Hello. We did not visit the clinic, we had a Skype conference on 05/30/19, at which Dr. A. Russi, through an interpreter, told his vision of the problem of epilepsy in children, ordered additional tests to adjust the dose of the drug (which was prescribed by Ukrainian doctors) and the purpose of treatment, assured accompanied by treatment for six months. We sent the test results on 01.06.19, today 06.06.19 treatment is not prescribed. Our questions came the answer that the doctor advises once a week and it is not clear what day. We hope that the answer will come, the child will recover, but so far the sediment is not very good. If the same attitude is right in the clinic, then there is no point in going there

I had initially gone to Turkey to consult with a dental clinic there. The initial clinic consultation went a direction that didn't want to go to meet my needs. Bookimed was able to quickly arrange more consultations with other clinics and Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital. I really liked the dental staff and the vision/action plan proposed by Bahcelievler. I quickly decided that they were the best option of all my consultations there in-country. Due to the severity of my dental needs, the Chief of Dentistry (Dr. Esma Sonmez) personally took my case. Her and her team were fantastic. She highly recommended the oral surgeon, part of the hospital, Dr. Celal Gondirll. I highly recommend both of them. Mr. Gondirll communicated clearly the game plan, successfully followed through with a well-performed surgery, and was available for after-care. I needed 24 crowns, with temporaries installed prior to the jaw surgery, and permanents installed post-surgery. Dr Sonmez performed all the crowns herself. In all, everything went very well. My hospital medical coordinators, Ms. Rose and Mr. Masoud, did a great job of coordinating the activities, hospital stay, hotel stay, and shuttle services. It has only been about a week and a half post-surgery, but I am very pleased with the results. I'm sure things will only improve more as the swelling subsides in the coming weeks. None of it would have been possible without my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington, quickly pivoting after my initial consultation going south and arranging the consultation with the hospital. An additional point to mention is that Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital was able to perform all the needed services at a significantly cheaper price. Dr. Sonmez is also very conservative in her approach to dental care and was able to successfully avoid 12 root canals that my initial dental clinic consultations had deemed "required." I would strongly suggest adding a consultation with the hospital prior to finalizing any action plan. Thank you!

I would highly recommend the SoracaMed clinic. Everything was organised, without delay, which is very important for a person who came for medical services from another country. The qualification and attitude of the medical staff and the doctor is above all praise. There is an interpreter coordinator, which makes the process so easy. The amount for the services was also the same as what I had been quoted in correspondence prior to my arrival in the country. She was with me every step of the way, always available 24/7, a true angel! Thanks to her, I chose this hospital and Turkey instead of the Czech Republic. Olya’s support was crucial in my decision, and I’m forever grateful to her. Special thanks to our guide Said, who was always available, no matter the time of day or night. He helped resolve every issue between me and the clinic, providing a smooth experience throughout the process. The doctor who performed my surgery, Alperen Koç, was outstanding. From the initial consultation to the operation itself, everything went smoothly, quickly, and painlessly. He’s truly a high-level professional who’s there to treat patients rather than make money off them. I deeply appreciate all of his care and expertise. A week has passed since the surgery, and I feel good, though my vision hasn’t fully returned yet. However, this is normal, and I’m confident that it will improve over time. I can confidently recommend Bookimed and VM Medical Park Hospital in Istanbul. Cons: The main downside of my experience was with the hospital’s billing department. They requested payment in cash, but we were not informed about this before traveling to Turkey. If you want to pay by card, they charge a 20% commission, which is an unreasonably high fee. I’d also like to mention someone named Timur (I don’t remember his last name). In front of patients, he was speaking in Russian with a female colleague, assuming we didn’t understand the language. They said something like, “People are so stupid; it’s hard to work with such dumb people.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in the presence of patients. Such conversations seriously undermine the clinic’s reputation and are inappropriate in a professional healthcare setting. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my coordinating doctor Yaroslava from the platform. She was on call 24/7, always answered in detail, politely and with great patience. Yaroslava even enquired about my impressions after my consultation with the doctor, which was very pleasant. Her responsiveness and support helped me to make an important decision. As for the treatment and the doctor, it is too early to give a final assessment, as we are just starting to work. During this treatment, I was only twice in this medical center, both times in the laboratory for blood donation, I waited 1 hour for the first time, 30 minutes for the second time, despite the fact that there was no visitor except me. All other actions, including the consultation of the doctor, were not in this clinic, so it is difficult for me, based on the foregoing, to make a different assessment. Also about the doctor. I was given the wrong doctor who was originally declared. I do not know anything about the current attending physician, please provide the data whenever possible.
