Ice was one of the nurses who collected me from the airport. She was so kind for waiting nearly two hours for me due to a delay I had. She helped me so much after my surgery too. Another nurse Marge was wonderful. She helped with translation and my aftercare, she was so gentle when helping take out my stitches. I thank all of the nursing staff, they were all wonderful in their own way and treated me very well. I wish I could have spoken with the doctor more, he always seemed in a rush, I know he is a very busy man but if he could slow down just a bit it would help the patient care factor improve. But overall I'm really happy with my experience with the ID Clinic team ☺️ I only took two pictures of the inside of my overnight room, the clinic was very clean and comfortable and beautiful 🙏

Excellent experience. I traveled from Mexico to have cochlear implant surgery. First of all, I found this hospital thanks to the attention of Bookimed, they attended me very well, got the best option and started the whole process. At the beginning I was obviously a little bit afraid that everything was real and correct and with good results, it was the first time I used this kind of medical tourism. I searched many countries and options and found the best deal through Bookimed at Hisar Hospital in Istanbul at the best price. Now that it's all over, I am pleasantly surprised and grateful to everyone who took care of me. I am impressed with how well they have organized everything for international patients. From the transportation, to the airport-hotel-airport, hotel-hospital-hotel, in all the appointments I had, more than 3 times in two weeks. The international department assigned me one and sometimes two translators, all were very well behaved, Dr. Yabuz Selim very attentive and professional, the hospital was excellent, the package included two nights accommodation in a room with two rooms, and meals for patient and companion. Pre-operative studies, post-operative follow-up, and only the agreed amount was paid from the beginning, not a dollar more we had to pay. I had never had this experience in a hospital before. The whole procedure was fast and without complications, they checked me 3 more times without any problem. They helped me resolve all my doubts and concerns, always with excellent response through whatsapp. I sincerely recommend and thank everyone involved in Hisar Hospital. I hope I never have to go back, but if I need to, I will not even look elsewhere.

I had initially gone to Turkey to consult with a dental clinic there. The initial clinic consultation went a direction that didn't want to go to meet my needs. Bookimed was able to quickly arrange more consultations with other clinics and Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital. I really liked the dental staff and the vision/action plan proposed by Bahcelievler. I quickly decided that they were the best option of all my consultations there in-country. Due to the severity of my dental needs, the Chief of Dentistry (Dr. Esma Sonmez) personally took my case. Her and her team were fantastic. She highly recommended the oral surgeon, part of the hospital, Dr. Celal Gondirll. I highly recommend both of them. Mr. Gondirll communicated clearly the game plan, successfully followed through with a well-performed surgery, and was available for after-care. I needed 24 crowns, with temporaries installed prior to the jaw surgery, and permanents installed post-surgery. Dr Sonmez performed all the crowns herself. In all, everything went very well. My hospital medical coordinators, Ms. Rose and Mr. Masoud, did a great job of coordinating the activities, hospital stay, hotel stay, and shuttle services. It has only been about a week and a half post-surgery, but I am very pleased with the results. I'm sure things will only improve more as the swelling subsides in the coming weeks. None of it would have been possible without my Bookimed coordinator, Winnington, quickly pivoting after my initial consultation going south and arranging the consultation with the hospital. An additional point to mention is that Bahcelievler Memorial Hospital was able to perform all the needed services at a significantly cheaper price. Dr. Sonmez is also very conservative in her approach to dental care and was able to successfully avoid 12 root canals that my initial dental clinic consultations had deemed "required." I would strongly suggest adding a consultation with the hospital prior to finalizing any action plan. Thank you!

First of all, I was pleasantly surprised by the speed of the examination - all procedures were organised quickly and clearly, without long waits. The clinic is equipped with modern equipment, which inspires confidence and gives confidence in the accuracy of diagnosis. I would like to emphasise the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff. Each employee showed attention and care, which made the treatment process much more comfortable. A pleasant addition was the work of interpreter Gulnara and coordinator Zahida - it greatly facilitated communication with doctors and understanding of all stages of examination. At the Turan Turan Clinic, I had total hip replacement surgeries on both legs almost simultaneously, two days apart. The operation was categorised as complicated. From the very first days of my stay in the clinic until my discharge I was really surrounded by sincere care and attention of the doctor and medical staff and interpreter. I was placed in a very comfortable ward with everything I needed. The interpreter and assistant in the person of Eldar did not leave me a step and helped with translation, consulted, gave useful advice and literally led me by the hand to the doctors where I was examined, from the X-ray room to the anaesthesiologist before the operation. Preparation for the operation, collection of analyses, their study and consultation with doctor Kayhan Turan took little time. Everything went promptly. The surgery was performed by the head doctor Kayhan Turan himself, who has vast experience in orthopaedic surgeries. With his light hand and high level of professionalism, the two surgeries two days apart were very easy. Smith & Nephew prostheses were fitted. Both operations were performed under spinal anaesthesia, which in my case completely eliminated the unpleasant stage of coming out of anaesthesia. I was conscious during the operations. Subsequent rehabilitation took place in a hospital ward, where special medical simulators were used along with exercises to develop the joint and vessels. I am very satisfied with the choice of this clinic.

Everything is very well organized, fast communication between the doctor, translator, and financial department. We had a problem with housing, they didn’t abandon us at night, the clinic staff helped. We did an examination, so I can’t say about the results of the treatment yet. The facilities at the clinic are wonderful, we consulted with 2 doctors, we have a diagnosis and a treatment method. The radiologist is competent and specialist, but not verbose. I didn’t have enough explanations about the risks, etc., the plastic surgeon explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, he was a very nice person. The organization of the trip is at the highest level, the organization is impressive. The diagnosis has been made, treatment methods have been determined, we plan to come for treatment in six months, because the prices are too expensive for us. Firstly, the examination was at 2 pm, the day before the examination they wanted to postpone it to 11 am. I arrived from another country early at 12 pm. I filled out the documents in 30 minutes and sat in the corridor until 5 pm (I didn't eat anything for almost 24 hours). It was agreed to do an ultrasound and gastroscopy with a biopsy. They only did a gastroscopy. No one returned the money for the biopsy. At first they served foreign clients, they told me to wait until the end of the working day. Horrible attitude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Ukrainians for sure... they have a different attitude towards foreign guests..)))

Yaroslava even enquired about my impressions after my consultation with the doctor, which was very pleasant. Her responsiveness and support helped me to make an important decision. As for the treatment and the doctor, it is too early to give a final assessment, as we are just starting to work.
