In Ukraine, everyone refused to operate because there was a very big risk, Poland also refused ... Then I My coordinator Pavel Popkov wrote to Bookimed just a great person, he answers any questions even to stupid ones, he sent my documents to different clinics and finally the Galeazzi clinic was told to come for a detailed consultation ... The consultation was successful, everything seems to be going positive, waiting for a final decision from them! A trip to the clinic was done by Yana. She got us free tickets for a special program.

Hello, This is not the first time that I have been a patient from Turkmenistan at the Medipol Clinic. What can I say the doctors and staff are very friendly, helpful. The translator, which was provided by the Clinic, was very polite, it was immediately clear that the Specialist was in charge, there were no problems with the translation. I would recommend this hospital to all patients, but only I think one minus is that the price for the examination is high. Concerning Bookimed, I am very glad that Alexey and Varvara, very responsive guys working with this team, help me solve all problems in a difficult situation. Thank you very much. Bookimed specialists recommended an experienced doctor in a good clinic, without them it was difficult to determine the place for consultation. Since personal examination is expensive, I decided to find out the feasibility of such a survey in the format of consultation by phone (via Skype), which is about 4 times cheaper. The well-known doctor competently and professionally held a consultation, no questions left. What you liked: - bookimed themselves translated downloaded analysis results and any conclusions that I received from myself in Moscow; - Skype offered a translator (I did not need it); What did not like: - It was not possible to schedule a video call on the day I needed because of discoordination, but then they figured out; Total: in my opinion, a hangout with a doctor is appropriate in those cases when it is necessary to make a decision on a transaction with a high cost, it is faster, cheaper and organizationally simpler than a flight. In general, I liked how bookimed fulfilled the request.

At the Turan Turan Clinic, I had total hip replacement surgeries on both legs almost simultaneously, two days apart. The operation was categorised as complicated. From the very first days of my stay in the clinic until my discharge I was really surrounded by sincere care and attention of the doctor and medical staff and interpreter. I was placed in a very comfortable ward with everything I needed. The interpreter and assistant in the person of Eldar did not leave me a step and helped with translation, consulted, gave useful advice and literally led me by the hand to the doctors where I was examined, from the X-ray room to the anaesthesiologist before the operation. Preparation for the operation, collection of analyses, their study and consultation with doctor Kayhan Turan took little time. Everything went promptly. The surgery was performed by the head doctor Kayhan Turan himself, who has vast experience in orthopaedic surgeries. With his light hand and high level of professionalism, the two surgeries two days apart were very easy. Smith & Nephew prostheses were fitted. Both operations were performed under spinal anaesthesia, which in my case completely eliminated the unpleasant stage of coming out of anaesthesia. I was conscious during the operations. Subsequent rehabilitation took place in a hospital ward, where special medical simulators were used along with exercises to develop the joint and vessels. I am very satisfied with the choice of this clinic.

The healthcare and equipment were superb. The clinic is very impressive and the staff were professional, patient and extremely attentive. All the consultants we saw provided thorough examinations, and where needed, arranged immediate tests which were either conducted on site or we were transported and escorted by the reception staff to other facilities for more complex tests. Having spent 6 frustrating years trying to get a diagnosis in the UK, we came away after 5 days at Kardiolitos finally knowing what the problems are, and how the management of those medical issues could be managed in the future. This was all made possible by Anna at Bookimed who arranged the entire trip from start to finish, together with the help of the wonderful medical coordinator, Jolita, at the clinic. They were more than happy to help with information about local accommodation and local logistics. I would thoroughly recommend this service and the Kardiolitos Clinic.

The doctor (Madero) didn’t even respond to our greetings when we entered his office. He didn’t even read correctly the medical report. He didn’t explained anything. He was doing things in a rush as if we didn’t have an appointment with him. He even left us in his office and went away. We were so frustrated after the consultation. I had to do an operation of the fracture of my little finger that happened during vacation in the South of Turkey. The organization was supported by Alisher Durdiyev and was very quick and helpful, even during the late evening. The surgery could be organized very quickly, the doctor Levent Yalcin, one of the rare hand surgeons, was extremely good, could incorporate my wishes and I was back with my family very quickly.
