I want to share my experience. In the summer I planned a breast augmentation surgery. I thought for a long time in what country, that it would not take long to fly, price, quality, etc. Having decided on the country (Turkey), was the choice of clinic. With the coordinator Bogdana very quickly selected a clinic. There were a lot of offers from different clinics, but intuitively the choice fell on Dr Ramazan Arslan from Quartz Clinique. Then I cooperated with the coordinator Ali from the clinic. I have never met a more attentive and patient person))). As soon as we arrived in Turkey, Ali was on call 24/7. Any question was solved instantly. At the consultation, the doctor said I needed a lift of one breast, the healing process with a lift is complex and painful, so all 10 days I needed attention. I was at the clinic for 2 days, then stayed with my husband in a hotel across the street. Which was very convenient. Ali, the doctor, all the girls from the clinic were very friendly, always smiling, trying to help. I highly recommend the doctor as he did exactly the shape I wanted. We decided to have surgery, I reviewed many stories of girls (though not from Turkish clinics).So here is an individual approach and that you will be carried around like a "written word" here do not expect.Vsn put on the stream and all "run and run".If not for the doctor, probably would have turned around and left.The nurses poked all hands because they could not put a catheter.Maybe just my expectations were overestimated ... but because of this first impression, very worried about the result.Thank God the result is excellent. I had liposuction of the abdomen and sides + Brazilian buttocks lift + breast lift, all in one day. The first 3-4 days of rehabilitation are the hardest, but then much easier, the staff / help / service at the highest level, doctor Ergin Er - a doctor from God, I advise everyone, a professional of his work!!!!. I will post photos after at least a month, but the forms are visually visible and pleasing to the eye!!!! Ice was one of the nurses who collected me from the airport. She was so kind for waiting nearly two hours for me due to a delay I had. She helped me so much after my surgery too. Another nurse Marge was wonderful. She helped with translation and my aftercare, she was so gentle when helping take out my stitches. I thank all of the nursing staff, they were all wonderful in their own way and treated me very well. I wish I could have spoken with the doctor more, he always seemed in a rush, I know he is a very busy man but if he could slow down just a bit it would help the patient care factor improve. But overall I'm really happy with my experience with the ID Clinic team ☺️ I only took two pictures of the inside of my overnight room, the clinic was very clean and comfortable and beautiful 🙏

Good evening. My name is Anna. I will start my story with the fact that I am not the first time I come to Turkey to correct some nuances in myself. That is, there is something to compare! The first person I want to talk about is Dr MED. He is a professional, I would say a fan, he lives and breathes his work. From the first meeting with a banal Hallo to the marking before surgery from the doctor one positive and kindness. He has incredible energy and love for his work. My plans for the operation were global on this visit, but they were not fated to come true. During the operation my blood pressure jumped to 150 and fluctuated during 3 hours from 90 to 150 - it was decided by the anaesthesiologist and the doctor to stop the operation. As a result, only liposuction of the abdomen 360 degrees and correction of the chin was performed. Secondly is of course Dr Mad and his staff . Everything was organised initially through Bookingmed, prices and conditions were agreed with them at the beginning. As soon as we arrived in Turkey we were organised a comfortable transfer to the hotel. In the morning we had a lovely interpreter, Lara, who was with us for the whole 7 days of our stay in Turkey. Very competent staff, the night after the operation I was cared for by two nurses who every hour I put a drip of different medicines and brought me food and water. It was very nice to see Larochka who was on call 24/7. In the third hotel and hotel staff, very attentive and responsive. At any request it was always, quickly and without unnecessary conversations. I had breakfast in the room the first 4 days as it was hard to walk me. Even on the second day they brought me soup in my room in the evening in the hotel, which was especially nice. The whole process, starting from arrival in the city, is perfectly fine-tuned and automated, everything is thought out, you don't have to think or worry about anything at all. I was picked up from the airport, brought to the hotel, and told in advance how to prepare for the operation. The hotel is 4 stars, located in the centre of Istanbul. It has a large comfortable room, breakfast is included, and there is an inexpensive café across the road if you don't want to bother with lunch. On the day of the operation I was picked up from the hotel and taken to the clinic. Excellent professional team of doctors, we transplanted almost 5000 grafts, although we expected 3500-4000 by standard. The operation took more than 8 hours, the stamina of the staff can only be envied :) The post-operative care was also excellent - they provided all the most necessary things and medications for post-operative recovery, and vitamins and hair restoration spray for an extra charge. A special thanks to the clinic for the fact that when I arrived in Istanbul a few days earlier and initially checked into my hotel, they picked me up from the airport, drove me to my hotel, and transferred me to my hotel from the clinic the day before the operation. This is a very nice bonus from the clinic, for which I am very grateful! It's been 10 days after the operation, some exact result will be in 3-4 months, as I was told, but already I can see that it is much better than it was :)

Pros: Transfer service was really good and well worth it in my opinion . Patient co-ordinator we’re very helpful and fluent in English Hospital staff were polite and professional. Cons: Busy hospital corridors, people waiting on stairwells. Equipment seemed poorly maintained, and old in a lot of cases. One room we had to use to sign documents was full of bloody bandages just sitting on table, no co-ordination. When having my blood pressure checked, the equipment had pieces of chewing gum stuck on it - assuming from previous patients ( no attention to detail when cleaning). Advertised as English speaking nurses, but none really spoke English, had to use translator app alot.

Turkey is a safe place to travel, it is safer than Paris, Milan or Manhattan. I never felt in danger in Istanbul. From the moment I arrived at Lokman Hekim Hospital, everything was taken care of by Ismael Ali, who is an easy going and friendly translator. The pre-operative test were done as soon as I arrived. The day after I met Doctor Murat Yaman who is a friendly and open person. Before travelling to Istanbul I checked his background and found him to be a very good and competent surgeon. So, on that day I was relaxed for the surgery because I knew I was going to be in good hands. The work he did on me was outstanding. I am still in the healing process. My eyes are a bit irritated, but that is normal. My face is still a bit swollen but it no longer hangs. My face has changed expression from appearing to be sad or angry to reflecting a normal emotion. A big thanks to the Lokman Hekim Hospital staff some of them spoke a little bit of English others were fluent but all of them were caring, kind, super friendly and always ready to help.

I live in London. I contacted db’est clinic in February In Istanbul, where Hulya contacted me and I told her I would like to have breast augmentation and rhinoplasty and upper blepharoplasty. Hulya told me some information about doctor Derya before giving me any options. She recommended me the websites before making a decision, then I was asked for some pictures to show to the doctor. After seeing my pictures the doctor recommended me mastopexy + silicone augmentation, and agreed with the rhinoplasty and the upper blepharoplasty. After agreeing with the price that included the hotel accommodation and transfer Hulya organised my surgery and all the required tests in Istanbul according to the date I wanted, even with the difficult situation with covid-19. I also want to mention that Hulya was a great support before and during my stay in Istanbul. When arriving to Istanbul, the driver of the car had a letter for me where I was explained the next steps before the surgery, and I was transferred to the hotel. On the next day I was visited by the nurse, who escorted me to the hospital, to do all the tests before the surgery and I met doctor Derya Bingol. After finishing my tests I was transferred to the clinic escorted by the nurse, where I had a long conversation with doctor Derya, and I made a decision with the best advice and had all my questions answered. I felt very comfortable and confident with Derya with the professional and friendly was she explained to me the process of the surgery. On the next day my surgery took place at the arranged hour and ai would like to mention the care from doctor Derya along with the nurse Nazli, who visited me to do a control and transferred me to the hotel. During my stay at the hotel I had multiple visits from the doctor for checks, treatments and medication. The day in which I was coming back to London, the transport provided by the clinic took me to the clinic to have the last checks, conversation, medication and advice, and I had transport from the clinic to the airport to go to my gate. I would like to say it was an extraordinary experience, I am still healing, and that the results are reaching my expectations, which makes me very happy and thankful to doctor Derya and all her team, Hulya, Nazli and Agnieszka. I would always recommend doctor Derya to anyone that would like to do any plastic surgery with confidence.

My daughter and I had a mole removed at this clinic! I never saw the doctor in the eyes, I thought after the operation he would come in to find out our condition, however, young specialists came in! I’m not even sure now whether that professor or others did the operation. Special! I wrote down so many questions that worried me, but ... On the scheduled date, the operation was not performed, as the Doctor went home they said! They promised to send the tests to Votsap or by mail, but the translators and consultants on the site who ignore them do not answer ... Something like that!

My wife made a surprise - a trip to Turkey and a hair transplant. I found out about this within a few hours. I liked the clinic. We met at the airport. True, there was a tire puncture and we sold it in about 40 minutes. We were given 5 stars. Quite good with a good breakfast. It is not located in the very center, but getting there by taxi is no problem. About 20 minutes. The transplant took about 6 hours. First, they take blood for analysis. AIDS and all that. Then they shave. Next, a lot of anesthesia is injected into the donor area. 30 injections. More unpleasant than painful. Then they begin to shave and pull out the follicles. They said they took 4500. I didn’t count. Next, about 30 injections into the transplant area. Well, they start planting follicles like mushrooms. It feels like you're piercing cardboard with a pen. No pain. Between procedures they provide excellent food. Then bandage and go home. This is the most unpleasant and painful topic an hour before the end. The painkillers began to wear off and this was much worse than the injections themselves. But everything is tolerable. Childbirth is probably more painful. I liked everything except the woman doctor. She addressed me not as a patient, but as a bad boss addressing a subordinate. Always twice, but that was enough for me. "Mister, stand up!" the tone of the German officer is not exactly what I would like to hear. But the translator Olga worked 200%. She still supervises me and is always in touch. The director is a great guy. By the way, the assistant is also great. I recommend the clinic. The wife is smart. A good choice and most importantly, they didn’t try to bully me about the need for two trips for an amount many times more than I paid. I will see the result only in a year. In the meantime, only 12 days have passed. And, for the first time, it will be very difficult to sleep on your back. It's not a dream. You need to make sure you don’t scratch your head, lie down on it, and so on. But it's worth it. Good luck.

I was totally blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism from the staff and providers at Saluss Medical Group. I had been planing on getting beard transplant done for almost 5 years now but was very skeptical about the process. The cost and the FUT method was somewhat scary. I finally was bold enough to take this leap and did my research. After seeing the price, reviews & results of former Saluss clients. I decided to take the bold step to reach out and consult with Saluss. I spoke over video chat with Selah who was very kind and detailed about what I was to expect. The DHI method plus enriched sold it for me as well as the all inclusive pricing. All I had to do was book my ticket to Turkey. Hotel accommodation, vip airport pickup and drop off service as well as post-op medication all included for no additional charge. Everyone from start to finish was respectable and kind. I brought my family with me also because I wanted it to be a mini vacation and celebrate New Year’s Eve in Antalya with them. The most painful part was the application of local anesthesia but once that was done I was blown away by the coordination in which the care team worked in tandem to extract donor hair grafts and also implant them using the special pen tool. They were very thorough. From sketching out my beard design and lining it up to produce a very natural look, up to the post op follow through and patient education to learn how to take care of the implant and donor site. It was just splendid. As someone who works in the US healthcare system, I can tell you a procedure like the one I did (4000 grafts) would cost anywhere between $4000-$15000 in the states and you still will be charged for post op meds, cost of admission, hotel etc. Plus it’s very hard to find anyone using DHI method in the US currently. I was also provided with a NoMask doctor’s note for my long flight back to the US, and they also helped get me a face shield to wear instead. I can’t thank Saluss Medical group for all they have done. Now ready for the long months of watching out for the results. I will be back with updates when I see the results of the procedure. If you were hesitant before, I can assure you that Saluss is the place to go to for your Hair Transplant procedure. Happy New Year & All the best.
