Bookimed was advised by a friend when she was diagnosed and the question arose of confirming it and obtaining a treatment protocol. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the diagnosis, Ukraine could not be considered. In general, everything seems confusing when far from medicine and you do not understand how further.
1. At night, Bookimed wrote - in the morning they called, identified the coordinator Daria (medical unit), they received copies of the test results, consulted and suggested further actions: clinics, expenses, etc. I chose Anadolu (Turkey), although Turkey was not considered Turkey at first , but having studied the info on the Internet and the reviews made a decision.

We were satisfied with the place of settlement (the Serenity hotel is very good in terms of comfort). But everything else: logistics (you wait for an hour or more for transport, but sometimes it is not there), lack of reaction from Irada (does not answer calls and does not get in touch), ignorance of English by the medical staff in the hospital and the staff in the hospital restaurant, poor competence of the nursing staff (injections in A vein can be done by 2 people per department, the rest of the nurses wave their hands and run for help: once the vein was injected 16 times !!! Cons: The main downside of my experience was with the hospital’s billing department. They requested payment in cash, but we were not informed about this before traveling to Turkey. If you want to pay by card, they charge a 20% commission, which is an unreasonably high fee.
I’d also like to mention someone named Timur (I don’t remember his last name). In front of patients, he was speaking in Russian with a female colleague, assuming we didn’t understand the language. They said something like, “People are so stupid; it’s hard to work with such dumb people.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in the presence of patients. Such conversations seriously undermine the clinic’s reputation and are inappropriate in a professional healthcare setting.
