Good evening !!! I was in the clinic for a consultation in early September. Dr. Bul and the staff are very polite, attentive, calm, and what is surprising, they are not trying to make money on you, but they offer options for cheaper treatment and testing. No one tried to scare or speed up the treatment process, but on the contrary, explained the risks and different methods of treatment, which encouraged and inspired hope for a favorable resolution of my problem.

She felt at a distance that she was worried about me ... My daughter in Russia had hemorrhagic vasculitis mixed, planted for three years on the strictest diet, limited the active child in everything! Firstly!!! We thank Igor (our medical coordinator) for his professionalism !!! Clinic (University Hospital Istinye Liv Hospital Bahcesehir / Turkey / Istanbul) where we were helped very much! It is very convenient that translators are present, since we do not really know the Turkish language. We were received by a doctor, a professional in his field, an associate professor, he explained everything competently, looked, prescribed treatment (the wife was very pleased), thank God, there was no hospitalization. The attitude is certainly not comparable with Russia ... I bet 10 out of 10 !!!!

Hello, we are from Kazakhstan. Came here for diagnosis and treatment of my son. We really liked the clinic. Neurologist Barış Metin explained everything to us in detail. We learned a lot about my son's illness. My son has hydrocephalus and even after the tests we found out that he has epilepsy, the VP-shunt works at an accelerated rate, so my son did not develop. Now we are receiving treatment. We hope it helps insha Allah. I also liked the staff, especially the translators, I forgot the names, but one of them even knows the Kazakh language. It was super convenient. Thank you very much Bookimed, you are the best, you helped us a lot, especially thanks to Oksana and Anna, they always answered on time and put up with us for more than a month.
