Her and her team were fantastic
I had initially gone to Turkey to consult with a dental clinic there. The initial clinic consultation went a direction that didn't want to go to meet my needs. Bookimed was able to quickly arrange more consultations with other clinics and Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital. I really liked the dental staff and the vision/action plan proposed by Bahcelievler. I quickly decided that they were the best option of all my consultations there in-country. Due to the severity of my dental needs, the Chief of Dentistry (Dr. Esma Sonmez) personally took my case. Her and her team were fantastic. She highly recommended the oral surgeon, part of the hospital, Dr. Celal Gondirll. I highly recommend both of them. Mr. Gondirll communicated clearly the game plan, successfully followed through with a well-performed surgery, and was available for after-care. I needed 24 crowns, with temporaries installed prior to the jaw surgery, and permanents installed post-surgery. Dr Sonmez performed all the crowns herself. In all, everything went very well. My hospital medical coordinators, Ms. Rose and Mr. Masoud, did a great job of coordinating the activities, hospital stay, hotel stay, and shuttle services. It has only been about a week and a half post-surgery, but I am very pleased with the results. I'm sure things will only improve more as the swelling subsides in the coming weeks. None of it would have been possible without my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington, quickly pivoting after my initial consultation going south and arranging the consultation with the hospital. An additional point to mention is that Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital was able to perform all the needed services at a significantly cheaper price. Dr. Sonmez is also very conservative in her approach to dental care and was able to successfully avoid 12 root canals that my initial dental clinic consultations had deemed "required." The clinic has a very good atmosphere, despite the fact that it is a hospital. Stay in this clinic can be compared with a sanatorium. The doctors are qualified, they explain everything in detail, they are treated with respect. The chamber is very comfortable, beautiful view from the window, which helps to switch a little from the disease. There is wi-fi in the ward, which is very important for foreign patients, since you can always contact your relatives without any problems. There is a TV, a fridge, a shower and a toilet in the ward. I am very pleased with the book service, namely Katerina and Daria, as they facilitated all the organizational issues. We picked up the necessary flight at the best price. I was very worried that when we arrived at the airport we would reach the clinic without knowing the language. But bookimed takes care of his patients, we were met by a transfer, brought to the clinic, held to the reception, helped to arrange all the documents. If there were any questions, Daria and Katerina are always in touch and always helped to resolve any issue. I am very pleased with the clinic that bookimed offered us. Cun underwent five operations that were successful and now, every day his son is getting better. My advice to everyone, if you are told in Ukraine that nothing can be done or just watch, do not give in and be sure to contact bookimed to get advice from experienced doctors according to your diagnosis. So, as in Ukraine there are not many devices, without which doctors refuse to perform certain operations. And naturally they do not have the necessary experience in treating certain diagnoses. My one night stay in the hospital was a delightful experience, kind and available staff, every neat and hygienic room. The doctors are on top of their job. I was taken through a lecture in nuclear physics 101, broken in simple language. The lecturer helped allayed my initial fears about the treatment. The treatment was speedy and the results came so quickly. The doctor was by my bedside to explain the next steps. The translator was fantastic. The transportation service was superb, always on time. We were picked up from the airport, taken to hotel, then the same day at our request taken to the hospital for our appointment. I was recommended Dr Med by Bookimed, a very good, trustworthy medical platform. My accordinator could not speak highly enough of Dr Aykut and the team, and she was right. From start to finish I received the best medical and supportive care. Muhlise who was there for me to talk to 24 hours a day is one of the loveliest people I have ever come across, answering all my questions, concerns and organising everything for me. They checked my bloods and did a full health check to check that I was well enough to have all the procedures. The nurses were so lovely and there every second to look after me and make sure I had a good, quick recovery. Within 3 days I felt as if I hadn't even had an operation. I had no discomfort, no pain, was able to see a bit of Istanbul which was lovely. I was put in such a lovely hotel and luxuary transfer to and from all my appointments and airports. Excellent clinic. Very caring and skilled doctors. Despite the fact that I went to the gastrectomy operation alone, without an accompanying person, I did not feel for a single minute without attention and care. Thanks to my wonderful translator Elmira - she has become a real support. Special thanks to my coordinator Bakhtygul - she organized everything as comfortably and professionally as possible. I visited the clinic from the UK to have 28 crowns. I have to admit I was sceptical. Mavidenta clinic stood out to me for fairness and reviews so I followed this through with them. Bookimed was consistent and answered all my questions prior offering support. The clinic connected me and made all the arrangements including transfers from the airport to the clinic and hotel. I booked my hotel separately as I wanted self catering and an apartment. I made sure I was within a close travel distance to the clinic. When I arrived at the clinic I was met by a translator who explained everything. I met with the Dr who was truly an expert in her field. The clinic was spotlessly clean , modern and staff were also the same. I discussed my treatment plan again at the clinic as it appeared I would need some root canal work and filling which were additional. I also upgraded the quality of the crowns. I paid half of the treatment up front and reserved the rest for the end. The treatment took 6 days and I was at the clinic 5 of the days. Total time at the clinic each day would range from 1hr too 5hrs. I was given prescriptions for antibiotics and pain relief. The entire process was reflective of the cost and quality. The clinic was not the cheapest nor the most expensive but it was and did deliver a high quality finish and service. I don't believe you could get much better. If your hesitant about visiting don't be. For me this was worth every penny. Tips and things to be aware of: If your paying by debit or credit card you will need to pay local tax. If you pay cash you don't. Don't expect this to be a pain free process. It's dental work. However the clinic and staff are super professional and your given pain relief. Allow yourself a few days extra at the end of the treatment so if there are any complications you can sort them out and allow yourself time to enjoy parts of the city at the same time. Try and book accommodation close to the rail network or within a 30 min walk. Overall I was highly satisfied with the entire process and would recommend the clinic and process to anyone who is thinking of visiting

Dental Bosphorus is an excellent clinic for dental treatment thank you to Mustafa and Dr Mert. I went to them as I had been a victim of poor treatment from another clinic. Dental Bosphorus offered me a whole treatment plan and carefully explained what I would need to get done. I was treated by high skilled dentist such as Dr MERT! Who has been fantastic during this treatment! They removed my poor positioned implants and gave me bone grafting which was successful. They then gave me Emax bridges which look great. I strongly recommend DENTAL BOSPHORUS for excellent dental treatment! They also organized transportation from my hotel to the clinic and were extremely supportive and helpful very down to earth people! Thank you

I express my sincere gratitude to Bookimed, in particular to the medical coordinator on the Bookimed platform Christina and the coordinator of the SoracaMed clinic in Antalya and translator Valeria. I went to Antalya on a tourist trip to Turkey. I only had 2 days in Antalya. And Christina was able to quickly find me a dental clinic in Antalya. I needed a crown placed on an implant. And Valeria, many thanks to her, was able to quickly come to an agreement with Dr. Göksel Kalyaz. Our tourist group arrived in Antalya in the evening of March 20th. At a time convenient for me, a term was immediately assigned that same evening. By the time I arrived, the abutment needed for the implant I had installed had been found. I arrived at the clinic late, but Valeria and the doctor were waiting for me. All procedures necessary to make the crown were performed. And on March 21, at 15:00, the crown was made and I was assigned a term at that time. I had a crown installed. There was no inflammation or pain after the crown was installed. Everything is simply amazing. Once again, many thanks to Christina, Valeria and Dr. Göksel Kalyaz for their professionalism. Hello, my name is Vladislav Ivanov, Ukraine, Odessa city. In February 2021, my daughter Vlada was diagnosed with anaplastic ependymoma, we went to the doctors for a week trying to find out why the child started having severe headaches. They went through examinations, did an MRI, and as a fact, they found a brain tumor. That's when the ground slipped from under my feet. Realization has come - this has already happened, which means you need to quickly take action. The first thing we did was go to the children's hospital in Kyiv, the child was given a shunt. But unfortunately, fluid began to collect in my head and my vision began to fall sharply. The doctors explained that an operation was urgently needed. We did not have a large accumulated amount, and we decided to complete the operation abroad. We contacted Bookmed. We contacted the employee Marina. Marina quickly found a clinic for us in Turkey, organized a trip for us, flew to Turkey in a matter of days. The hospital was already waiting for us. Examined, took blood for tests and the next day an operation was scheduled. Everything went well. Then they underwent a course of radiotherapy. The results are positive, we were sent home to Ukraine (August 2021). Every 3 months they underwent MRI, the pictures were good .. But a year later, in March 2022, we heard the terrible words “relapse”, “war”. Hastily collected the necessary documents and left for Lviv. From there, by large buses, all children with cancer began to be taken out along the humanitarian corridor from Ukraine to Europe. The daughter and his wife were assigned to France. A second operation was performed, the tumor was removed, and after that a course of chemotherapy was prescribed. After a month of taking the course, the doctor said that chemotherapy was not helping. The doctor suggested experimental chemotherapy, but that didn't help either. As a result, the daughter is getting worse and worse every day. The child began to walk badly, the right leg and handle practically do not work. The child melted before my eyes. It's all very scary, but it's worse to leave Vlad without an opportunity for treatment. I again turned to Marina Bookmed Marina again very quickly found us a hospital in Turkey, helped us with the flight Paris Istanbul. Arrived at the hospital 2 days later, the operation was successful!!! After the operation, the child began to talk, swallow, and after a couple of days to walk.
