Everything is clean in the clinic, all doctors, all medical staff are qualified, and very friendly. The translator was with my mother all the time, and he explained everything very clearly. They quickly took the tests, and immediately established a diagnosis, they said it was necessary to do the operation. The operation lasted 5 hours (general preparation, etc.) after the operations in the clinic 10 days. They did everything neatly, everything had almost healed. Never come to the Artemis Clinic, treating patients is not worth the money paid, especially beware of an interpreter named Zhey. Firstly, he has very poor Russian language, never translates as it should, moreover, he was not present after the operation, while the patient was in intensive care, appeared three days after the operation with an invoice for payment in excess of the previously agreed amount. When we told him that his work did not suit us, he replied that these were our problems and we could go to another clinic, and the hospital would not fully refund the money paid to us. By the way, before we paid $ 6000 to the cash desk of the hospital, everyone was very polite with us including the interpreter Jay, and promised that they would take us to the operation the next day, but after payment it was as if everyone had changed, they started to be rude and rude especially to Zhey. They pulled the operation as best they could despite the terrible pain of the patient. Another translator, Ishvar, was a pleasant person with good knowledge of the Russian language. We wanted him, but for some reason we were not allowed, besides we heard that he was forbidden to help us and he already stopped answering our calls. I took my mother (Halimo Ileye) to see Dr Baris at Okan's rheumatology clinic as was arranged by you. He only saw her for 25 mins then asked her to come back the following day for blood tests. He saw my mother for another 25 mins on the next day briefly explaining her blood tests' results, then prescribed some osteoarthritis drugs for her and recommended some physical therapy tips and told us that we would get the full report in a day or two. However, when we received the report on Thursday, I asked his secretary to go back to him and ask him to send us a full report and not just her laboratory results and to include all the medications he prescribed for my mother, their commercial names, frequency and length of use, as this was verbally explained during the session and not in writing

I underwent an online consultation on the choice of the most optimal treatment option. Since two well-known Moscow clinics gave completely different recommendations for the treatment of my disease (spleen lymphoma): surgical removal of the spleen, or chemotherapy, I decided to ask the opinion of a German professor. Of course, it is very expensive to be treated in Germany, but getting a competent opinion on your specific case, sending all the necessary tests, diagnostics and receiving answers and a treatment regimen, is quite possible: my online consultation cost 650 euros + a written summary with translation into Russian. The whole process, from collecting documents / analyzes, to receiving the final summary, was accompanied by the coordinating doctor Alexey from Bookimed, to whom I am very grateful. He is very responsive, always in touch, answers all questions, but at the same time he is tactful and unobtrusive - a real professional and a very kind person. So, I received answers to my questions, chose the tactics of treatment, and all this for a very reasonable fee. The only drawback is the excess of the stated deadlines, which is not typical, as I think, for the Germans (the consultation was promised within 7 days, in fact it took place 15 days after payment, and the final summary was delayed for a couple of days), it would be better to immediately position the maximum period , then there would be no painful days of waiting. In general, I am satisfied with the result. I think in my case, this is just a very convenient form of counseling that does not require huge material and organizational costs associated with physical travel abroad. I bow to the coordinator Alexei for his patience, tact and professionalism!
