The hospital was fantastic, room was private, with all required amenities, cafe - lovely, everything was beautiful and clean. A pleasant addition was the work of interpreter Gulnara and coordinator Zahida - it greatly facilitated communication with doctors and understanding of all stages of examination. I would also like to express my gratitude for the transfer and the work of the driver, which helped to save time and eliminated the need to think about the road.

Liv hospital is a terrible clinic! We were very disappointed, it’s good that they went to the memorial on time from there and didn’t perform the operation on my grandfather, conducted an examination in another clinic where they began to fully deal with him and sort out his problem with a council of doctors, in Livonia we just shouted that the situation was an emergency and it was necessary urgently to take action and just wanted to put on the operation the next day without looking at the tests and the like !!!!

Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process.
At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I was expecting a full examination because I was invited to the Ichilov-Surasky clinic, but was only in two private clinics for consultations. I chose the Vital hotel exclusively because of Considerations to be close to the clinic. Thank you very much Bookimed for choosing a clinic for us for 3 months and keeping in touch with us throughout the time that we were there, but their partners who deal with us upon arrival in the country are negligent about worn and not fully perform their obyazonnosti.Im want to advise humanity, we (people with health) eat with the hope of recovery! We liked very much the approach of the counsellors. Convenient way of providing the necessary information and documentation, constant communication with the consultants and prompt responses, as well as the organisation of online meetings. All submitted documents were analysed by the doctor before the consultation, we received comprehensive answers to all the questions we had, as well as very important recommendations for additional examination. Only one minor disadvantage: during one of the consultations the connection was interrupted several times, but it did not affect the final result, the connection was restored and all unclear related issues were solved by repeated discussion.

I went to Turkey for diagnostics at the Istinye clinic, there are many impressions and, unfortunately, they are not very good. Because quarantine began in Turkey, flew home, and here it began, although the coordinators promised to keep in touch with me. In short, they discouraged all the desire to go there again and do the operation there! Because it all depends on your coordinator and translator. They only work well with people who pay a lot and no questions asked. The coordinator was helpful and provide the information as far as possible. The hospital arranged a native Cantonese speaker who acted as a translator. This arrangement facilitated the communication. The consultation was abit rush as the doctor had other engagement and needed to leave for urgent duties. On the treatment aspect, hope to have more explanation and medical advice.
On request, the coordinator brought us to visit the wards and private rooms and that helped me to understand the environment if I choose to treat in Fuda hospital.

In the questionnaire, there was a question regarding my health concerns which I responded to. I feel that those concerns were not visited with any doctors.
I liked the speed of the procedures and professionalism of the program staff. But it felt like I was on a factory line, too robot-like.
Wish I had known that I could keep my phone with me. I saw others using phones while waiting to get in to exam rooms but I did not now we were allowed to have phone on us.

They met me at the clinic, took me to Dr. Bernstein’s office, and the ultrasound showed good results, thank you very much, good service, I am satisfied.
