First I was a bit skeptical of Bookimed as I’ve never used or heard of their services. I must say they were very professional, answered all the questions I’ve had, and there were many and everything they said would happen happen. Yasin was my medical coordinator and everything that I’d read about him in the reviews were ALL true. He’s friendly, accessible and answered all my questions promptly. My surgeon was Dr Gurhan Ozcan and I can’t say enough about what an AWESOME doctor he truly is. My daughter who accompanied me on the trip, and I had a lot of questions for him and being a professor, he answered each and every questions in my pre-operation as well as post operation visit. All the staff, from driver who picked me up, the anaesthesiologist to the person who brought my food, to the nurses, cleaning staff were simply amazing and I HIGHLY recommend Bookimed, Istanbul Aesthetics Clinic, Yasin and the team. I had a breast lift and tummy tuck (pics enclosed) and I did not have the intense pain that I’ve read about online. I want to leave a review, firstly I want to say when I arrived at the clinic, the doctor just looked at me and didn’t say anything, everything was very fast, they took blood for analysis and after that they didn’t say about the result. I had breast augmentation surgery. .. since I am a mother after breastfeeding a baby, I also needed a breast lift, the price tag was put up for me for a breast lift and implants. But no one did braces for me (Everything is very housey, it feels like they are just stuffing their hands, work is on stream (after the operation I stayed in the hospital for a day, the relationship was wonderful, and for this I thank them very much) after a daily stay I was taken to hotel, they came and ran to see the doctor, everything seems to be fine, but there is one thing, but when my chest began to heal and I could look and touch, it turns out that the implants were not fixed at all, I wrote this to the curator and she wrote to me what I need get better, but during the operation my weight was the same, I’m horrified I don’t know what to do, the war has also begun, I go only in a bandage Read more less

I have no worries about recommending the clinic and hotel to anyone and will definitely come back next year with my hubby for dental treatment
Thr hotel was lovely, very clean with friendly staff. The aesthetics centre co-ordinator Ege was exceptional and went above and beyond to ensure i was safe having anasthetic after having a bad bout of covid. He took me to two specialist hospitals for checks on my lungs and heart and stayed to translate so i understood what was happening. When i was given the all clear, he stayed on call 27/7 and was brilliant. The surgeon Dr Ergin Er, spoke very good English and although i am still strapped up and havent had a good close look, it seems hes done an exceptional job. I was discharged back to the hotel the day after my op with all the medication i need given to me and explained in full. The clinic is literally over the road from the hotel so i have easy access if i have any problems and have been told to pop over anytime ifbi have a problem. The hotel has arranged for our lateral flow tests for journey home and at a reasonable price. The hotel restaurant makes lovely food, also at a reasonable price and there are places nearby to eat out or buy snacks. I have no worries about recommending the clinic and hotel to anyone and will definately come back nexr year with my hubby for dental treatment. Read more less

Hello everyone, There was a problem with gynecomastia in the left breast. I saw an advertisement from the “bookimed” campaign on the Internet, after which I read the reviews (which aroused confidence) and contacted “Bookimed”, the company's managers were sympathetic to my situation and coordinated with Elena who works at B.care medical clinic (in Bangkok) . Elena clearly and clearly explained how we can eliminate this problem, after which I came for a consultation, having done an ultrasound scan, sent blood tests and after consulting with Elena and a Thai surgeon, gynecomastia in the left breast was confirmed, it was decided to operate. I arrived at the clinic on the morning of the operation, Elena and a team of Thai nurses prepared everything clearly and after 2-3 hours the doctor began the operation under local anesthesia, the operation lasted 1 hour + -, everything was professional, Elena's support was present even during the operation (tk I didn’t sleep), after the operation, I spent one more day at the hospital in the clinic (the room is very comfortable, the conditions and communication from the staff are at a high level - shower, food, cleaning, Elena and nurses visit to control my condition). The nursing staff are extremely efficient, and even the support staff are kind and caring. The doctors are really accessible and friendly and will answer any question you have happily. Trying to get hair replacement procedure in the USA is not only expensive and behind the expertise that other countries like South Korea or in my case, Turkey, are known for. From day one, Bookimed was extremely responsive and answered all my questions quickly and expertly, while getting me the best price for my hair replacement procedure. I was initially given a quote for Istanbul Plastic Surgery Clinic, but later given an even better rate and consultation with Adem & Havva Hair Clinic. I went with the FUE hair method which is less costly than the newer DHI method, and I believe just as effective, although a little more recovery is needed by about a few days with FUE method. Do your homework on what you want done for your needs and balance the price and see what works for you. Remember that two prices are offered for either procedure: "Shaven head" and "Unshaven head," With the shaven head being the cheaper cost but I believe more sanitary. Unshaven method does look better while you heal (you keep your regular hair) but I just believe removing all hair to allow doctors a clean base for the hair procedure is the best way to go, and cheaper and more sanitary too without sacrificing quality. Your cost will vary depending on your consultation with BookImed that includes sending them pictures with specific instructions. But ultimately the amount of hair grafts you need will determine the final cost. But BookiMed will work to find the very best deal for you based on procedure you've chosen. But compare other clinics if you feel better to see that Bookimed will give you the best rate for comparable procedures from other clinics. I recommend getting to Turkey about 3-4 days early so you can sight see this beautiful country before your hair procedure. They will arrange all transportation and hotel accommodations for you if you wish extra nights and will pick you up at airport and take you to your hair procedures. I cannot stress enough that my visit and my procedure was excellent and I highly recommend Bookimed for hair and even plastic surgery procedures ( I will do a chin lift next). It has only been a week since my procedure was done and can post pics based on my current status of healing. But I have not suffered any issues or side effects and my scalp and hair are healing and growing properly. The clinic will follow my hair process for one year to ensure my hair grows out well and I am completely satisfied. I hope this review helps many of you out there. I want to give a special thank you to Dr. Hassan Jabar from Bookimed, Maryum our hair nursing consultant and coordinator, Serpil Kargin, the Adem and Havva Hair Clinic Office manager, and finally our driver, Mr. Zafer who was very kind and helped me with all my transportation and covid testing needs to return back to the USA.

I chose not to use the services at all. I was working with book med for months looked at the pictures of the hospital, but when I got there and actually saw the hospital, it was dirty. The room where you take. The pictures looks dirty unorganized so what would the operating room look like? I pay the consultant fee, but the doctor never touched me. Never put his hands on me. Just looked at my pictures and I'm in the room so you need to fix that.

I am from Witney, Oxfordshire in the UK and I went to Hair for a beard and hair transplant and I cannot rate the professional service received from all members of the team highly enough. I am writing this review in my hotel room the day after having a beard and hair transplant. When I first decided to undergo a hair​ transplant in Turkey, I was inundated with offers from, what seemed to be, hundreds of hair transplant clinics through WhatsApp, and it was hard to know which clinics were the best? I decided to pick Hair in Istanbul, because I could see no negatives reviews and they were recommended to me by Bookimed. I then heavily researched this clinic online before making a decision. I could tell once I met with the medical team that I had made a good choice on coming to this clinic. This is a good clinic, and the medical team who carried out the procedure were highly skilled, professional, and considerate. Once, they started taking grafts I could tell these people know what they were doing. On my initial WhatsApp consultation, I was told they would be able to extract 3000 grafts but, they actually extracted 4800 and so they implanted some additional grafts in the crown area of my head free of charge. They implanted every single graft in which meant they took longer than scheduled. I will send the photographic results of my hair and beard transplant after 6 months has passed. I also give Hair permission to pass on my contact details to anyone who wants to contact me with questions about my experience as a client at this clinic.​ ​ I'd like to give a special thank you to Yulia, Mehmet Ali, and particularly the highly professional and extremely talented medical team of technicians who carried out the actual procedure.
