The clinic is good. Doctors too, but the prices are very expensive. From the beginning, the coordinator and translator do not say that they have service packages. I found out about this by accident. Immediately upon payment, ask for a receipt and you will know exactly what and how much you have to pay for. On my first visit, it was the translator who told the cashier a different amount, but it turned out that the amount there was much less. It was precisely because of this that I asked Bookimed to change both the translator and the coordinator. Be carefull. I am very grateful to the Bookimed company, they are experts in their field, especially Marina, I can write to her at any time, she will gladly answer and help me. It was she who brought me to this clinic and she, through representatives, found out how much I appreciated the treatment. Although this was the coordinator's job. The coordinator was not there to help or pick up the phone at all and didn’t even answer lately. Apparently I didn’t like the fact that I already understood everything perfectly well. I don’t know the price of finding out this is something secret, I don’t know the permanent answer. They know everything very well and it has turned into a business. Pay the money and immediately get a check from the financial department. Also, if you have dollars, ask for the exchange rate in lira. Their rate in the database is different.

We got to the MEMORIAL clinic due to an urgent diagnosis. The successful outcome of the operation depended on promptness. The question was about days. The operation was carried out the next day. The tumor was twice as large. They saved my husband's life. Masha Allah. The operation was 8-9 hours. they deleted everything, I consider this a record. It was a difficult operation. Well done. I went to Turkey for diagnostics at the Istinye clinic, there are many impressions and, unfortunately, they are not very good. To begin with, the clinic itself is good and the equipment is also at the level, everything went quickly and waited for the result. Because quarantine began in Turkey, flew home, and here it began, although the coordinators promised to keep in touch with me. In short, they discouraged all the desire to go there again and do the operation there! Because it all depends on your coordinator and translator. They only work well with people who pay a lot and no questions asked. I do not advise you to go there, just because everything is decided not by the doctor, but by the coordinator, he even provides you with the prices !!!! There is only one negative left !!!!
