Overall, we were very happy with the care my father received
My father’s medical experience with Memorial Şişli was great. Everything was well-organized, and we felt supported throughout the entire process. The doctor was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in explaining every detail, which reassured us that my father was in good hands. I was also really impressed by how quickly everything was arranged. There were no unnecessary delays, and the entire medical service was coordinated seamlessly. Our online medical coordinator was always available whenever we had questions, making the whole process much easier. Having a interpreter readily available was a huge help as well—they were efficient and made communication effortless. The hospital was spotless, and cleanliness was clearly a top priority, which gave us even more peace of mind. Overall, we were very happy with the care my father received. The doctor has caused trust
In order Bookimed was advised by a friend when she was diagnosed and the question arose of confirming it and obtaining a treatment protocol. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the diagnosis, Ukraine could not be considered. In general, everything seems confusing when far from medicine and you do not understand how further. 1. At night, Bookimed wrote - in the morning they called, identified the coordinator Daria (medical unit), they received copies of the test results, consulted and suggested further actions: clinics, expenses, etc. I chose Anadolu (Turkey), although Turkey was not considered Turkey at first , but having studied the info on the Internet and the reviews made a decision. 2. Logistics (flight, transfer, resettlement, etc.) organized by Barbara. Tickets, reservations, and so on — we didn’t do at all.) Now I wondered if there were any rust or comments — but no, everything was clear, correct, prompt responses, constant communication and full support. That's really all at a decent level. 3. By hotels: it was possible to choose on the territory of Anadolu or nearby (there was a list of hotels that provide transfer to the clinic) I decided that it would be boring on the territory of Anadolu, some patients and chose Elite hotel darica, in the hope that in addition to the clinic I would not have to be in the room. There is a dining room, but there is a clear time for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Zafera Gulbash: there is nothing special to write, most of the techniques of normal clinics, the behavior of doctors is professional, the examination, the study of test results, the questions and the definition of further actions, the tests are done quickly, all electronically immediately on the monitor for the doctor. Диагноз который мне ставили в Казахстане отличался от местных результатов обследования, я сам солидарен с местным. Мед сестры всегда приветливы, проверяют и уточняют состояние пациента, на каждом этапе проверяют все данные(давление, пульс, температуру, вес). Previous reports have been reviewed and discussed as well. Advices and guidelines have been suggested. Finally medication have been prescribed beside lab check up request. We successfully operated on our daughter Nika Popova at the San Donato clinic (Italy). Thank you so much for the Bookimed service for the excellent organization of the trip. Our manager Aleksey Karaganov was always in touch and helped with all issues (visas, booking, medical and legal issues). The clinic, staff, ward are all at the highest level and the main thing is that real masters of their craft work there. Our attending physicians were delighted with the results of the most complicated heart surgery, the Ross operation. We went to the clinic with a diagnosis of stomach cancer. In the process of refining the tests, the correct diagnosis was made - lymphoma (thanks to the doctors! They are superb!) And treatment was prescribed. The first chemotherapy was done in the clinic, the rest - in Kharkov with Turkish medicines. Two months later, the results of PET CT showed good dynamics of treatment. We continue to be treated according to the prescriptions of the Turkish doctor Hussein. We had an excellent translator, Maksud, who was always in touch, responsive and offered the best solutions to our problems. We were satisfied with the place of settlement (the Serenity hotel is very good in terms of comfort). But everything else: logistics (you wait for an hour or more for transport, but sometimes it is not there), lack of reaction from Irada (does not answer calls and does not get in touch), ignorance of English by the medical staff in the hospital and the staff in the hospital restaurant, poor competence of the nursing staff (injections in A vein can be done by 2 people per department, the rest of the nurses wave their hands and run for help: once the vein was injected 16 times !!! For beginners, we want to warn you: the prices that are shown to you according to your documents after a remote consultation with doctors must be multiplied several times: for one day just a hospital stay - $ 350, this is without drugs. Medicines in the hospital are also very different in price (upwards) from the pharmacy in Istanbul. Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. I went to the Galeazzi clinic. Milan. Italy. on my son's problem - gmgantism. Coordinators from Bookimed got involved. Had an online consultation. for which I paid 360 euros. All required documentation has been sent. references. analyses. x-rays. To determine the volume of the operation and the cost, they said that the patient needs to come to Milan. I'm from Ukraine. It's hard to describe how the journey cost me. with what difficulty. Upon arrival in Milan. we are consulted by another doctor and gives quite the opposite answer.!! Is it really impossible to agree and view all the documentation. y t. h and the video was sent!!! with immediately give a negative answer during an online consultation. why do it at all then? It's just a waste of money. not problem solving. Be careful!

I didn’t have the operation, you can just say I went to paid appointments. I did not like the fact that the doctor was not familiar with my examinations and analyzes, and before, if I had an MRI, they did an ultrasound scan. It's not clear why. At the same time, the ultrasound did not give the whole picture. Also, only on the spot when the doctor asked me to look at my tests and examinations, the translator tried to translate. Before arriving at the clinic, I discussed in advance what kind of operation I wanted, whether they would be able to do it. The answer was always YES, after arrival already at the reception, NO.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my coordinating doctor Yaroslava from the platform. She was on call 24/7, always answered in detail, politely and with great patience. Yaroslava even enquired about my impressions after my consultation with the doctor, which was very pleasant. Her responsiveness and support helped me to make an important decision. As for the treatment and the doctor, it is too early to give a final assessment, as we are just starting to work. I, Temirbek Ormotoev came from Kyrgyzstan, I chose Florence Nightingale Hospital which was helped by bookimed company and the staff of this company liked me, especially I am happy to deal with Professor Ahmet-Tunch Ozdemir. Today is the 3rd day after the operation performed by Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir. The operation was done wonderfully, I am satisfied and also the hospital conditions and medical staff were top notch, everyone is polite to the patients, especially the head nurse and nurse Linhai were very good at patient care. Why did I choose Florence Nightingale specifically? Because this hospital is one of the advanced hospitals in Turkey and there is a DaVinci robotised system. I have a neoplasm in my kidney over 30 mm. Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir performed the operation within 1.5 hours and he has golden hands. Dear readers, if anyone wants to be treated abroad, come specifically to Florence Nightingale and find Prof Ahmet-Tunç Ozdemir and you will not go wrong with your choice. I was discharged on the second day after surgery, I feel great and recovery is underway. In terms of the cost of paying for the surgery, compared to other clinics in Turkey, it is realistic and inexpensive. Mr Ahmet-Tunc Ozdemir, my family and I wish you good health, longevity, good luck in everything and that you stay for a long time saving patients from various diseases, Allah help you. My Mum had a neurological check-up. We are very grateful that finally the problem with headaches has been solved! For more than two years, doctors of clinics in Europe and Ukraine, could not solve this issue, prescribing antidepressants, etc. Arrived at the clinic at 8:50 am, without delay was provided, very nice interpreter Irada.
