From the moment of the first consultation to the discharge, I felt I was in safe hands. The doctors explained in detail all the stages of the operation, answered all my questions and supported me morally. The operation was successful and the recovery was much easier than I expected thanks to the competent recommendations of the specialists. The medical staff was always there to help and monitor my condition. I would especially like to note the individual approach and friendly attitude - in such an atmosphere you feel like a dear guest rather than a patient. Everything is good and even healthy, only expensive. Everything is on the level, staff, doctors, service, and so on. Of the proposed chambers was 500 bucks a day. Procedures are also not cheap, but everything is qualitative and operational, people know what to do and how.

Drs seemed very good. The consultation was calm and professional but I was told I would have results within 2 working days. When I didn’t receive any information I returned to the hospital and was told I would be emailed within 24 hours. When that didn’t happen I had to come in again and was hugely surprised by a very rude and impatient receptionist who was dismissive and seemed to want to blame me somehow. She made some very unprofessional comments about me to colleagues in front of other patients when she thought I couldn’t hear. Other staff did their best to help afterwards but considering the money spent and my experience I would not recommend this place at all.

My hospital stay was short, my appointment with the doctor lasted for 15 minutes. He carefully listened to all I had to say, previous diagnosis I had, stated his recommendation and additionally prescribed me another drug. I have to do a follow up after I finish my medication and return for his opinion regarding my state of health. Short but encouraging and 'productive' I would say. However, I have the feeling we should have discuss more about side effects of the drugs and alternatives if they do not have the desired effect for me.
