Admittedly, when I booked the surgery, I was a little sceptical that everything would go well. After all, everything was done online. However, I was very impressed with how good and friendly the constant communication was. I was already feeling increasingly confident here. I also received very good, uninterrupted and professional treatment and care on site. My doctor Dr Burak and my contact person Olivia were very friendly and incredibly helpful. The transfers - to/from the airport or to follow up appointments at the clinic - were very good and reliable. The contact persons at Bookimed also contacted me regularly and enquired about my well-being. I am very pleased with the outcome of the surgery and am pleased to be recovering quickly and well. Dr Burak continues to monitor me now and I feel I am being very well looked after. His instructions are clear and very helpful. There are real magicians working here. I have lived with my problem teeth all my life and never dreamed that I could change something without braces. But the moment came when my teeth urgently needed to be treated. Through the Bookimed service I found this clinic. In just two days we arranged for my arrival, and already in three weeks I was in Izmir. On the first day I had 75% of the treatment done, which is a lot. I had to have canals removed from several teeth, teeth that had been treated incorrectly when I was a teenager and teeth that were chipped had to be restored. In addition, all of my teeth needed to be ground down to fit zirconia crowns. My incredible dentist Emine Tuğçe Ateş and her assistant Gamze (sorry, I don't know her full name) did an amazing job. And the interpreter Alina was by my side the whole time. All the girls were very helpful, friendly and professional. On the second day I was treated what was left from the first day. I think the first fitting of the crowns took place on the same day. Given that there were large gaps between my teeth, this was a challenge for the technicians. I had three fittings before I was completely happy with the result. I am a sensitive person, so it was difficult for me to insist on changes. But given that these are my teeth that I will see every day, I had to be honest about my wishes. In the first version, the teeth were too big, and in the second version, they were moved very much because of the large gaps. Although the front two teeth looked fine, I was not happy with the result. On Wednesday, we had a third fitting and the teeth were filed down even more, but even in this version something was wrong. And most importantly, no one insinuated that I was being cranky or taking up my time for nothing. On the contrary, everyone who worked with me tried to help me and make my dream come true. And these wonderful professionals succeeded! On Thursday, my zirconia fitting took place. The dentist corrected my bite a little, and that was it. That day my stay at the clinic took a maximum of an hour and a half, and the rest of the time I walked around the city. On the last day I had the canals on the teeth that were treated closed and crowns placed. My doctor was very caring: she closed the teeth that reacted to the cold air of the instrument. The doctor and her assistant worked in tandem - gentle, careful and professional. No one stretched her jaw or pushed or ran away with the instruments. Usually, after the dentist, you still have to treat your gums or lips, but this time, even after such a global work, I didn't feel any discomfort. After the crowns were placed, it was unaccustomed. It seemed that my teeth were too white and flat, but everyone around me said that they looked incredible. It's now a week after the treatment. My care is pretty much the same: irrigator, floss, fluoride paste and soft brush. The only change is sleeping with a mouth guard, which has to be worn for three months after the crowns are placed. I also replaced my electric brush with a manual brush, because as it turns out, electric brushes can loosen fillings, crowns and implants. I did not feel any pain after the treatment, although I have a low pain threshold, but I still have some tooth sensitivity, which is expected to go away in 2-3 weeks. In addition, I would like to mention the perfectly organised accommodation. We were put up in a lovely hotel and were picked up daily by comfortable cars both ways. The coordinator Natalia always answered any questions and was ready to help at any time (it seems literally, because apparently people who work in this clinic never sleep! 😂). I am truly grateful to the whole team: doctors, technicians, coordinator, translators, drivers and everyone who made this miracle happen! I recommend this clinic 100%. Feel free to come and realise your dreams. Ask the doctors questions and be polite, they work very hard!

The wonderful Dr Ergin Er listened carefully to my wishes regarding surgery for my nose. He did a wonderful job and I am absolutely delighted with the result! The best assistant and interpreter of the doctor Varvara helped during the whole treatment, she translates into Russian qualitatively and quickly. Varvara and the doctor were always in touch with me after the operation, responding to my messages almost instantly. The medical staff was caring and friendly, help was provided promptly. The hospital prepared delicious food for me after the operation and I recovered quickly. Overall, the hospital is cosy and pleasant, everywhere is clean and sterile, the cleaners are meticulous about cleanliness. Hospital fine, clean decent staff Got gynecomastia surgery, emintha into healing moderately okay results, had maybe grade one maybe grade 2 gyno, got glands removed as I was very lean, Surgeon made long incisions, along my chest, have two ling 3 Inch scars on either side of my nipples on both side of my chest Fland wasn't fully removed on my left side so have recurring gyno, Need steriod injection to help with scaring, surgeon isn't competent enough to go through the nipples to leave no scarring, Pictures they send of before and after are a lie, Probably look worse than before cant take my top off after, The response to this was get laser treatment or steriod injections Sub par save your money go somewhere else Probably the same for most procedures they do

Smile was great happy I went there. I know I was super nervous because it was my first time in a new country all the time zones were you know seven hours or eight hours difference from where I live Michigan and I knew it was gonna be a little bit painful but I had no idea what to expect and what they say you know it’s a little cheaper if you pay cash but I wasn’t willing to take that much cash with me because I didn’t know what to expect so I paid the extra 10% with my card but I’m really happy I went to the specific clinic it was very professional and they take your blood they put in a little IV thing in your arm they test you for HIV hepatitis B and hepatitis see and as long as you’re clean and good to go you get the procedure when they administer the Novocain in the back of the head it was fucking painful painful as fuck like on a scale of one to 210 it was 10 on a scale of one to 10 pain scale it was probably a 9 1/2 but it only lasts you squirm you know like I flexed my arms and I sat there and I just just took it you know like they did it quick and before you know it your endorphins are kicking in and your your your head is numb completely numb and as soon as your head is completely numb the they pump in a little bit of saline to swell it up a little bit I think that’s what they were doing I don’t know I took a video while they were doing it but I couldn’t even feel what they were doing that point it was completely numb and then there’s like five or 10 minutes of pain in the beginning after that it’s you feeling you can just hear like will you be be be like these little noises cutting into your scalp but it doesn’t hurt it is it was actually quite relaxing and they gave me some kind of anti-anxiety which was great and then after the extraction part of the procedure was done you roll over and lay on your backThen they gave me some intravenous painkillers but almost just put me to sleep basically but it was kind of enjoyable and you know before all that we went back-and-forth a few times on what I wanted to hairline to be they wanted it to be a little more conservative than I wanted it to be a little more aggressive on and we kind of met in the middle we decided on a hairline that would’ve been good that was good I mean anyway they weren’t as for going to the hotel I recommend getting the five get the five star hotel pay the extra money for her four-star hotel was just like any other hotel I could’ve been in it was I didn’t like it and so I actually transitioned over to the five star hotel which was fantastic fantastic it had just those huge buffet the breakfast potatoes amazing the dish the whole house the hotel experience was great go with a five star hotel pay the extra money get the premium package and if they had any issues I just text them over WhatsApp and they were great at communicating sometimes it took like an hour or so to communicate so you know make sure you do you know let them know in advance if you need to change anything sorry I just give them a little bit of a heads up before you change anything I changed my flights a few different times on the way home because there was an issue with the Turkish airline and so I went with Lusitania I’m doing speech to text so there’s probably a bunch of weird little typos in here but you get the gist of it anyway yeah I know I am I got to the airport at like 5 o’clock took me like an hour to kind of navigate how to get out of the airport him and then at the soon as you get out of the airport there’s a little spot like with a number mine was number 35 and you walk over there andAnd they have a list of names on it and you just show them and tell them your name and they bring you a walk you to the van and there was one other guy from the hair clinic I’m waiting in the van and then the traffic was kind of crazy took us like two hours to get to the hotel or at least that was the first hotel and once I saw the first hotel which was a five star one I knew that was the one I wanted to stay in fired up calling and making a reservation there the next day and then I told the hair clinic that I wanted that bad place because I felt more comfortable there when they were cool they just added it into the price of my procedure because I was already paying for extra hotel days if I was gonna stay an extra day so they just gave me that five star hotel for free and you know the day they pick me up at the airport we went in we had our consultation which was pretty quick it was more just like test to make sure you don’t have any disease figure out your hairline and then start All in all I’m really glad I went to smile hair clinic I’ve got good recommendation so far I’ve it’s only been a week since I’ve had my procedure and I could barely tell that I had it done I mean except where the hairline is all new and there’s some scabs but yeah very professional but yeah very professional gosh darn speech to text doesn’t pick up all the words and I’m too lazy to text them all right now so you’re getting the little bit of a scramble text version but yeah great clinic I would recommend it to more people and if I could redo everything and start over I would probably still choose the same path I would just get the five star hotel right away and an extra night because it’s nice to spend an extra night
