ALI, was very helpful and was able to book the procedure for me the following day. He quoted me a good price for both face and neck. On top of it, he went above and beyond. He met with me and accompanied me throughout the whole process. I really appreciate everything he had done. It made everything so smooth. Honest review. Preparation before the operation first took place online with the manager (Yulia) . 24/7 in touch, Julia provided assistance in all matters that interest me regarding the operation. Having chosen the date of the operation, having bought tickets, I flew to Istanbul. There I was met by a transfer and taken to the hotel, which, accordingly, was reserved even earlier for me. The hotel is 5 stars, the room is very decent. Polite staff. Breakfast is also included. The next day, the operation (hair transplant) in the morning a car comes for me and we go to the clinic. First, I sign an agreement and they take a blood test from me. The haircut is already in the clinic, photographs are taken (as it was before and after) and we proceed to the operation itself. The clinic looks ordinary, not to say that it is super clean or very dirty. And now it's time for the operation itself. I will call it Turkish series. During the whole operation, employees talk about everything in the world. If only I had a couple more days like this and I would have learned Turkish (and this all happens above your head (30 cm). Anyone could come into the office at that time and some other doctors, employees, cleaning lady. The doctors themselves allow themselves to pick up the phone, talk. And this is all during the operation. Singing songs. Discussing series. Family problems. At some point, I would not be surprised if friends with a barbecue came to them, started making a barbecue, brought a toastmaster and played a wedding there. What can I say .... Turks (but in general, nice guys) I accepted it all, because I was worried about one thing - a good result. I had 4500 grafts transplanted. Now it’s too early to say, since only 10 days have passed after the transplant. I will write the 2nd review when there will be a 100% result. I was put on an almost tight bandage on the place of the donor zone, and taken to the hotel. The 2nd day is a rest. Having received all the recommendations, I of course (did not listen) and walked all day around Istanbul. On the 2nd day after the operation, I strongly recommend as much as possible o walk less. And then later you will look as if your head has been in evidence with bees. Strong puffiness. And the body really needs rest. 3rd day check out from the hotel, control head washing and then transfer to the airport. Everything is simple here, I checked out, they came and took me and took me to the clinic. They washed my hair (first lotion, then shampoo) and told in detail how it would be done at home and further care. They also gave lotion and shampoo as a gift)))) this procedure took half an hour maximum. And the last stage is transfer to the airport. The manager is in touch to the last, even after arriving home. Unfortunately, 12 days have passed - the result is completely absent. in the forehead and between the eyebrows - full activity, in the eye area, too, there is no result, except for edema, which appeared on the second day, continues to this day. As I understand it, the edema will subside over the next 2.5-3 months, but the blockage of the muscles in the forehead and between the eyebrows will apparently not happen, either due to an insufficient amount of the drug or an incorrect depth of drug administration. I cannot recommend this procedure in this cleric.

I was interested in hair transplantation, because I don’t have any friends or acquaintances in this topic, I started searching for information on the Internet, and then this wonderful site came up to me. I know from hearsay that in Turkey doctors and prices are very good, I agreed. The next day they sent me a program from this clinic, I read it, agreed to make an appointment, specified a date convenient for me, offered it in two weeks, to which they replied that they would clarify whether it was possible to perform the operation on the date I wanted. To my surprise, the registration was successful; I was counting on a few months of waiting. That’s when doubts began to arise that everything was going too well, and he began bombarding Anna with questions about everything that came to mind and how he could check the reliability of the site and all the information. Thanks to Anna for her patience and professionalism, she described everything clearly and clearly! I made up my mind, bought tickets and waited for the day of departure. On the day of departure I was constantly thinking about how everything would happen, because you are flying to a foreign country, it is not clear what you signed up for, even without knowing the language, so it was the first flight in my life, the excitement was constantly with me! At the airport itself, translator Biba wrote to me and asked me to send my photo so that it would be easier for the driver to find me. The flight was wonderful, Istanbul was stunning from above (flying late in the evening), I had to walk around the airport a little and find the exit where the driver was waiting, but thanks to Biba I managed the task. Zafer brought him to the hotel, there were no problems with booking a room, because Anna did it and you just need to tell the reception your first and last name. Entering the room, the feeling of danger and anxiety has completely deteriorated and you realize that this is all true and that there is no reason to panic! everything is going just fine! You are in Istanbul, in a beautiful hotel, and tomorrow your little dream will come true! I went to bed in a pleasant shock! In the morning, after a hearty breakfast, Zafer took me to the clinic, where I was met by the wonderful translator Biba! She spent the whole day with me, explained everything, described it and supported me. We signed the necessary papers, met and talked with the doctor (a good guy). We went to the operating room, met the amazing assistants there, took blood samples for analysis and began the procedure. Let me say briefly... only the anesthesia injections are painful, the transplant process itself is very gentle. The doctor did everything in the best possible way, as he said earlier, he carried out the operation with restraint and confidence! The assistants are tougher in terms of processing and assistance, but the main thing is that there are no mistakes. The girls maintained a pleasant and cheerful atmosphere, they were constantly talking about something and having a conversation, it was interesting to listen to them, it was a pity that I could not join the conversation. The support was great! After a 7-hour operation, my head felt like cast iron, from anesthesia and other procedures... the plus is a break, which helps a lot, go to the restroom, stretch your limbs, and of course, lunch, which is very filling! At the end of all the procedures, they give you a very nice head care kit (shampoo, foam) and they will offer ointment for treating the donor area, don’t skimp, it’s better to take it right away! Panama for wearing in hot weather and for those who have complexes. I still haven’t worn it, I’m not in the sun for long, but I got used to the look on the third day and I like it! A pack of tablets, painkillers, antipyretic and anti-edema. Listen to everything they tell you, it’s very useful and everything will come in handy. The first week will be difficult, especially sleeping, you will have a special pillow, cool! but not comfortable) you will have to be patient) I advise you to sleep sitting, fortunately the hotel has a very good chair and a table of the same height, you can sit comfortably, because... Lying down you will feel numb, especially your head, which will make you sleep for a couple of hours a day. Sitting and only sitting, listen to my advice! Just don’t forget about the pillow, any friction in the transplanted area is detrimental to your hair! And by the way, on the 3rd day I will explain to you about leaving! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to stay for that day and I flew away, but it’s hard to do it yourself, especially the first day, later you get better at it. At the moment, the 2nd week is coming to an end, I’m happy with the result, like everything I’ve gone through) There’s still a long, but interesting journey ahead of my new hair! The conclusion is this: don’t think for long, make up your mind, do it and this platform will help you 100%, especially for those who don’t know where to start and where to look. My first contact with Estetik International was through Zumrud, who was so attentive with any questions I had. I was very nervous to travel abroad for surgery but her knowledge, compassion, guidance in surgeon & professionalism put me at ease. The pick-up from the airport was luxurious & hassle free, with communication and foolproof directions. The guest relations assistant Olivia was very professional. The pre-test before surgery was far more intensive than I had prepared for, at first I was very overwhelmed but on reflection (and no unexpected bad news), the in-depth testing was medically competent and in line with the extensive care Estetik International provided me. In my consultation with Dr Selçuk Aytaç I found him knowledgeable, direct and professional. My treatment plan changed to include a 360 lift instead of a simple tummy tuck, this was my biggest fear due to scarring and healing time. 11 day’s post op today I saw my scars and honestly I have worse stretch marks, his work is so proficient and tidy. I traveled alone so my biggest fear was aftercare. The nursing staff are so unbelievably kind, reassuring, professional and friendly. The experience would have been very empty without them. In emotional moments they really cheer you up, in vulnerable moments they put you at ease all while delivering top notch attentive care. I’m too early in my treatment plan to say I love all my results but I’m excited to heal and will return. I can wholeheartedly recommend Estetik International, Bookimed and medical travel. From my personal experience in the treatment I have received here, compared to my experience in my home country, the quality of service and detail of care is far superior than anything I expected.

In gynecology, there were two parts of the tests, some told me that they were good, but I didn’t receive any conclusion, nothing. The second told me that they would inform me by phone, but no one contacted me. - medical procedures I was signed up for medical procedures, but when they arrived, the nurses began to ask me how much the medicine cost, the price for which they wrote to me on a piece of paper a week before. A very strange way of determining which drug to inject a patient. About the process itself. Everything went as promised: 1. All transfers from the airport, to the hotel and clinic were organized for me by good transport. 2. The operation itself went well. The doctor consulted me, answered all the questions, and during the operation itself I felt the care of the staff and the support of Anastasia 3. You are provided with everything you need during rehabilitation - medicines, a pillow, consultations. the hotel (by the way, quite good) has a restaurant where you can have lunch and dinner regularly. This is my first experience of such an operation, I have nothing to compare with. Also, it is still difficult to talk about objective results - everything will be good or bad in the end. But at the same time, I can share what I saw - the clinic fulfills all the obligations it undertakes and the staff treats you very well. The staff is simply gorgeous, you feel like a child that absolutely everyone takes care of, they were met at the Istanbul airport, escorted to the hotel, and from there to all the procedures. The cost of the hotel was already included in the final price list, which was discussed back in Russia. It took a very long time to decide on the transplant procedure, now I regret that I did not do it before (it is not clear why I was shy or afraid) I chose the Smile Hair clinic according to reviews and estimates, upon arrival I immediately won over to myself, they are also fed a delicious lunch after the operation, they conduct a care course for hair during rehabilitation + give all sorts of tools and a very detailed manual (after reading which all questions crawl away) Dr. Akhmedov is a professional in his field! Now I have the 9th day after the procedure, the recovery is perfect. The doctor Young min at Very Good plastic surgery is great! He has a a lot of expertise and experience, he’s the head m chef of the clinic as well.
But, Tanya at the clinic she didn’t give me any support at all she was suppose to be there for me and give me support, I did a huge surgery , jaw reduction and a chin reduction, so the doctor cut in my bones.
So when I woke up I was in sooo my agony and pain I’ve never felt anything like it in my entire life, it felt like I had a screwdriver penetrating my temples slow back and forth, it was terrible, instead of being there for me saying everything went good etc they just started to scream “stop crying” wouldn’t even bother to ask why I was crying or if I was having any pain at all
The nurses told me “ you paid for this cosmetic procedure you put yourself in this situation “ when I ask for pain killers. She also told me “I’ve never seen anyone like you, in this much pain, I won’t give you more” like I was lying?
I’ve never had death anxiety before but I thought I was going to die. The sent me home 24h after surgery I was super swollen and scared, I felt betrayed of everyone. I was alone in this country.
When I showed my inspiration photos to Tanya the translator/assistant she laughed.
Even after surgery she didn’t give me any support, I felt in the way, like I was a problem for them.
But it was some good nurses as well x.

I was very pleased with the attention I received from the first day I arrived at the clinic. The interpreter was able to communicate perfectly to the surgeon what I wanted to be done and what my expectations were.
I loved the hospitality of the Medical Team, all very attentive, very concerned about whether I was feeling well or not, reminding me of my check-ups, cleaning, suture removal, giving me all the information for the post-operative period, giving me light and oxygen therapy sessions to improve and accelerate the results of my recovery. The clinic is located in a very central place in Gangnam, it is easy to get there. It is very close to the flat that the clinic provides during your stay until the first check-up. The clinic is spacious, well-lit, very clean, with flexible opening hours for post-operative care. The real estate is very comfortable, they have coffee and tea so that you can help yourself. And, they don't keep you waiting. Everything works as scheduled. And, additionally, they provided me with help on how to get around the city, how to get to the tourist attractions, to the shops where they sell skin care products, etc. The experience for me, in general, was excellent, I would go back to the Dr. and I recommend him 100% to those people who are looking for a good clinic where they can have surgery with the full confidence that everything will go very well.
