Everything is very well organized, fast communication between the doctor, translator, and financial department. We had a problem with housing, they didn’t abandon us at night, the clinic staff helped. We did an examination, so I can’t say about the results of the treatment yet. The facilities at the clinic are wonderful, we consulted with 2 doctors, we have a diagnosis and a treatment method. The radiologist is competent and specialist, but not verbose. I didn’t have enough explanations about the risks, etc., the plastic surgeon explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, he was a very nice person. The organization of the trip is at the highest level, the organization is impressive. The diagnosis has been made, treatment methods have been determined, we plan to come for treatment in six months, because the prices are too expensive for us. I can write about the quality of treatment after treatment.

I had a terrible experience. Dr. Zielinski was dismissive and rushed me, he hasn't answered my questions and he asked me for more tests in order to speak about treatment plans when I was told previously that I didn't need any tests in order to proceed with the consultation and receive a treatment plan. He didn't bother to explain the disease or treatment options. I was looking forward to speak to him and I put so much hope. I needed someone to explain and guide me. I was left with such a bed feeling after the consultation. No empathy and no professionalism. Bookimed apologise but they said that they can't do anything because I paid directly the clinic, even if they are the intermediary they don't take responsibility, so be very careful when booking any services. I wasted 400 euros for 10 minutes that I was trying to make a few questions in order to get some value for the money but the only thing I got was disappointment, frustration, stress and time waste for arguing. I asked for at least to have some questions asked in writing so I could get something back for my money, but they refused, and they said that the consultation was compleated. In the first place, they said that I had a second consultation for free because it wasn't compleated, and then they said it was a mistake and the consultation was compleated. Please be careful where you spend your money and put your hopes because they don't care about taking advantage of ill people in order to make money. Probably are not all the same but my experience was awful and I am very disappointed. Some become doctors because they want to help people and others have no feelings or empathy. I hope this helps whoever is reading and I hope you find a better option than I did with a doctor that cares and will help you. God bless.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my coordinating doctor Yaroslava from the platform. She was on call 24/7, always answered in detail, politely and with great patience. Yaroslava even enquired about my impressions after my consultation with the doctor, which was very pleasant. Her responsiveness and support helped me to make an important decision. As for the treatment and the doctor, it is too early to give a final assessment, as we are just starting to work. But I can already say that I chose Memorial Ataşehir Clinic and I was satisfied with the staff, the doctor, the interpreter and the clinic itself. I will definitely write a full review of the results later.

My Experience with Bookimed and VM Medical Park Hospital in Istanbul I recently had surgery in Turkey, and I must say, my coordinator Olya was an incredible professional. She was with me every step of the way, always available 24/7, a true angel! Thanks to her, I chose this hospital and Turkey instead of the Czech Republic. Olya’s support was crucial in my decision, and I’m forever grateful to her. Special thanks to our guide Said, who was always available, no matter the time of day or night. He helped resolve every issue between me and the clinic, providing a smooth experience throughout the process. The doctor who performed my surgery, Alperen Koç, was outstanding. From the initial consultation to the operation itself, everything went smoothly, quickly, and painlessly. He’s truly a high-level professional who’s there to treat patients rather than make money off them. I deeply appreciate all of his care and expertise. A week has passed since the surgery, and I feel good, though my vision hasn’t fully returned yet. However, this is normal, and I’m confident that it will improve over time. I can confidently recommend Bookimed and VM Medical Park Hospital in Istanbul. Cons: The main downside of my experience was with the hospital’s billing department. They requested payment in cash, but we were not informed about this before traveling to Turkey. If you want to pay by card, they charge a 20% commission, which is an unreasonably high fee. I’d also like to mention someone named Timur (I don’t remember his last name). In front of patients, he was speaking in Russian with a female colleague, assuming we didn’t understand the language. They said something like, “People are so stupid; it’s hard to work with such dumb people.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in the presence of patients. Such conversations seriously undermine the clinic’s reputation and are inappropriate in a professional healthcare setting. Firstly, the examination was at 2 pm, the day before the examination they wanted to postpone it to 11 am. I arrived from another country early at 12 pm. I filled out the documents in 30 minutes and sat in the corridor until 5 pm (I didn't eat anything for almost 24 hours). It was agreed to do an ultrasound and gastroscopy with a biopsy. They only did a gastroscopy. No one returned the money for the biopsy. At first they served foreign clients, they told me to wait until the end of the working day. Horrible attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Ukrainians for sure... they have a different attitude towards foreign guests..)))

I want to share my experience of medical travelling. I travelled to Prague by transport car. I was picked up from my home and taken directly to the Altos Clinic. The journey was very comfortable and fast. The driver was polite and caring, which made the journey even more pleasant. I was very pleased with the attention I received from the first day I arrived at the clinic. The interpreter was able to communicate perfectly to the surgeon what I wanted to be done and what my expectations were. I loved the hospitality of the Medical Team, all very attentive, very concerned about whether I was feeling well or not, reminding me of my check-ups, cleaning, suture removal, giving me all the information for the post-operative period, giving me light and oxygen therapy sessions to improve and accelerate the results of my recovery. The clinic is located in a very central place in Gangnam, it is easy to get there. It is very close to the flat that the clinic provides during your stay until the first check-up. The clinic is spacious, well-lit, very clean, with flexible opening hours for post-operative care. The real estate is very comfortable, they have coffee and tea so that you can help yourself. And, they don't keep you waiting. Everything works as scheduled. And, additionally, they provided me with help on how to get around the city, how to get to the tourist attractions, to the shops where they sell skin care products, etc. The experience for me, in general, was excellent, I would go back to the Dr. and I recommend him 100% to those people who are looking for a good clinic where they can have surgery with the full confidence that everything will go very well.

I recently underwent surgery at Kardiolita Clinic in Kaunas and I would like to express my great gratitude to the entire medical staff.
