Translator Svetlana first discussed everything with me and clarified the terminology. And then at the reception everything is available to the doctor translated my questions and his advice to me. I underwent an online consultation on the choice of the most optimal treatment option. Since two well-known Moscow clinics gave completely different recommendations for the treatment of my disease (spleen lymphoma): surgical removal of the spleen, or chemotherapy, I decided to ask the opinion of a German professor. Of course, it is very expensive to be treated in Germany, but getting a competent opinion on your specific case, sending all the necessary tests, diagnostics and receiving answers and a treatment regimen, is quite possible: my online consultation cost 650 euros + a written summary with translation into Russian. The whole process, from collecting documents / analyzes, to receiving the final summary, was accompanied by the coordinating doctor Alexey from Bookimed, to whom I am very grateful. He is very responsive, always in touch, answers all questions, but at the same time he is tactful and unobtrusive - a real professional and a very kind person. So, I received answers to my questions, chose the tactics of treatment, and all this for a very reasonable fee. The only drawback is the excess of the stated deadlines, which is not typical, as I think, for the Germans (the consultation was promised within 7 days, in fact it took place 15 days after payment, and the final summary was delayed for a couple of days), it would be better to immediately position the maximum period , then there would be no painful days of waiting. In general, I am satisfied with the result. I think in my case, this is just a very convenient form of counseling that does not require huge material and organizational costs associated with physical travel abroad. I bow to the coordinator Alexei for his patience, tact and professionalism!

Doctors of the clinic are qualified, speak English well. But the organization of treatment, that is, all these coordinators and translators already when you are in India, is a huge minus of the process. Simply huge. Expectations of everything and everywhere for hours, sometimes at times, poor awareness, a terrible accent on Russian, that one can understand a lot to the exact opposite, ignorance of medical terms, that is, only life can translate. I accompanied mamutna treatment, I speak English a little, therefore something accelerated due to this. One patient should not go, look for an accompanying person if other countries do not fit the prices for treatment. If someone is traveling alone or an accompanying person does not know English, the process will spoil your nerves. The very examination and treatment, surgery, everything is at a good level. But before the ability to organize everything painlessly for the patient, it will still come to BLK not soon. I do not know, as in other clinics in India, I think it's the same. Translators are different here, and the problems are the same. So in the whole country I think. But if there is no way out, you can entrust local doctors to the health. The patient is well fed in the hospital and the accompanying person. Chambers of any size isolate the patient with curtains around the perimeter, you see only the staff, but keep in mind that the multiple rooms are very noisy. Who prays in Arabic for the whole room, who sings the song, who plays the game with sound effects, who is screaming on the phone, because there is still no silence, people still have groans for the illnesses of people ... they do not do anybody for unconnected phones, loud talks and other inadequacy.

We are discharging from the hospital, we will keep in touch with this doctor. The procedures go terribly, there is no specific treatment prescribed yet, there is no diagnosis. Besides the fact that my daughter eats, has lunch, has dinner as in a usual sanatorium, they just rip off 600-700 euros per night - a lot of money when you don’t see the result, why stay, just overnight to pay money. I am not happy with the visit.

I want to thank Dr.Murtada, because he’s the one who arrange it with the hospital. he was with us the whole way asking if we need anything, if everything is OK and I keep asking him a question too but he doesn’t get tired he googled and answer or he calls them straight to figure out the situation. At first me doing it by myself make me tired of emailing all of the hospital in India but after I contact Bookimed he finish everything that it takes me three weeks to due in 2days.The hospital was good to us, they arrange driver named Manpreet Singh that can speak English and take us everywhere we ask am and help us travel popular places, he is the best. I want to thank Karan Kumar for being with us until the end he is the one who take care of everything in the hospital for us and outside of the hospital too. The nurse are nice and the food is very good and my mom surgery went very good by Dr. Anoop k Ganjoo, he is really good doctor. I will recommend you changing your dollar to rupees before going to India.
