Good afternoon, I want to leave a review about this clinic. The idea of a beard transplant was born a little over a year ago, when part of the hair fell out due to a stressful situation. I began to study the information, where and how best to do it. Obviously in Turkey because of the price / quality ratio. I stopped at several options, including thanks to bookimed reviews. And he began to write to the clinics in order to understand in detail. In the clinic of Madame Sophie, I was given the contacts of Dilyara, the coordinator, for Russian speakers. Dilyara answered all my questions in detail for several weeks. She dispelled all my doubts and worries with comprehensive answers supported by facts. A month later, in August, I bought tickets for January 4, 2021, wanted to have an operation and take a short vacation for rehabilitation. These dates were reserved for me in the hospital, a transfer from Istanbul to Bodrum was agreed upon, and a hotel room was rented on the seashore! But due to the situation with the coronavirus, there was no certainty that the borders would not be closed again, and in October I contacted Dilyara and asked if it was possible to postpone the operation to earlier dates. as a result, on November 14, I was already flying from St. Petersburg to Istanbul. The clinic quickly found time for my operation, rebooked a hotel room and agreed on a new transfer. In Istanbul I was met by a driver and I reached Bodrum comfortably. The operation was performed on November 15, Sunday, this is a day off at the clinic, but even then they met me halfway, because the return ticket was for November 17th. Day of the operation. I was picked up from the hotel by the driver, along with Mr. Chagatai Cebeji, the director of international relations, who speaks very good Russian, but mostly spoke English) on the way to the hospital, he briefly described the stages of the operation. At the clinic, Madame Sophie met me, discussed with her in detail how and what would be done. Then they took blood from me to check for sores and for . And the operation itself began. First, grafts are prepared from the donor area, from the back of the head, then they are implanted into the beard area. The only unpleasant sensations are injections of anesthesia, but after a couple of injections you don't feel anything. Then Madame Safiye did the opening of the channels, this is when many micro-holes are made with a special tool. This further determines how and at what angle the hair will grow - the most crucial moment. I know that I was lucky that it was she who did it to me. The operation lasted 9 hours, with a lunch break. All this time, next to me was a doctor's assistant - Mustafa, who also did a lot of work, and all this time he supported me and answered all my questions. After the operation, they told me how to do everything correctly during the rehabilitation period, gave me a weekly set of various pills, put on a special bandage on my head, gave me shampoo, a pillow for sleeping, and took me to the hotel. The next day I was brought to the clinic for a scheduled examination and taken back to the hotel, from where I was then taken to Istanbul and I flew back to St. Petersburg. The most difficult thing is to sleep on your back for 15 days, and, accordingly, do everything very carefully. A little more than a month passed after the operation. Facial hair grows, falls out, grows again, this is normal - shock hair loss. I know that there is no need to wait for the result earlier than half a year. I am still in touch with Dilyara, I am sending planned photos, which are evaluated by doctors. I promised to come to them in Bodrum next summer with the finished result and excellent mood) Am I satisfied with the result? - Now is the period of rehabilitation, and the final result has to wait, but what I see, I like it! May I recommend this clinic? - Definitely yes. Doctors, coordinators, drivers and the rest of the staff do their job as professionally and efficiently as possible, I did not have to think about anything at all, except that 15 nights to watch me sleep) Great professionals and wonderful people. Hello. The operation was performed at the Estetik International clinic. The clinic looks expensive. Everything in it is beautiful, expensive, rich, an excellent ward, and so on. But. A lot but. I'll start. Bukemed organized everything quickly. They are great. Only I clarified a couple of times when to take tickets back home. They said on the 14th. And the operation was on the 10th. Analyzes on the 8th. 9 clinic day off. Arriving at the clinic, the translator Ozan, the translator, tells me that she should fly 17-18 back. Since the days are counted from the moment of the operation. That is, I was not correctly informed in bookimed. OK. I left earlier. The doctor said everything is healing. The clinic itself and its attitude towards me. I had a lift and an increase. The operation was carried out on the 10th at about 15.00. On the 11th at 14.00 I was told that I had an hour to get ready and the transfer would take me to the hotel. I begged to leave me for a day or at least until the morning in the clinic. Since it was terribly hard for me, everything hurt a lot. I couldn't get up, get dressed, etc. I felt dizzy and my blood pressure dropped. But I was told 250€ a day at the clinic or go to the hotel. I went to the hotel. I had drainage. It needs to be cleaned. I was told to do it myself. Once a translator came for me. Since I refused to do it myself because I could just faint from all this. The next day, a friend helped me to do this, and then they removed the drainage and sent me home the next day. And here the most interesting begins. Manager Katerina or coordinator. I don't know her position correctly. I'll attach a screen recording showing the dialog. Transfer to the airport is included in the price of all this. I started talking about the transfer in the evening before the day of departure. Then in the morning. Then I was told to expect a transfer. Then they said that it was broken or something else and that I would call a taxi myself. I couldn't do it because I couldn't pay. The card already had a limit on funds. There is such a law in Ukraine. 100.000 UAH per month I can spend abroad. For a very long time I was hung up with a taxi. The plane is in a couple of hours. A child is waiting at home. I'm on my nerves. Due to the lack of specifics and information, at the end of all this, I just lost my temper and could not find other words except mats and tears. In the end, they called me a taxi. I'm going. With full confidence that he was paid. The taxi driver shows the amount. And I understand that it is not paid. I had to ask for a card from their parents. Attach it to your phone and pay. Next, I go to the airport. I understand that I won't be able to. The clinic helped only in the fact that they checked me in for the flight. When they realized that I could really be late, and then they would have to resolve the issue with tickets and the hotel at their own expense, since it was all their fault. There are 100+ people in line at passport control. I understand I can't. Spit in an hour exactly. The gate has already been opened. And I decide to try. I just asked each person if I could go in front of him, and so I went in line and got on the plane. Now the clinic does not respond to me. Bookimed said that the money would be returned for a taxi, but this issue could be resolved for months. But I'm really looking forward to it.
