possible. He was always on the phone, ready to solve any issue. The whole trip: from the transfer at the airport to the first result of the operation - just top. The transfer, the hotel where I was accommodated, the hospital and its hospital room - excellent. Attentive medical staff. Not all nurses spoke English but were always willing to help, used the translator on the phone. I came here to enlarge my breasts by transferring fat from my legs to my breasts. They increased but not as much as I wanted ( They were beautiful when there was swelling after the surgery. But after three days everything was gone and I saw the final result. Although in two weeks they may not become even smaller…) I highly recommend girls to do implants and not waste their time and money on fat that may eventually disappear completely if you do gym etc . The medical staff treated me disrespectfully several times. 1) immediately after the operation I was supposed to be taken to the ward and iced, instead I was left in the corridor alone for about 15-20 minutes until I started asking for help from passers-by, and it was difficult for me to speak as my lips were cut. 2) I was not offered any anaesthetic after the operation and was not even asked how I was. I had to ask for medicine myself and it was brought to me only after half an hour, but how much fun they had in the corridor laughing and chatting! 3) The nurse went to measure my blood pressure, put a cuff on my arm and left, and it was beeping for about 5 minutes until I took it all off, and when she came back an hour later, she was not interested in the indicators. 4) I was not even warned that we would have to sleep in the hospital the first night before the operation, although I asked the interpreter about the hotel in advance, it's good that we did not book a room in advance! 5) the surgeon did not even ask what shape I want to give my lips and when before the operation made a sketch, they did not even bring me a mirror! There is no point in adding photos yet, the result will be clearer in about a month, when it heals better.

The medical staff does not care about the patient.

The Medi-Cal team was amazing and the hospital stay was beyond expectations.. No words can express this journey, especially that I was alone and I have no-one to help, the medical team was the family that I didn't have in this hard time!! It started by arranging my fflight pickup from the airport, brought a luxurious van to take me from and to hospital, hotel and airport , they offered me the full support and successfuly completed a very complicated surgery, I owe them all my gratitude. My only complaint is that they didn't ask for an emergency number in case of a crisis .. I did that by informing my family with the number of the personal assistant who was occupied to assist me in my whole journey there.

For me, Memorial Antayla is the best hospital in Turkey. The care is phenomenal and better than I've ever had at home . The nursing staff are extremely efficient, and even the support staff are kind and caring. The doctors are really accessible and friendly and will answer any question you have happily. Translator and Coordinator really accessible and very professional. You're just looked after so well, both as an in patient and out patient, so much that I miss being there .
