I was totally blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism from the staff and providers at Saluss Medical Group. I had been planing on getting beard transplant done for almost 5 years now but was very skeptical about the process. The cost and the FUT method was somewhat scary. I finally was bold enough to take this leap and did my research. After seeing the price, reviews & results of former Saluss clients. I decided to take the bold step to reach out and consult with Saluss. I spoke over video chat with Selah who was very kind and detailed about what I was to expect. The DHI method plus enriched sold it for me as well as the all inclusive pricing. All I had to do was book my ticket to Turkey. Hotel accommodation, vip airport pickup and drop off service as well as post-op medication all included for no additional charge. Everyone from start to finish was respectable and kind. I brought my family with me also because I wanted it to be a mini vacation and celebrate New Year’s Eve in Antalya with them. The most painful part was the application of local anesthesia but once that was done I was blown away by the coordination in which the care team worked in tandem to extract donor hair grafts and also implant them using the special pen tool. They were very thorough. From sketching out my beard design and lining it up to produce a very natural look, up to the post op follow through and patient education to learn how to take care of the implant and donor site. It was just splendid. As someone who works in the US healthcare system, I can tell you a procedure like the one I did (4000 grafts) would cost anywhere between $4000-$15000 in the states and you still will be charged for post op meds, cost of admission, hotel etc. Plus it’s very hard to find anyone using DHI method in the US currently. I was also provided with a NoMask doctor’s note for my long flight back to the US, and they also helped get me a face shield to wear instead. I can’t thank Saluss Medical group for all they have done. Now ready for the long months of watching out for the results. I will be back with updates when I see the results of the procedure. If you were hesitant before, I can assure you that Saluss is the place to go to for your Hair Transplant procedure. Happy New Year & All the best.

But the doctor, unfortunately, did not inspire confidence in me, for 45 minutes of the conversation the doctor did not ask me any details of the disease, not about what tests were passed, what manipulations were. If I didn’t tell and didn’t ask questions for 45 minutes, then most likely the meeting would have ended in 5 minutes. In general, I didn’t see the doctor’s interest in the patient. In principle, I have not heard anything new either.

From personal experience, very bad. Money was taken, no treatment was prescribed. Diagonstik proiti from morning to evening turn from one office to another. I went for 2 days, my condition worsened and I left. Transfer managers, the hotel is well organized. And you should not go to the clinic, the doctors do not understand the patient. I told you how, all the tests that were done, and I was advised by the Ehwa clinic. We immediately agreed and signed up with a mammologist. Everything is clean in the clinic, all doctors, all medical staff are qualified, and very friendly. The translator was with my mother all the time, and he explained everything very clearly. They quickly took the tests, and immediately established a diagnosis, they said it was necessary to do the operation. The operation lasted 5 hours (general preparation, etc.) after the operations in the clinic 10 days. They did everything neatly, everything had almost healed. I took my mother (Halimo Ileye) to see Dr Baris at Okan's rheumatology clinic as was arranged by you. He only saw her for 25 mins then asked her to come back the following day for blood tests. He saw my mother for another 25 mins on the next day briefly explaining her blood tests' results, then prescribed some osteoarthritis drugs for her and recommended some physical therapy tips and told us that we would get the full report in a day or two. However, when we received the report on Thursday, I asked his secretary to go back to him and ask him to send us a full report and not just her laboratory results and to include all the medications he prescribed for my mother, their commercial names, frequency and length of use, as this was verbally explained during the session and not in writing

I had such an amazing experience, firstly I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Linda. We spoke lots before I came and she answered all my questions and made me feel really at ease before I travelled. She sent a vip car to the airport to collect me and gave the driver a big bag of snacks and drinks and sweets for me which was so nice of her. I arrived to my hotel which was beautiful 5 star, the staff were so nice and didn’t let me lift a finger. The next morning Linda sent another VIP car to collect me and bring me to the hospital where she was there to meet me with her lovely kind smiling face. She stayed with me all day until I had my operation in the evening, she knew how anxious I was and tried to take my mind off it by sitting chatting laughing with me, it really worked! The nurses in the hospital were so kind and helpful, although they’re was a language barrier this didn’t matter they understood me as a human and took great care of me. One of the nurses even ordered me a kebab when I woke from my operation as I could not do it from my phone I tried to give her the money but she refused I will never forget this girl she was so nice. Linda came to collect me the next day and i returned to my hotel to rest, i told her that i had poor sleep in the hospital and she got me some medication to help with this along with lots of other medication and essentials from the pharmacy she really did think of everything. On these next few days i continued to have support from Linda, she came to my hotel with the doctor to remove my bandages and also helped me to wash my hair as I wasn’t able to do it alone. I honestly don’t know how I would have got through the whole process without Linda, she is an amazing lady and deserves a lot of credit for what she does. She has such a kind caring nature about her and I instantly knew that I could trust her. I spoke with her about some other procedures I would like done and she took my photos to discuss with the doctors and Is preparing a plan for me at the moment, I honestly could not ask for better care this time so I will 100% be returning for my other treatments later in the year. I trust Linda with my life and I would recommend Asya hospital for any treatment. Thankyou so much to all the doctors nurses and people behind the scenes that made this all possible, I finally have my confidence back and I’m looking forward to my future (something I wasn’t able to do for a long time) I’m forever grateful to you all ❤️
