In principle, the visit went very well, only good impressions remained. Now there are certain problems, because doctors at home do not agree with the diagnosis that was made in China, but we were provided with professional help at the Food Clinic. Despite the fact that the full-time translator was on vacation and we took it on our own, the visit went very well. The rooms are very good, they look like 5 star rooms. As soon as we arrived, the nurses came to the ward, measured the pressure, helped in everything. In general, the clinic staff is friendly and helpful.

I was in Severance on May 27, 2019 at a reception by the oncologist's homolog, and on the same day mammography and ultrasound of the mammary glands were done. For the conclusion they said to come on June 5th. I want to say a big thank you to my coordinator Lydia, I went everywhere, translated, sat and waited in queues with me. Service at the highest level! Today, on June 5, I came back to the homologue and she looked at the pictures and said that all is not well worry. And in Russia, they saw a tumor from somewhere. I was also given a disc with ultrasound and momography and a conclusion in paper in English. Thank you all and thanks to bookimed.com! This is not a hoax, really help people. Honest review. Preparation before the operation first took place online with the manager (Yulia) . 24/7 in touch, Julia provided assistance in all matters that interest me regarding the operation. Having chosen the date of the operation, having bought tickets, I flew to Istanbul. There I was met by a transfer and taken to the hotel, which, accordingly, was reserved even earlier for me. The hotel is 5 stars, the room is very decent. Polite staff. Breakfast is also included. The next day, the operation (hair transplant) in the morning a car comes for me and we go to the clinic. First, I sign an agreement and they take a blood test from me. The haircut is already in the clinic, photographs are taken (as it was before and after) and we proceed to the operation itself. The clinic looks ordinary, not to say that it is super clean or very dirty. And now it's time for the operation itself. I will call it Turkish series. During the whole operation, employees talk about everything in the world. If only I had a couple more days like this and I would have learned Turkish (and this all happens above your head (30 cm). Anyone could come into the office at that time and some other doctors, employees, cleaning lady. The doctors themselves allow themselves to pick up the phone, talk. And this is all during the operation. Singing songs. Discussing series. Family problems. At some point, I would not be surprised if friends with a barbecue came to them, started making a barbecue, brought a toastmaster and played a wedding there. What can I say .... Turks (but in general, nice guys) I accepted it all, because I was worried about one thing - a good result. I had 4500 grafts transplanted. Now it’s too early to say, since only 10 days have passed after the transplant. I will write the 2nd review when there will be a 100% result. I was put on an almost tight bandage on the place of the donor zone, and taken to the hotel. The 2nd day is a rest. Having received all the recommendations, I of course (did not listen) and walked all day around Istanbul. On the 2nd day after the operation, I strongly recommend as much as possible o walk less. And then later you will look as if your head has been in evidence with bees. Strong puffiness. And the body really needs rest. 3rd day check out from the hotel, control head washing and then transfer to the airport. Everything is simple here, I checked out, they came and took me and took me to the clinic. They washed my hair (first lotion, then shampoo) and told in detail how it would be done at home and further care. They also gave lotion and shampoo as a gift)))) this procedure took half an hour maximum. And the last stage is transfer to the airport. The manager is in touch to the last, even after arriving home. My Mum had a neurological check-up. We are very grateful that finally the problem with headaches has been solved! For more than two years, doctors of clinics in Europe and Ukraine, could not solve this issue, prescribing antidepressants, etc. Arrived at the clinic at 8:50 am, without delay was provided, very nice interpreter Irada. We promptly took analyses, MRI, ultrasound, consultation with a competent neurologist who paid attention to the problem that was causing the headaches for a long time. My stay in the clinic was not long, but the volume of the operation was huge, in my opinion. I felt not bad, like many patients of this clinic, after the operation the next day, after the examination, I was allowed to go home. Everything was fine in the ward clean, sterile where necessary, I have no complaints about this. The clinic itself has a calm and cozy atmosphere. The staff is polite and understanding. At the first consultation, the doctor promised us a 50% improvement in our son’s health, but on the contrary, his condition worsened. When we returned home, he began to get very sick; Perhaps the medications didn’t work and we went to the clinic. Unfortunately, they did not answer us. They did 7 sessions of ECT (Electroconvulsive therapy), which is very dangerous for epileptics, after which convulsive attacks began, which occurred several times a day. I was desperate and didn't know how to help. We had to hospitalize our son at a local clinic. Doctors requested an extract from the NP Istanbul clinic. I received the translation of the extract with difficulty after 20 days. I wrote to the translator about everything and he seemed to report to the doctors of the clinic. I waited a month, I thought that the doctors would get in touch and correct their mistakes and help in some way, but on the contrary, they again offer their services for a fee. I'm in great shock! I do not recommend this clinic to anyone!

We successfully operated on our daughter Nika Popova at the San Donato clinic (Italy). Thank you so much for the Bookimed service for the excellent organization of the trip. Our manager Aleksey Karaganov was always in touch and helped with all issues (visas, booking, medical and legal issues). The clinic, staff, ward are all at the highest level and the main thing is that real masters of their craft work there.
