I did not like the fact that the doctor was not familiar with my examinations and analyzes, and before, if I had an MRI, they did an ultrasound scan. It's not clear why. At the same time, the ultrasound did not give the whole picture. Also, only on the spot when the doctor asked me to look at my tests and examinations, the translator tried to translate. At the Turan Turan Clinic, I had total hip replacement surgeries on both legs almost simultaneously, two days apart. The operation was categorised as complicated. From the very first days of my stay in the clinic until my discharge I was really surrounded by sincere care and attention of the doctor and medical staff and interpreter. I was placed in a very comfortable ward with everything I needed. The interpreter and assistant in the person of Eldar did not leave me a step and helped with translation, consulted, gave useful advice and literally led me by the hand to the doctors where I was examined, from the X-ray room to the anaesthesiologist before the operation. Preparation for the operation, collection of analyses, their study and consultation with doctor Kayhan Turan took little time. Everything went promptly. The surgery was performed by the head doctor Kayhan Turan himself, who has vast experience in orthopaedic surgeries. With his light hand and high level of professionalism, the two surgeries two days apart were very easy. Smith & Nephew prostheses were fitted. Both operations were performed under spinal anaesthesia, which in my case completely eliminated the unpleasant stage of coming out of anaesthesia. I was conscious during the operations. Subsequent rehabilitation took place in a hospital ward, where special medical simulators were used along with exercises to develop the joint and vessels. I am very satisfied with the choice of this clinic.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my coordinating doctor Yaroslava from the platform. She was on call 24/7, always answered in detail, politely and with great patience. Yaroslava even enquired about my impressions after my consultation with the doctor, which was very pleasant. Her responsiveness and support helped me to make an important decision. As for the treatment and the doctor, it is too early to give a final assessment, as we are just starting to work. But I can already say that I chose Memorial Ataşehir Clinic and I was satisfied with the staff, the doctor, the interpreter and the clinic itself. There was an operation on the soft palate and a gastrocheck. The professor surgeon, a conscientious and attentive person, did an excellent job. There would be more such specialists. I have questions for the accompanying Russian office, nurses and ultrasound doctor: 1) The catheter was installed only the fourth time, and as a result, I now have a damaged vein in my arm that can no longer be restored 2) the ultrasound doctor found two cysts in the thyroid, 1.2 cm each , although this had never happened before, upon arrival home I did a double check, the cysts turned out to be 1.2 mm each, perhaps in the conclusion the comma was placed in the wrong place, or the fact that the doctor was very young 3) support and organization for 3, they took payment for a separate fee, but except for me there was also a man. They promised to recalculate, but they never did, after 3 months. Then I sent photographs to show them to the professor to make sure that everything was ok with the larynx, I first checked whether it was possible to send them. I've been waiting two weeks for an answer, and now they're completely ignoring me. The impression is that after receiving payment, attention and interest in the patient ends.

I underwent Gamma Knife surgery on my trigeminal nerve at Medical Park Clinic and I would like to express my huge gratitude to all the medical staff and especially to the professor who performed the procedure.
