I recently underwent surgery at Kardiolita Clinic in Kaunas and I would like to express my great gratitude to the entire medical staff. The doctors and nurses showed high professionalism and attentive attitude, which helped me to feel safe and comfortable. The operation was carried out quickly and qualitatively, without unnecessary complications. The post-operative period went smoothly - two days in a separate ward were as comfortable as possible. The ward was clean, cosy, with all the necessary amenities, and the staff was always nearby, ready to help with any questions. I am very satisfied with my choice of clinic and can safely recommend Kardiolita to those who are looking for quality medical care in Kaunas!

I rate the organisation of the treatment five points out of five! I have no complaints about the medical staff and the quality of treatment so far and I hope I will not have any later. The only thing that marred the overall good impression was that initially I was promised a jaw of 14 teeth and the price was calculated accordingly. When taking impressions, I specified how many teeth I was told 14, and silently put 12 and did not inform me, I immediately noticed myself and I was refunded the money for the missing teeth. In addition, in the process of treatment it turned out that I need to install 2 implants and three crowns in another place and I paid for this work, but only at home I found out that I instead of 3 teeth installed only 2. I informed the administrator Natalia about this two days ago, but I still haven't received any answer from her and no refund of the overpaid amount. It is a pity that the good work of specialists is overshadowed by such circumstances. And if the administration of the clinic behaved differently, I would recommend this clinic to all my friends all over the world, of whom I have many, with a clean soul and a great desire. But for now I will not do it.

We successfully operated on our daughter Nika Popova at the San Donato clinic (Italy). Thank you so much for the Bookimed service for the excellent organization of the trip. There was an operation on the soft palate and a gastrocheck. The professor surgeon, a conscientious and attentive person, did an excellent job. There would be more such specialists. I have questions for the accompanying Russian office, nurses and ultrasound doctor: 1) The catheter was installed only the fourth time, and as a result, I now have a damaged vein in my arm that can no longer be restored 2) the ultrasound doctor found two cysts in the thyroid, 1.2 cm each , although this had never happened before, upon arrival home I did a double check, the cysts turned out to be 1.2 mm each, perhaps in the conclusion the comma was placed in the wrong place, or the fact that the doctor was very young 3) support and organization for 3, they took payment for a separate fee, but except for me there was also a man. They promised to recalculate, but they never did, after 3 months. Then I sent photographs to show them to the professor to make sure that everything was ok with the larynx, I first checked whether it was possible to send them. I've been waiting two weeks for an answer, and now they're completely ignoring me. The impression is that after receiving payment, attention and interest in the patient ends.
